Hello Lauren x7009

Thank you for your awful service...
your so called "customer care" title should be removed immediately...AND as far as you being the only person to escalate my issue to in all of Living Social? Hmmm, Ive already written to the CEO of company.

After reading the reviews from other customers posted all over so many sites from all around the world about LS services it is more than crystal clear that I am one of thousands that has a complaint about your
lack of customer care and the LS site in general. The reviews speak for themselves - they are all Negative!

You were absolutely no help, did not resolve the issue and provided NO customer care - the advertisment for ISO Beauty Hair Dryers was 100% misleading.
The Deal Ad showed the ISO Beauty site where there were several dryers to choose from - after finding one, I purchased the voucher - nowhere on the deal ad did it mention there were limitations?
Upon receiving the voucher - the site to choose the product from changed! the hair dryer I originally bought the voucher for was not included! Whoever wrote this ad for you, should be investigated! It doesnt make any sense. There were no limitations to the hair dryer products on the Deal Ad ! And why would you post the ISO main site where there is a broader selection of dryers?

This is totally misleading! AND BAD Business!

I will post this message all over the place on the net and report you to the better business bureau - all your other Living Social EX customers are already there; ISO Beauty Co. is hearing about
about this case too
The fact that you could not even offer up one solution to keep me as a customer is disgusting and you called youself the manager with no other persons to speak with.
Nevermind the Deal ad anymore - Im stuck with it - but more importantly, you have absolutely no experience in customer care or how to keep customers returning!
Apparently you missed training day on "How NOT to loose the Customer"
Too bad for Living Social ! No wonder all the complaints

LivingSocial places customer service at the very heart of our business and we strive to ensure members and partners alike benefit from a great experience with us.
We are, of course, extremely disappointed to hear of instances where LivingSocial hasen't lived up to the high service standards we set for ourselves. In the specific cases of Elizabeth Ludlow and Reece George, both parties have received a full refund, and a personal apology from Peter Briffett, Managing Director of LivingSocial UK and Ireland.

YA MY ###!

I have informed you about the faulty goods I have received within 6 hours of receiving them.
I have sent 4 emails this is number 5. With no reply...
I am writing on all bords possible about your service and will continue to do so until your problem is resolved.
I WILL HAVE AN IMPACT ON YOUR BUSINESS...

Hi, I purchased a fm transmitter and Just received it.
The purchase is an expert fm transmitter. order number 371994.
The product is meant to fit into an Iphone, however it lacks the clips on either side of the fitting which holds it in place. Therefore it will not stay in the phone.
Every device made to fit the iphone has these clips.
Please acknowledge this email and advise on return policy and refunds available including postage.
it defeats the purpose of purchasing discounted products if they dont work and you have to spend time and money complaining
and returning the items.

I made the mistake of ordering a knife sharpener through these people. "Special Deal ... $80 or some such thing - reduced to $27" etc. After much delay, a dilapidated box arrived containing a machine that made a lot of noise but achieved nothing. A search of the box failed to reveal the manufacturing company or the country of origin. A search of the Living Social website also turned up a big fat zero when looking for a contact point to make a complaint. Not a deal ... a rip off. Needless to say, I am now unsubscribed. I have also warned the girl who put me on to them and asked her to pass on the message. These sort of people give internet buying a bad name.

Living Social has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I made sure the date I needed was available before purchasing a limo wine tour from living social. I exchanged emails with the limo company directly after purchasing the deal to book and then heard nothing back from the company. After calling several times and leaving several messages, I finally heard back only to find out they had booked up on that date. I don't live in the area and could only use the tour on that date for a bachelorette party. I called Living Social to see if I could get a refund or at least "living social" credit, but they were completely rude and would do NOTHING for me. Not only did they not help me, they told me that the reason they couldn't do anything is because they had to meet a quota of deals sold with the limo company. Basically they don't care at all about their customers. On top of being completely inconsiderate, the agent sent me an insulting email with the refund policy after our phone call. I had stated clearly that I understood the refund policy, but was looking to see if there was anything the company could to for me to be thoughtful in a situation where I am now out $375. I will never be using Living Social again, and I highly recommend to go with another deal company. They are an extremely unhelpful company with no customer service skills.

