Worst customer service
This company does false advertising, makes it impossible to get the discounts they advertise. I spent One hour on the phone trying to get my order discounted...each rep and supervisor gave me different responses...bottom line, i will wait to receive the product and then Return immediately, hope I get a refund! Bottom line, stay away!
Mothers ring...
I ordered on 2-21-2021, and this still has not shipped. Upon reading other customers bad reviews, I am not very happy. I would like an explanation, as to why this is taking so long. Also am I going to receive it. You have already taken my money. Order # 5000402892. I have left several messages to this matter, am told the same thing every time, that it takes up to four weeks to complete the order. Well it has been over four weeks. I need to hear some results and receive the ring, hoping that the workman ship is perfect, because I don't want to have to return it. Can I get this order anytime soon? Thank you, Debra Clayburn
"mother" ring
I placed an order for a ring on April 14th. By the end of the month (4/27), I had not received communication about whether it had shipped so I sent an email via the website contact form. An auto-reply said someone would be in contact soon. On May 4th, still no response/notice of shipping, so I sent yet another email to customer service. Same auto-reply response; no contact from the company. So I submitted a BBB complaint, hoping that would spur them to respond and update me. In addition, I attempted to "check order status" on their site - the first time, within a day of placing the order, it showed as "order placed" with a note that they would contact me when it shipped. Since that time, I cannot check on the status; the site tells me there is no such order number.
On the evening of May 19th - 35 days after I placed the order - still no response, so I sent yet another email. This time I sent it directly from my email to customer service, rather than through the contact form, informing them that if I did not receive a product I paid for or a refund, I would follow up with legal action.
It is now May 21st. I have no product, no shipping notice, and still no response from the company - not even to a BBB complaint.
I called this morning and was told that the order began production on May 19th. The representative stated that when the order was placed, it was flagged as fraud and that "usually, corporate sends an email asking you to call us about that. I don't know why they didn't." I asked for a timeline of when to expect the product I ordered - she said it takes 2-3 WEEKS to produce, and another 5-7 days to receive it, so to expect it to be finished "around June 9th" and I will receive it within a week after. That will be more than 2 months since I placed the order. The only resolve I was offered was that she could "forward the information to corporate." I am supposedly waiting on a response in the next 24-48 hours.
I will never do business with this company again and I suggest others not, either.

