I have initially paid only rm 8.88 under the Fave promotion for a fat burning session. firstly, I signed up for 3900RM package. The consultant Agnes shared that I should take up the Rm 10000 package instead. They tried to use my credit card to put an easy payment plan for the remaining Rm 10000 after deducting rm 3900. It was unsuccessful as my credit limit was low. Agnes pushes me to use my other credit card to put on 1100 rm on my credit card to hold the refund till my credit limits gets approved. She shared that I will be able to be refunded if my credit limit is not approved. After 1 week or so, I shared that i don't want to proceed with 10000 rm package as I don't want to increase my credit limit due to personal commitments. Agnes said she is not able to refund my money and lied about the it the first time itself. She convince me that I were to get my refund, it will be deducted from her salary and begged me to help her and she would increase my package. The issue I have is I'm not able to trust them since they have broken my trust and lied YeH first time around d just to gain financial benefit. On top of that, Agnes also was willing to speak to the other bank to issue me a different credit card so that they can change me for the full 10000 rm package. I refused it. Since then, i have not used the service completely and only manage to go for the service once or twice. I have been requesting for a refund since late December ever since I signed the service and I was not given any option for a refund except them manipulating or forcing me without any option. Recently in May I decided to pursue the refund again as I have not been using the service and their product. As this involve future services, it's always fair for the customer to have their rights and get their refund back in the same method. The consultant cherry refused and was extremely rude to me and said only if I'm dying of cancer or heart attack, I'm able to get my refund. It's rather unfair as I have not utilize their service and it's inconvenience and unpleasant experience for me at London weight management and the consultants.
I want my refund for approx Rm 5000

As a whole, I like it. Not bad. It's been not too long, but the process has moved on. I lost 3.7 kilos. It would be good to eat less, then the result will come quicker. But the clinic is just fine. The staff is smart, all my questions are answered clearly and comprehensively, everyone is ready to help and gives tips. Actually, they came up with a menu for me, although I did not ask for that. I need to try to eat according to it. I am not planning to interrupt the course as yet.
staff keep disturbing me for nonsense
A staff name Joyce from Klang outlet called me few months ago, saying that I still have treatment with LWM. After some clarifications actually she wanted to cheat me to go there for free treatment, as I didn't sign any package with LWM. Recently she keep SMS me for the same thing.
If you want to do business please don't use this way to cheat and disturb people, I will file this if this person keep disturbing me!
I have call few times to the hotline but no one answer, such a big company why so hard to get in touch with the right person? I have call Klang outlet and the person purposely put me on hold when know I am May.

I’ve read reviews before doing my visit. I’d expected to be attacked by the staff wishing to sell me lots of things, but nothing like that happened. They just talked to me calmly, told me about all programs and services and gave me time to choose. By the way, there is a free session to make it easier to choose, where to go. So, I decided to take massages and sauna. In a month I lost a bit of weight: I am 70 kg now, I was 81.5 kg. But I am okay with that. Bought three more procedures, they do not advice me to stop the process as yet.
i know that many rich women attend this clinic, because of good doctors and efficient weight loss methods. I was there several times, and my impression is positive. Of course, I could not afford to but the course at once. I bought 5 procedures. The results are good, I’ve lost 4 kilos in 3 weeks. my skin is not droopy, and there are no pouches under my eyes. probably I will buy club membership to have the opportunity to buy procedures with discounts. I will ask my friends’ and relatives’ advice.
the services is very poor!
At first, someone called me for redemption of free trail. I went for it and was convinced to pay for a package worth RM1288. Then, encourage me to induce friends for a free trail also. One of my friend then successfully subscribe the SAME package with only RM 600. The services person then asked my friend to not let me know about the fact she purchased the same package for lower price.
One week later, I received a phone message regarding a free treatment package for me to be claim from London Weight Management. I filled up the form but the branch said I'm not entitled for it.

I booked my treatment at 17/2 as soon as I received the message. But they told me that the free gift were out of stock. Maybe will restock but not promising/guaranteed.
I felt unfair treatment for me and very unpleasant with the services provided. The information given always "Fake" for me!
I contacted the center 1.5 months after giving birth. Excess fat aggregated on my legs and belly. The LWM workers prohibited some procedures due to breastfeeding, but I had some other options. During the consultation a friendly girl told me everything in details, it was a nice chat )) I have not finished my course yet, but I already love the results. Minus several cm at my waist and 2.5 kilos already. I would like to lose 3-4 more kilos, and get leaner thighs as well.
yep, I lost some weight! I lost 8 kilograms during 10 procedures. It you diet, you can lose even more. Not cheap, but, efficient.
lwm ioi mall puchong cheat customer for money
I received first time free trial on 7 Aug 2015 but after treatment, they forced me to pay deposit RM200 from RM 3.9K Lavender Package includes 5 sessions, then I traveled overseas without using the balance of 4 sessions.
Then on 22 Jan 2019, I came again to follow up on my remaining 4 sessions but the consultant named Cherie forced me to take more expensive package of RM 11, 200 (includes 30 sessions). I refused at the beginning, I said i just want to continue my old package that i was signed off and don't mind paying the balance amount so they took my credit card and hold on to it.
But then there's 2 other consultant (supervisor I think) came and approached me and forced me to take more package with more session (amounted to RM 14, 950) due to my body is too fat, it might take longer time to reduce and bla bla bla. They were so insist to charge on my credit card and asked me to key in PIN code number. So I did and they straight away took me to the treatment room to start my session.
I felt like I was being robbed so I went home and read all the bad reviews about them and their services. So today 24 Jan 2019 I came back and said I want to cancel the treatment, then consultant (Hannah) told me it's non-refundable. She said if I don't want to use the treatment, they can exchange with their (expensive) products but they will not refund the money no matter what.
I will lodge a report and file my complaint to Consumer Tribunal Court IMMEDIATELY. I will make it viral on every social media to alert all consumer in Malaysia about this terrible scammer.