It was a bait-and-switch deal. The deal was a $50 voucher that costs $25. The voucher was to buy a pair of running shoes at a local sports store. It states on the voucher that the voucher is not valid for "on sale" items. I went to the sports store to buy a pair of running shoes, all running shoes were on sale except a very few select EXPENSIVE shoes. I would be crazy to pay that much for those shoes. I asked for a refund from LivingSocial. They would not give me a refund. I'll just eat the $25 and never buy from LivingSocial again.

I ended up loosing an $800+ Adventure Deal to Costa Rica (not including airfare, hotels in other areas or activities, etc totaling over $2, 000) using LivingSocial after a problem with my Passport, two days prior to departure, that was completely out of my hands. It left me stranded in the US and unable to redeem the Adventure voucher/gift card. As you can imagine, in these economic times, I do not have over $800 to just throw away. This is not a $30 dinner coupon where I would cut my losses and learn my lesson.

I explained that I was actually looking to RESCHEDULE the trip for another available date in the very near future. I was NOT asking for A REFUND. Yet LS refused my request. As of this letter, LS had an Adventure Deal that was exactly the same (same location/hotel stay and same dates as my original voucher) with the same available dates. Yet I was told my deal could not be rescheduled; in effect, I forfeit my deal. The CS rep at LS read (verbatim) to me their rigid policy of "you must cancel within 7 days of purchasing if you want a refund. You can also gift it to someone else for the same exact days." No exceptions. This is an INTERNATIONAL trip mind you. You can barely plan a US trip within 7 days, let alone an international trip. The option of gifting it is ridiculous since there are virtually no odds that someone you know can leave for an international trip in less than 2 days.

The interesting (and most unfair) part is LivingSocial had to reschedule ME because they would not have a Guide during my ORIGINAL date. I was the only one to purchase it for a particular date so they were not providing a Guide. So I accepted the change in plans, despite financial and work obligations I had already pre-arranged for my original date. The CS rep I spoke to on 9/17 added, "there is no one else that can override this policy, " when I asked to speak to someone else. He again belittled me by re-reading the policy (for the third or fourth time).

I also purchased a voucher from ISO Beauty for a Proliss Hair Dryer and still have not received it. When I spoke with someone from ISO beauty weeks ago, i was told there were problems shipping the product to the Canada. I still have NOT received the product. Have you received your hair dryer yet?

I purchased 2 hour kayaking from Paddle or Pedal from livingsocial.com in July. They did not specify the restrictions for time and location in the description section of the deal. I wanted to use it last weekend and found out that it does not work at Annapolis section on the weekends! Livingsocial.com refused a refund saying that the information was in the fine print, not in the description. Very cheap trick to mislead customers and steal their money! They should have refunded me the full amount I paid!

I purchased a voucher for river tubing and it is printed in black and white that the expiration date for the paid value is in 2017, yet the Wahoo Tubing folks decided that they won't honor that and livingsocial.com will do NOTHING about it. This is the second time I've had trouble with a deal I bought and livingsocial does nothing to help resolve the issue - they just go along with whatever the vendor arbitrarily decides. Terrible customer service!

I agree that Living Social has issues with fair practices. I bought a product from their store which was lower than the list price. I found out within a few moments of placing the order that the product was not worth the $149.00 "discounted" price let alone $50. I got an email stating that the order was pending and not actually completed so I called immediately to cancel the order. I was told there was no way to do that. I asked about returning the item and was told I would have to pay return shipping plus an $8 restocking fee. So now here I am out almost $25 to start and I have to wait about two weeks(super slow shipping on top of everything else) to get the piece of garbage. I should have orderd from Amazon in the first place. Lesson learned.

I have never written a review on any site until now. This company is a complete scam. We bought a voucher for a Limo for $450 No where on the site does it say call immediately and set up your date because if when you call and have trouble with a merchant they deal with you will not be able to get a refund. I had the merchant try to charge me to fees when I called one for the service pickup which was an extra $89 and one for gratuity which was $199. I was told by the merchant when arguing the $89 charge because I was within the 25 mile pickup radius that was printed on the voucher that I could just get a refund. So I decided to call Living social after they said that because I was so upset about all these charges I was trying to be charged that were not printed anywhere in the fine print of Living Socials Voucher. So I get a customer service rep that just apologized but basically said there was nothing they could do since the time past. He did offer to give me $450 back in Daily Bucks which I absolutely am not taking because I already did not want to buy another deal where I may run in to the same trouble I was experiencing with false advertising on what I was purchasing and no mention of additional fees. There should be a law against hidden fees that are not mentioned and it should be labeled as fraud to the consumer, especially when the company will not refund the money to the customer. I was then basically threatened when I refused to have $450, money which I do not have to be sitting in an account not at my disposable for things I need, I asked for a supervisor and was told that if I spoke to a supervisor the deal of the daily bucks credit to my account may be taken away. When I said I was gonna have my friend contact her credit card company and dispute the charge, the guy says to be well if she does that she will be charged with fraud because it is a valid charge. Excuse me, I bought a product that has no mention of additional charges I am going to be charged when I use a voucher, who is commiting the fraud?!