my class ring is losing the silver finish and the stone is loose
My class ring is only about 4 months old. I was wearing it on my left middle finger next to my wedding band. As a result, the silver finish has come off almost an entire side of the ring, and a copper color is showing through.
The stone has also somehow come loose in its mount. If I shake the ring, I can hear the stone rattle. The ring hasn't been subjected to any unusual use- it's just been worn on my finger.
I would ideally like to send it back, have it re-finished and the stone properly re-set in the mount. I would also like the ring to be a size larger, allowing me to wear it on my right hand where it won't be next to a ring.
mothers ring
I ordered this ring in July and it was through Grouping, you used my $20.00 Grouping money and I put in my debit card for remaining balance.I have emailed you also as I was not able to complete my order do to your business having a unsecured website. I have no W number and when I call your business I have been hung up on and told there was no order placed . I would like a refund for my Grouping $20.00 refunded to me . You have taken the Grouping for part of the payment that I was not able to complete due to your unsecured web site. Please contact me at [protected]@gmail.com
I will never place an order with your company Poor customer service and lack of solution to refund, my calls have gotten hung up on and was told to call grouping to receive my refund ! You have the grouping $20.00! Calling them will not do any thing . This has been a problem since July 2017 !
fake ring... buyer be aware!!!
I ordered a sterling silver mothers ring off groupon from limoges for my mother. The ring was nice when it arrived but after a week we noticed a change in the metal. It went from silver to a bronze color. I returned the ring to the company only to get a repeat. The new updated ring was nice when it came but started turning bronze again. Listen learned, I will never order anything else from this company again. Bad business! And I will alert groupon of the false advertisement!
I am complaining about not receiving my order on time.
I placed an order for a class ring for my daughter on October 31, 2015. The estimated shipping was 6-8 weeks. Today is March 3, 2016 and I have not received anything. Every time I call customer service, I receive the same information. They tell me it will be shipped next week and I will receive an email, but clearly, it has not been shipped and I have yet to receive an email.
PLEASE, DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
LIMOGES JEWELRY ORDER # [protected]
Class Ring
I purchased a Class Ring as a gift. It was a college ring for a graduate. I paid close to $200, so I expected it to be of a decent quality. However, 1. You can't read the name of the college stamped on the top around the stone. It's a men's ring so there was plenty of room for it to be legible, but it isn't. 2. It has an open back, not sealed. 3. The stone is held in place with 4 tiny prongs, visible inside the ring. 4. The 4 prongs holding the stone in are cheap metal that could break off very easily. 5. Obviously they drop all their ring's stones in from the back, and just bend those 4 prongs to hold it in place. 6. All the class rings that I've seen that cost about $200 have closed backs; I've never seen a ring so cheaply made as this one. 7. I am embarrased to give this ring as a graduation gift. I am returning the ring and I better get my money back. I will give the graduate $200 cash instead and he can buy his own class ring somewhere else. DO NOT PURCHASE CLASS RINGS FROM LIMOGES...THEY ARE BUBBLEGUM MACHINE JUNK RINGS!
Bad customer service
We ordered a personalized birthstone ring, which these guys are suppose to specialize in, on March 17, 2015. Two weeks later we checked on the states, which stated, "pending fulfillment" We then called to see what that had meant. The lady on the phone stated that since it was a personalized ring that it would take a couple weeks to finish, and it would be send out on the 17th of April. We then checked back at the status on the 20th of April, which it stated "Review of payment." We immediately called, as they already took out the money on March 18th, the day after ordering. She stated that she seen that it was already paid for and that they would send us an email with in 48 hours stating the exact day it would be shipped. We then received an email the next day in which it stated that the account was closed. We then again checked the status on line, in which it did state "close" The lady on the other end stated that it had been refunded and closed because they didn't have the product it stock. WHAT? It took you a month and 4 conversations to realize you didn't have the product in stock? Sounds a little shady to me. I asked why did you charge the account before you even knew if the product was in stock. Her response, well we did have it stock when you ordered, but we no longer do. Well duh it's been a month lady. I find this company to be very shady, and who knows what would have happen if we wouldn't have been on top of it.
Poor quality
My husband purchased a college class ring for me in February, which didn't arrive until April. The wait was bad enough, but within a month the "antique finish" (which must be cheap paint) is almost half gone from the ring. It's impossible to see what the writing on the ring is now. I haven't used any harsh chemicals - only Dawn dish washing liquid. I wish I knew how to get the rest of the antique finish off so it wouldn't look so bad.

Returns
I would recommend to anybody who orders from...just an FYI- your item does NOT ship on time. The quality is not great (my stone fell out of my ring after a week of wear) and the returns system SUCKS. If you DO NOT insure your item upon mailing it back, they WILL lose it. They did this to me on two orders I returned within a month of each other. I have to go rounds on one of the returns, the other they are still looking into...my suggestion, go to Amazon to order jewelry offline...at least the customer service is better if you need to return something.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
My class ring was due to be shipped on May 31st, and that is the day I expected it to be shipped. However, my ring arrived on May 16th, 15 days before it was even due to be shipped. I was very pleased with the promptness. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that the ring is open-backed behind the stone. I did not see any notice of that anywhere. There is more chance of losing the stone with an open back; plus I think it makes the ring look a bit tacky & unfinished. However, my brother's extremely expensive class ring that he bought from a jeweler many yrs ago, also had an open back, so I'm not sure what the deal is with open-backed class rings. I prefer a closed back though.
Subpar service
I am surprised this company has a BBB A+ rating after seeing all the complaints and having major complaints of my own.. I am deployed and want to ship my Christmas presents directly to my sisters since I won't be available; therefore, I had to place four different orders with different shipping addresses. My billing address was the same for each order and I double-checked to make sure all my information was correct. I later received an e-mail saying that I needed to provide my billing address and CSC again. I quickly returned the e-mail and received this e-mail back:
"We have cancelled your order for Limoges Jewelry and intend to cancel any future orders due to the inconsistencies in the information received. We made this decision as we consider this to be a financial risk based on the verification of the information already received.
Limoges Jewelry
Customer Service"
I only have VoIP overseas as I am not spending money to get telephone access just to call customer service. My telephone connection is below average at best and I have the barrier of being in a completely different timezone. I first used online chat but was told my order was cancelled because I didn't provide my billing information (which is a lie because the e-mail referenced above had my response e-mail attached). The representative then only apologized and did not troubleshoot the situation. (Plus my money wasn't refunded after they cancelled the order). I then called Customer Service and was hung up on the first time then finally got a hold of someone who said they wouldn't accept my order because my phone number is for a different state than my billing address and that my shipping addresses were all different. Now, this is 2012, some people do not even have house phones; some people move around (e.g. Military) and keep their cell phone from a different state. Also, as a jewelry company they should be used to people buying stuff for loved ones and shipping directly to their houses (because in a more modern family, we do not live in the same household and/or city or state).
After resubmitting my order, I receive a phone call on my Google Voice account saying they need my account password. Now why would they need this information when they have my e-mail, billing info, shipping info, and card info? It seems like a large scam.