I'm a customer from London weight Woodlands branch. I've requested a refund on 16th oct 18 due to my migration on January 19 whereby my consultant, Zoe told me that she will check and get back to me in 7-10days. On 26th Oct 18 I contacted her again & asked her about the refund, but she told me she'll get back to me again when she get the answer. I think I've gave her enough time to let her to get back to me. On 26th nov 18, I contacted her again & this time round she told me that she is on urgent leave & said that she will try to get back to me. Few days back on the 3rd Dec 18, I contacted her again regarding the refund, there was no replies from her already.
I don't think this is the customer service that I should be facing. I hope I didn't have to go up till case then I can get back my money.
I hope London weight management can do a better job than this.

On 17th october 2018, i have came to lwm at ioi mall puchong, selangor, malaysia.
I am the 1 who get 1 time free trial from facebook. That 1 who serve me name Cherie.
On 7.9.18 i came for free section. Cherie told me to join member to get another 5 free. Which every year 1 free, last for 5 years.
On 17.9.18, i go for the member free section. That day i decided to sign package. So i pay the deposit rm500. But when she say it is rm4846, i realize that is some miscommunication. In my mind the price should be rm3230.
After that i have ask she to refund. Then she convinced me with another 5 section to add on rm788.
I do not agreed. Today, i see her message. Then i told her to refund again.
Then she say after that she think i am not coming anymore so she deducted my deposit for those 2 section.
Go directly to speak their customer service department to get refund

Much time wasted due to misleading information on the advertisement. I had to travel to the outlet for clarification. I was denied of getting any treatments. I lost a lot of time. Who bears the cost of the time wasted?

At lwm I was hepled to lose weight quickly and pretty painlessly. In 3 sessions my weight dropped from 73.5 to 71.6 — quite a result, if you ask me. I had wraps and I cannot say I felt nothing. Sometimes there was a kind of burning sensation. But I was assured that it is alright, this is how the process in my body is getting started. I was worried about my skin, but is is okay) No burns. I agreed to buy 3 more sessions.
attitude of sales consultant
2 months ago, I go to the 1st avenue mall london weight management (lot 3-09, 3rd floor, 182, jalan magazine, 10300 penang) for some treatment which they offer on the tv. After I go there, they didn't bother about me. They just let me sit and waited for at least 3 hours even they aren't busy. They are just keep me waited until a sales consultant has came in front of me. She share some unimportant detail with me for next 2 hour. Overall, the sales consultant had my 5 hour of time wasted by sitting there and wait, at the end I didn't get my expected result from my weight treatment instead of I had my times wasted and get a zero result. By the way, they don't seem likes professionally trained sales consultant especially their attitude..
I’ve been going here for almost a month. The coolest thing is I was given a personal consultant ))) It is comfy that I do not have to wait for anything — I just come according to a schedule. The girl is very considerate, at the start she told me everything very comprehensively and listened to my wishes. We made our own schedule, mixing various procedures to get a better effect. A change of nutrition patterns was also offered. They drew up a plan for me. I like it. I lost 4.3 kilos in a month!
slimming packages and fat burning coffee
I've signed up Slimming Packages with London Weight management at Nex Shopping Mall Client no. CL6087 since 2014 plus fat burning Coffee around 6K, I remembered after two to three sessions, I was asked to purchase fat burning coffee as there is promotion. As I wanted to lose weight badly, stupidly purchase more.
Due to work travelling, I stopped going and started to go back in 2015 as I had not complete my packages. Once again, I started my session, Stella the lady who been serving me, said that they have new packages, I being straightforward person, I just said ok and then top up 3K with free coffee promotion as I believing that it can really help me lose weight. During the sessions, Stella will try alternate days to ask me get some stuffs, till I felt irritated, then I stopped due to work commitment overseas.
Knowing I still have packages and my weight just go up, early Oct'16, I decided to go back. Again one session, she said they have new cream and ways and will add treatments from 8 to 10 with free cupping, I thought ok already a year, hopefully this time will help me burn my fat. So I made her cross finger that she will not ask me anymore to add on. This time almost another 3K. So total already 12K.
Last Mon, I went, there is my third session, she shared that during cupping session, need to put some cream that will further reduce the body fats. She even shows me pictures of it. I am really upset as I did not see any reduce in my weight yet and she is pushing me again to top up.
I felt so stupid, I know that I am not consistent but again it is not the way to push sales. My weight haven't even go down and already spend SGD12K. This amount can help alot of people who are in needs. They are like blood sucker, SGD 12K is also our hard-earned money.
And also during my second session, as the cream she is using is burning my skin and I kept feedback to her, behind my back saying I making alot of noise in hokkien, thinking that I never hear it.
So unprofessional and heartless. We fat people wanna lose weight to look good and build back our confident too. We chose to go in wanting them to help us. We are all human, working hard.
All I wish is that they can be more human like, at least let us complete over 8 sessions and let are see result whether we should continue to sign package to maintain our weight and feel confident.
Overall, I only can says I'm too naive and hope to share this so that other people will really think twice before they sign up for slimming packages. Maybe in their clause, add in no more top up or change of packages, if not, you have the right to ask for refund.
I’ve been having procedures for half a year already, trying to get back in shape after having a baby. I managed to try all kinds of procedures, currently I am having massages and going to sauna. My weight dropped from 64 to 52 kilos in this period. Generally, this place is not bad, a diary of observations is being kept for me, and I can check it out every moment. I see changes not in my weight only, but my skin is getting better, too. But I will continue procedures anyway, in order not to get my kilos back.