After I spoke to the supervisor, I was sent an email saying here is the refund policy. We will not refund your money or dailybucks. So guess it wasn't an idle threat from the customer service threat but actual fact. I was told to work it out with the merchant who had already agreed because of me contacting their manager that the $89 fee would be waived. But Living Social did nothing about getting the $199 gratuity charge so I had to contact them again. Per that phone call I was told it would not be waived and that the merchant does not get paid by Living Social until the voucher is redeemed. So my money isn't even with the merchant as I was originally told by the customer service rep and supervisor that the merchant had already been paid by them.

I absolutely cannot believe a company can do what Living Social is doing and getting away with it. I am contacting the BBB, my State Attorney Generals office and I have also found a class action suit with Groupon who is a competitor of Living Social and am gonna contact the attorneys representing clients on that case. At least in Groupons return policy they say refunds are case by case after the 7 days but not only on businesses that go out of business like Living Social does! The worst part about it is how ridiculous that they think this kind of customer service is going to gain customers. I will review on every site I can to tell people do not do this. You can find deals online through companies own websites and you are way better off dealing directly with the merchant then going through this 3rd party that just wants to Scam you and take your money!

I have been overwhelmed with the amount of coupons out there to get new business for ailing businesses to get new customers through the door. But I am basically SICK of all of them.

About 2 months ago, I bought a session for a hyperbolic oxygen chamber, and they said they had 2 locations. I called them to make an appointment, and the nearest one to me now (when they were advertising the special, it said they had 2 locations) but I didn't realize that according to LS's buried bylaws, if I didn't specify which salon I was going to, they can only give me "deal bucks" even though I paid with a credit card.

UM, wait up here for just a second! Neither salon offers the oxygen chambers anymore, and I would have to drive a 75 mile round trip to go to the chamber. It's not MY effing fault they decided to change around their structure in the last 2 months since I bought the voucher... and I would imagine that something like a big, pressurized oxygen chamber that a person's whole body goes into would be a big piece of equipment to move around. So I doubt that they even had the chambers in the 2 salons when they put out the coupon announcement.

And now, I am forced to spend $39 on some other junk from LS to satisfy my relationship with LS. I'm just waiting for a big lawsuit to come along... and I hope to be at the top of the list. What a scam and I hate them. I'd rather pay full price for something that I know I already trust and enjoy rather than having all of these new experiences. I'm SO done with Groupon, LS, Tippr, and all of their rip offs. I hate them all and have had problems with them all.

COMPLETELY MISLEADING DEAL! I bought a voucher for a restaurant in Hoboken (Havana) and the terms were--pay $12 for one brunch and receive one meal and one mimosa, bellini or bloody mary. We told the waiter we had a voucher and he said you can order everything on the brunch menu except for the steak and eggs. When we got the bill it was outrageous and we ended up having to talk to the manager who told us $12 is the promotional value and that we needed to double it to $24 bc it's half off. But how was I supposed to know it was meant to be half-off? All of the meals were difference prices! The voucher said pay $12 for a meal and one drink, not pay $12 for one half-priced meal and one drink!

We bought what appeared to be a good deal on some tile flooring cleaning from a local Phoenix business. After the purchase when I downloaded the voucher, it said in fine print that it was no good for travertine, or other stone tile floors, which is what I bought it for! When I requested a refund, I have repeatedly been told there is no refund. This is a blatant example of violation of DTPA. I want to do something about it. Anyone out there feel the same about this site?