Awful Service, Jewelry turns finger green
Absolutely horrible service. Customer service is pretty much non-existent, and they are not friendly if you do get a hold of them. I paid good money for a couples ring, and they wouldn't let me cancel it (this is within a day of ordering), so I thought fine, I understand. Then, after I FINALLY received it (it took about a month), I was pleased with it. I wore it for a total of 24 hours, and it turned my finger green. This is unacceptable, and I am not going to be returning it so they can get even more money out of me. Order at your own risk.

Hi, I'm the VP over LimogesJewelry.com. I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our customer service rep and that there was a reaction to the metal in your couples ring. Limoges Jewelry is always happy to offer a refund or replacement at no cost. If you'd email me directly with your order number, I'd be happy to work with you on this to make sure everything is taken care of to your satisfaction.

Dishonesty / slow service
Placed order on Dec 4, 2011 for jewelry. Called for status on Dec 12th - was told it would arrive shortly after Christmas. Received email from Limoges on Dec 27 stating order has been completed and in transit - will be shipped in 2 - 4 days. On Jan 4, 2012 received an email from Limoges stating Order is delayed. Called Limoges on Jan 4, 2012 at 1820 hours. The call taker could not tell me why it is delayed. I have found MULTIPLE complaints on Limoges all over the Net to include the Better Business Bureau. COMSUMER BE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are not honest with customers. Delayed shipping. They do not care about the customer - only getting the consumers money on product(s) they do not have in inventory.

They cant tell you where it is because they dont know. I have been waiting for 4 weeks, they told me it could be 6 weeks or more and they cannot cancel the order. Yahoo shopping has terrible reviews for them too. After closer inspection, they appear to have no real offices, the website address is just a warehouse at 1556 W Carroll Avenue and the customer service number [protected] is linked with their real company name,
MBM Company Inc, the people who bill you- and that companies address shows that it is actually the runway of an airport, 125 Armstrong Rd Des Plaines, IL 60018. But the whole operation is probably held in the Philippines who outsource mass jewelry orders to China, therefore the irregularities. They have a sophisticated auto mated customer assistance to string you along though and will offer discounts and rebates, 20% off but it appears to be a roulette of chance. Many people are reporting to irregular credit card charges as well. That worries me more than getting a lame piece of costume jewelry from china for 130 bucks. SO many Facebook complaints came up last week, but they instantly remove any negative comments. I think Im going to block charges to my account. Thats my FYI.
Hi,
I'm the VP over LimogesJewelry.com and I would be happy to help you with this. We did see an overwhelming number of orders over a very short time this past holiday and things do, unfortunately, go out of stock. However, if you would please email me directly with your order number, I will be sure to do all that we can for you.
Thanks,

