I went for the free trial for London weight management as I was a new customer. Multiple emphasis that my body is severely overweight and filled with toxic due to uh burnt fats. The hard selling by the staff after the first trial was really bad so I ended up signing for less than 10 ez-slim packages. But overall, the trial treatment was fine.
Subsequently, I went for my official paid sessions - and the services got slower and slower. During the second paid session, the lady asked me to wait in 1 room to change clothes for 30 mins. Then after that, another lady told me to go shower but I have told that then I had showered before coming. So I was asked to wait in the room for another 15 mins before they took my weight. My appointment was 2pm. But ended up the treatment only started at around 2:55pm… due to their slow services…
Next, my orignal consultant was a person named A. She was the one that did my trial and first session. But then at the second session (again with the slow service and making customers to wait. FYI this was a weekday afternoon), suddenly the staff said lady A was busy - so another lady B came and did my treatment.
Lady B did my treatment. So I asked her why lady A is not doing, she said she is busy with another customer. HELLO? London weight management… you sure you know how to manage? Lol if the consultant is busy with another customer on that date then why did you let the customer to book this specific time slot?
Because I booked the appointment via phone and this date was available at that point. So you mean to say you had given my time slot to another customer? This shows that you have totally no customer services. Then RE-booking appointment also another issue (imagine if you are sick or had your period that day). Overall, this is a disappointment and there was no significant changes to the weight loss.