I purchased a voucher to take a friend of mine to a shooting range for his birthday. I went to the website of the vendor (Valastro Academy) but there was nothing indicating how to schedule an appointment if you had purchased the deal. After calling the business and finally getting an answer the earliest appointment was months away. When the day arrived to finally go to the range we first had to sit through a "training" session. I put the term in quotes because we were in a store front watching videos for at most twenty minutes the first of which was an advertisement for an italian shotgun! We then had to drive 45 minutes to get to the shooting range and the instructor didn't show up for an hour. Half of the group that was scheduled for the day went in to the range to shoot and then my friend and I ended up waiting another two hours with no communication as to what was going on or any indication that we were even going to get the full time on the range that I had paid for. After another half hour we decided to leave and I figured that I could contact LivingSocial for a refund since the vendor was unable to fulfill their end of the purchase contract. I figured wrong. Since it was past the seven days after I purchased the vouchers I was essentially S.O.L as far as LivingSocial was concerned. Their reputation depends solely on the actions of the merchants they partner with and have to take responsibility to ensure that the customers that shop on their site are getting what they pay for. Apparently all they are concerned about is the money and not the customer and this whole experience has essentially been a big f*!k you from LivingSocial.

I purchased a voucher to be used to order a Onna Ehrlich purse from the designer website. It has been 6 weeks now and no purse or responses when contacting the designer. Contacted Living Social for help in getting this rectified and all they will do is give me the email and phone numbers for the vendor. THAT IS NOT WHAT I WANTED AT THIS STAGE. I have all that information. I was looking for an advocate to either get me the purse or get me my $179 back. I WILL NEVER USE LIVING SOCIAL AGAIN --- Groupon only for me.

I live in the United States, I received an email offer for a Banksy decal for $25, plus $12.99 delivery. I freakin' love Banksy so I bought it right away! When I went to order it I noticed that the International shipping was $34.99. International? The vendor was in Australia. So I wrote a nice email to livingsocial explaining that I do not live in Australia, and that I am not going to use this coupon and to please refund it and, by the way, it not say Australia anywhere on the offer/coupon and why am I getting offers for Australia anyway.

Over the course of several emails I learned that the offer was for Australia, and that since I was outside of the 5 day window for refunds I was not going to get a refund. Also that email contained two customer service phone numbers for my convenience; one for Australian residents and one for New Zealand residents. ? So I again asked for an exception since I DON'T LIVE IN AUSTRALIA. The policy was cut and pasted, the Australia glitch was never addressed.

This is terrible customer service, Answer the question, address the problem, help the customer. The former customer.

I've had a similar issue, I bought cupcakes from Rose Marie Creations and called the next day for an order to be delivered on my husband's birthday. The lady left me a message at 7 am the day of the delivery and said her ovens don't work. After calling her no less than 10 times that day and 4 other days she still has yet to return my phone call. I contacted Living Social 10 days after the original purchase and they told me too bad so sad then had the balls to send me a 2 question survey on their "customer service". I let them have it!

The good thing is Groupon is completely opposite. I had a bike delivered to my porch and it was either lost in delivery or someone stole it off my doorstep (which has never happened). Groupon gave me $5 for dealing w/ it and then refunded my full purchase price! They know customer service.

Everyone on this website needs to come together for a class action lawsuit to get Living Social shut down or straighten up.

I bought an adventure deal from the site and was unable to use. Conveniently enough for the company, they had no availability for me to use the voucher. I tried to use the voucher five times over the course of five months with no success. LivingSocial would do nothing to help. They were very rude. The man on the phone had been trained to say, “It is not in the policy, ” over and over again. He had no logic or common sense and ironically there was no one else there that I could speak with that could help me. I even tried to e-mail a complaint with no avail. I was told to gift it to someone. This floored me as it would make the worst gift, because if I couldn’t use it neither could anyone else. I would have been happy with a credit to LivingSocial, but that was not possible either. Using these vouchers is a huge hassle and wast of time/money. I strongly suggest you do not use this site.

I bought a pedi/mani service from LivingSocial (for California Hair and Nail Academy) only to realize that the services were performed by students who had very little experience. I felt that I was misled because I did not know the services were going to be performed by students. After the service, I looked back on the vouchers and the fine print called themselves "experts" but many of students who performed the services told me they were only there a month. They didn't even do my cuticle. All they did was clean my nails and toes and painted them. The problem was that the polish was put on so poorly, they looked unprofessional. I called LS to ask for my money back and they said they could not because the vouchers were redeemed. However, how would I have known about the bad services if I hadn't redeemed the vouchers. I think the whole thing is a scam and I'm afraid of buying anything on LivingSocial any more.

Pathetic is one word that describes my experience with Living social. Bought Christmas cruise voucher from them but when I called the merchant to book the cruise, he said that I will have to pay full amount using credit card and I can use the voucher on their any other usual cruise, which by the way was of same price without a voucher anyways.