Do Not Order from these people!!
These people are clearly in way over their heads. I ordered a ring for my daughter for Christmas on 12/12. They promised it would ship in 7 days and I paid for 2 day shipping. On Monday 12/19, I check my order. It hadn't shipped. I went on their "live chat" customer service and was talked into circles. They obviously have this problem all of the time because these people are TRAINED to say nothing. I called their "customer service" line and was connected to a call center. I'm not sure what the accent of the people who answer the phone there is, but it is not in the United States. They too told me absolutely nothing and they are clearly trained to try to just quiet down the customer without actually doing anything. I looked online and saw all of the complaints against Limoges and noticed the complaints were being tracked and answered by Ann Schneider, their Vice President, so I emailed her. Let me say, if they spent as much time and energy running their business correctly as they do trying to quiet online complainers, they would be doing a whole lot better for their customers. After many emails and calls back and forth, the bottom line is, I am not getting this ring by Christmas. They explained that they were slammed with orders and I told them that's because all of the reputable companies stopped taking orders they knew they could not deliver for Christmas. Limoges chose to just keep the money rolling in, knowing they could never fulfill the orders. Do yourself a favor and skip all of the frustration, broken promises and drama. I would have ordered at a local jewelry store but my daughter saw this ring online and really liked it. Never again. They will promise you the moon, but they don't deliver, literally.

Do Not order anything for this company... I ordered a celtic knot necklace for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. When I received it in the mail it was warped. I sent it back (still had to pay postage on it both ways) so I ordered a more expensive one the end of October. I have called and the girl that I spoke too said that it would NOT be in before Christmas... WHAT THE HECK? I ordered it as a Christmas present. I have ask to have someone from corporate to call me-but they have not. I would tell everyone NOT to order from this company... The girl that I spoke with said that even if it was damaged we are responsible for the postage. Not only was I on hold for almost an hour-but then no supervisor to talk too...
Hi,
This is Ann Schneider, VP of Web Sales at Limoges. I'm really sorry that you've had a bad experience shopping with us. We are refunding your purchase, as well as sending you some extra jewelry for your trouble. We've tried our best to fulfill every order placed this holiday season - we've increased our warehouse workforce by 150% for the season and are engraving and personalizing jewelry 24/7. However, because of unprecedented demand, we've been selling more jewelry than we imagined, and revised our shipping cutoff dates twice. We're also expediting shipping at no cost to customers to make sure we can get as many of our orders out as possible.
I apologize sincerely that your order may not arrive by Christmas. It's not much, but we issued a refund and extra gifts to make amends as best we can. We don't want to silence any customer complaints - as with any large e-retailer, you will find complaints about us online. However, I want you to know that we will do everything in our power to respond to any complaint we hear, and as our company faces growing pains we will resolve every issue as it crops up. Thanks again for letting us know - and again, I want to extend my apologies that this is happening - but I do want you to know that we are doing everything we can to do right by our customers.
Thanks,
Ann
ABSOLUTELY CORRECT - THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE SCAM PROMISING CHRISTMAS DELIVERY AND NOT DELIVERING AT ALL ! I PLAN TO COMPLAIN TO EVERYONE POSSIBLE
Don't buy anything from Limoges. You will never receive merchandise or refund!
Purchased a sterling silver necklace with a heart charm from this business. Never received item. After several weeks, still never received item. Company stated that they cancelled my purchase because they don't have the item in stock. Was never issued a credit. DO NOT DEAL WITH LIMOGES!
FOLLOW UP TO MY COMPLAINT:
My complaint is being resolved by Ann Schneider. I forwarded copies of emails and am very hopeful that she is handling the situation. Just a wonderful person to deal with. If you have a problem with your order and you see her respond in your comments, get her to help! It's been less than 24hrs since I originally wrote my complaint. Great response time, Ms. Schneider!

Associate lied to me
I ordered my mom a couples ring after my dad passed away. She had picked it out, but I insisted that we get the 10k gold so that it would last forever. On May 21st I called Limoges to see about getting one of the emeralds replaced. I clearly told the girl that the ring was several years old, I didn't care if I had to pay to fix the ring . The associate said no problem, all I needed to do was pay the shipping. I questioned her about it more than once. I told Mom about it, she was so excited. I called on June 10th to verify everything before I shipped the ring. The same associate answered the phone, but they could no longer fix the ring. I offered to pay for it, they still would not fix the ring. So now we are stuck with a 200.00 ring with an emerald missing. I can buy another 200.00 ring or tell my mom they lied to me and disappoint her. What if I had put the ring in the mail on the 21st, I would be in worse shape than I am now. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT, I KNOW I SURE DO!
Want let me cancel an order
I placed and order on 1-28-11 and I called on 2-1-11 to cancel the order after I read so many complaints. When I called to cancel a phillipines lady told me that my order has not been shipped but I can not cancel which seems stupid to me. I called back and the same woman answered the phone just to tell me that I can not cancel, I will have to wait until I recieve the order and then ship it back and it will take up to 3 weeks before I can get a refund. I dont understand whats going on but how can you tell me that I can not stop something that I dont want, especially if it haven't left the warehouse yet. I am planning on calling my bank to see what can I do about this. I refuse to have items that may be a defeat before I even get them. This was my first and last time shopping with this company and after I had recommended this site to some friends, I have to call and tell them not to order from these people whom every they are.