Incident ( the happening) = :- My lady friend and I paid a visit to the above venue. Was attracted by the adv RM 28 slimming trial. Persuaded into signing a package which my spouse disagrees . Knowing my husband's nature, so I was just interested to take a minimum package of 5X slimming sessions, I thought to myself if the result is prominent, he would be happy to allow me to continue with another more sessions. At the same time, a friend of mine signed for 5X package a month earlier than I, so behind my mind, I was sure that they have such a package. So, I was being turned down, but only a choice of 10X package was available. Feeling rather unhappy that I was being forced into spending an amount that I am not ready for and to face the music when got home. Immediately the next day, exercising on the ^cooling-off-period, he requested me to stop payment through the bank, and this had been made known to the LWM, but no much effect has been promised, nothing positive had been given as well, and so we are not happy to this service. His request is simple, start off with a 5X package for the beginning. -refund the balanced amount [which is not in the use], -he wanted to see a sincere dealing, -seeing his money worth, -see his money back as well, - the over draft amount is refunded. - yes, an immediate action on the decision is a *Refund. The consultants at London Weight Management are simply blood sucker.
They don't bother about your financial problem. even if you would tell them you could not afford, they just want you to keep signing new packages or so called upgrading your packages.
They even keep pestering, asking your monthly income and your overall household income.
And with that, they keep pestering you to upgrading a higher treatment.
if you don't sign, they refused to let you continue to finish the treatment even if you have balance treatment with them.
they will also make you wait like a idiot. sitting or standing at the counter and don't bother about you until you continue to sign the treatment.
A travesty. The best, inexpensive program I've seen you can do at home or at the gym is http://www.hotfitbody.com it's only $47. All the info you need to have a body you want. Real info from famous fitness blogger Rusty Moore. Just puts a few bucks in his pocket for the benefit of his perfect advice.
stomach ache

I want to share my experiance that i was cheated by LWM as well. I really regret and cause me feel unwell and stomach ache after consume the oatmeal drink that they gave me after the session. They even give me the wrong menu diet when i told them i had gastric problem but they still advis eme to to took 2x per day. Morning and tea break. This saturday i am going to do stomach check up.
1 of the staff also give worng information on the coffee making. how they can advise to make coffee using warm water i/o hot water. I am going to meet their branch manager next monring. Hope they not fool me around. I told my consultant (Cathy) and explain my health condition after consume their drink and she only told me just to stop it at she moment and its normal process. I told her i want to back off and get my money back. I dont mind to pay $360/session + the coffee + the toxin blackcurrent drink. She told me she check with her branch manager first and only able to seen on monday. I have a very bad stomatch ache (is not diarrhrea) and yet they only say that's normal. OMG!...
I go with good manager to settle with good etique. If they really try to fool me around...I will submit this case to Commerce assosiation.

I’ve had 4 procedures out of 6. Had steam sauna twice, but the result is so-so. Massage had better effect, it was exactly the procedure that helped me to lose weight. I lost a little bit more than 2 kilos so far. If I lose one more kilo during remaining sessions, I’ll have to buy more session to continue with slimming. The clinic is not bad, it has a lot of natural light. Consultations are detailed, even too detailed, as for me. A personal consultant is appointed for every client, as a bonus.