Called Living social to complain, was on hold for 15 min, gave up after that and complained using help page. No response for 48 hr on the web complain. Again called them, this time on hold for 20 min but I was determined to talk to someone this time, finally someone answers and tells me that she will talk to merchant, again hold for 10 minutes and the response I get is merchant is willing to honor the voucher for any of their normal cruise- OK I know that, what about the cruise that you advertised while selling- Sorry sir we can't do anything about it-Advised me to gift the voucher to someone- Thanks preacher, don't tell me what to get best out of my lost money, instead have a way so that your customers are not taken for a ride. You got your commission and you are happy with it, merchant will get some business- as at least few of the customers will fall prey to his bait (I might have to do it too to get at least something out of the money I put in) - do more and let customers be happy too.

STAY AWAY FROM LIVING SOCIAL is my advice to you. I had an amazing experience with Groupon and Amazon local deals.

I am on the phone with them right now! From when I first ordered my hair dryer, they told me that the one I ordered was out of stock.. This was ordered on 11/17/12. I have called and called ISO and given multiple tracking numbers that have been for other customers. I actually asked them to just pick one that they can physically see and get it out to me asap. I have escalated and I am at my whits end with this. I asked for a refund and they informed me that I need to speak to Livingsocial.com. I noticed that over 4, 000 dryers were ordered through the deal and at $49 a pop that's enough for them to just go out of business, run and nobody gets their product!

What a scam. I purchased a $69 price (a $280 value) for a basic photography workshop from Fotoscool in Calgary, AB. I was ready to book a session and all dates were booked in 2012 so I had to wait until 2013...AND...the instructor, Brad, said the regular price is always $69. If I didn't want to wait until 2013, I had to go through LivingSocial to get a refund. Listen...if a company was doing well at what they do...delivering a superior customer experience...they would not need LivingSocial. They would be acquiring new customers just by word of mouth. If businesses need LivingSocial to get new customers, they are under-delivering their services. Do NOT waste your money. Ask your friends/colleagues for a better referral.

I bought a spa voucher... the whole thing was very deceptive because it was advertised as a couple's day at the spa...but none of the services were actually done as a couple. For all I know that was the spa's advertisement, though, and shouldn't blame LS from that. However, we had a multitude of other problems with the spa, so I tried to submit feedback and request a refund (even if it was just partial). Not only did I not get a refund, I didn't even get a "We're so sorry" or ANY sort of response from them!

On a plus note, I received my dryer yesterday - a month and a week later so they weren't scamming me at least; however on a negative note, during the packaging process, they damaged the back end of it so now I have to return it and wait for an exchange to be processed. This may take months at their speed. I don't think a company of ISO Beauty's size is going to be coning people but I do think that they may be sloppy and unfortunately it may mean that this whole transaction gets botched up. I keep getting really poor service from American companies..my husband has given up ordering from them completely.

Well ISO beauty came through. They provided a replacement dryer right away and didn't ask for the old one to be returned which was surprising. The second dryer came a lot faster than the initial one. So all in all, the service seemed to be on par with other large businesses which is good.

Living Social is a rip off.

On April 2, 2012, my wife purchased a Puerto Vallarta vacation from Living Social for $399. In July I ruptured a disc in my back and could not travel. She called and talked with them several times. She also sent them a lot of emails. Eventually they responded and said we were out of luck. They could be no help.

On [protected] I purchased 3 auto details through Living Social for a price of $235. Around August (three months prior to the expiration), I began calling the detailer- never any answer and no returned calls. I contacted Living Social in October to tell them about my attempted contacts. I contacted them by phone, via email and finally in December they got back to me and said I was basically out of luck. I would need to work it out with the vendor. Finally my daughter called and they said they would refund the money- never did.

THIS SITE IS A JOKE! DON'T BUY ANYTHING!

I bought something from this site and wanted a refund after it was clear the deal they had sold me was undeliverable from the salon because of the numbers they had sold. Four 13 minute phone calls later where I was waiting for an answer the whole time but got cut off EVERY TIME - 6 emails to their 'help line' later and I get an email ONE MONTH LATER saying they couldnt help as the refund date was past! Joke its not about the refund date it is the fact they have sold me something that can't be delivered!

THEY ARE CR@P DONT GO ON THIS WEBSITE!