Spend your money elsewhere!
My ordered was cancelled without notice or call and my bank was charged. The personalized item I ordered was for a very special purpose because it was engraved with the name of a relative that's no longer with us and it's just awful and bad business. Do not order with this company they have no regard for the idea if keepsake and now I have to wait 2 billing cycles to receive my money for an order that was cancelled on their behalf without notice call or email and I've waited since April. My jewelry should have delivered this week and they just updated my shipment all this time as cancelled what a crock of bs. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere BBB would never agree to an A grading for such lawful customer service mind you I'm an avid internet shopper this crap doesn't happen.
So I had insufficient funds to complete an order and I just want to cancel it instead, but I don't know how? The customer service part doesn't help much..
Hello, I am the VP over LimogesJewelry.com. If you would like to email me directly with your order numbers, I can put you in touch with someone in our internal Customer Service department who would be happy to help. This place is a SCAM. I placed an order of 279.98 for two rings. Shortly after placing my order I recieved an email stating that they needed my credit card and billing information again but yet they already charged my account. I called to speak to a representitive regarding this matter since it didn't make any sense to me. The lady I spoke with was very unprofessional and didnt make sense as to explaining this matter. She first tells me that the order has been placed on hold because they needed to reauthorize my billing information and add the authorization charge. When I asked her what the amount of the authorization charge is, she then proceeded to tell me that it is the same amount as the order. I then told her to cancel the order and she proceeded to tell me that the order has already gone through so she cant cancel it when 2 minutes prior to that statement she said it was on hold. I kept telling her I would like to just please cancel the order out and she said that they will go ahead and do so but I will not get refunded for 7-10 business days. I have made orders and then cancelled them before and recieved my refund the very same day. I then told her that I want my redfund today and would like to speak to a supervisor or manager and she then placed me on hold and came back told me they will email me within 48-72 hours and hung up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. My whole morning consisted of phone calls to them and my bank to get my money back. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. IT IS A SCAM AND I AM NOT JUST SAYING THAT BECAUSE OF WHAT HAPPEND TO ME PERSONALLY, BUT IT IS DEFINENTLY NOT RIGHT.

Bad company, ver poor products
I ordered two different rings from this company and they both were horrible. The first was a ring for my son, it was a class ring. The other was a mothers ring for my mother. I got an email after they had taken the money off my credit card that said they couldn't get their money. The lady said that she would let her boss know. I got the first ring on time for Christmas. At first look it was nice. When my son got it he loved it. The next morning there was already a green spot under it. It started turning colors itself so I cleaned it like the paper said and the silver washed off. I couldn't beleive it. My mothers ring finally came and it was wrong there is a stone missing and it too is very poorly made. I will never use this company again. i have had the worst customer service i have ever experienced with this company so far. they assured me my order would ship promptly on December 12th. then the shipment info changed to shipping soon, please contact customer service for specific date. then they said they had no specific time, but guaranteed it would arrive before Christmas... its now December 19th and i am now being told that due to a strike at one of their overseas plants, there will be a significant delay in completion and shipment of my order. really? its simply 2 small rings with names and dates engraved. maybe i should have read these complaints before i purchased from them.
Summer, I am the Vice President over LimogesJewelry.com and I would like to help make this right for you. Please send me your order number via my business email and I will do whatever I can to help.

overcharged
I ordered a knecklace from this company and they told me my credit card did'nt work after they shipped out my knecklace so, I sent them a money order for the full amount once they got the money order they turned around and charged my credit card also, getting double payment for the knecklace. Just want people to beware of them that is really shady business. I will never deal with them again!