I purchased a voucher from LivingSocial. The deal wasn't honored and the LivingSocial team uses every argument imaginable, whether it makes sense or not, to not face their responsibility as vendor of the voucher to refund the money. Basically they make you wait on hold every time their argument is rebutted, until you get so tired of the process you just hang up. I've never been treated this bad as a customer. Save yourself a lot of frustration and money and stay away from them. You may be lucky and have a good deal, and you may be unlucky like I was and apparently most of the other reviewers and spend money on something that doesn't materialize.

I have used groupons for some time and someone told me living social was as good. NOT SO!
I gave them a try and bought a hypnosis session from living social only to learn for the first time at the appointment time that it was for a group session. No where on the living social site was this stated. Nor did the vendor inform me when I made the appointment.Furthermore, living social would not refund my purchase because too much time had lapsed.

Here's what happened - I bought the session and immediately tried to contact the vendor for the session. The vendor said that since I was interested in weight loss (a stated option) they would need to call me back to let me know when I could schedule it. I waited and waited then called them a few weeks later. The first available time was 3 weeks later. I went to the appointment and learned it was a group session. The time lapse was controlled by the vendor and funny how the appointment was scheduled so late!
I contacted living social - they said that the vendor's website indicated that they had group sessions so somehow I should have known that the one on living social was a group one even though it was not indicated - stupid me!

I use Grouponstry things out that I would normally never tried. and it has lead to repeat business when I like what I tried. I have also referred my friends to the vendors. When I had a similar issue like this with Groupon vendor - they made good! Living Social did NOT...The product they sold me was not properly advertised; stay away from living social.

Living social are rude, incompetent and refuse to accept their responsibilities with those who buy from them. They honestly should be boycotted as its almost like selective 'scamming’, well maybe not quite that bad but I would not put it past them after all the things I have read, heard and now experienced concerning these kind of companies. This is the first time (last!) I ever used them as I'd seen and read about the vast number of dissatisfied customers from website like this (but friends had done so a few times with overall success, if a little bit hassle but nothing too bad) and they first send what they state is wrong code, so then another is sent, and quelle surprise, this one doesn't work either! So we call them and sit a queue for almost 15 minutes to be out through to not a very helpful person, i wouldn't call them a 'customer care rep' to be honest! Their response - oh no it doesn't work does it, after she tried it, and that we should call the merchant, which we had already done who advised us to call livingsocial. She was a little stumped from there and her response was that she will email their "overseas team" and "launch an investigation". how odd, i bought a voucher on a Uk website from home in Glasgow to access a merchant in Glasgow. But obviously an overseas team is so much better placed to deal with the problem. I clearly and calmly explained we needed code asap as its required for weekend (that we had arranged for people to come from a distance to take part therefore that fact she could not give us an length of time that this could take was totally unacceptable. It was only when we said, fine we shall just cancel the order, that she became a little more responsive - she emailed an hour later suggesting living social had failed to advise the merchant with the order and its code, but that this should be rectified by 2pm tomorrow - we will have to wait and see, and even then as the merchant requires 48 hours notice (working days) then it still may not work out in time for us. Utter idiots. Never again!

Don't bother with the BBB. They only go against a company that does not pay it's dues. Otherwise they'll back the company up.

I know how to get the money back. The best way is to file a Small Claims action. Any other lawsuit is easy for them to brush off, but with a small claims suit, they CANNOT use a lawyer! Therefore, someone from Living Social will have to show up and defend. They won't and you will win by default EVERYTHING you ask for.
However, there are other ways before going to that extreme. Like, calling the customer service line. it's [protected]. Other numbers are [protected] and [protected]. They will put you through to customer service. Choose option 1 and wait for it to finish. it will tell you to hold if you did not get your answer. Then, you'll be on hold for about 5 to 15 minutes, but someone WILL come on. Explain your situation. THEN, explain what it is you think you have to do to get your money back. If they do not take care of it, small claims is the answer.

This company is a scam, I would never touch them again I bought a deal nearly four months ago and cancelled the next morning as they said I could cancel within 5 days I waited for the refund for several weeks and when no refund appeared I spent months trying to get some sense out of them they strung me along for weeks and weeks then finally said they did not receive the cancellation which was an absolute lie as I sent it on their website they still refused to refund it I then went to the merchant at least he was decent enough and said when he received the money he would refund it to me but they never forwarded the money to them this constitutes theft this is the type of greedy grubby little company they are.
