how to get some money back from loot crate
was able to get 1/2 refund of my order that was suppose to be guaranteed delivery by Christmas showed up mid January. Don't let them keep your money if they break breach of sales and guarantees.
lootcrate seems to ignore papal requests/cases so if you had an issue with an order and lucky enough to have paid via paypal submit a paypal ticket.Then when they don't reply in 30 days you'll be asked how much money you want back which also gets ignored and you'll just get all or partial money back on your order.

This service is not customer-oriented, they don't care how you feel after you open a package and see that some of the items are missing. No one wants to spend their time on hassling, but they have to because the money was charged and they just have no choice.
Saying this because I know this feeling. Because I went through the same experience and it was like hell on earth. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone at all, not even if it was my worst enemy. No freaking way!

My elderly grandmother who can barely speak english bought me a loot crate once, and they have charged her card over and over despite cancelling the subscription numerous times. We even canceled the card and they still called her and then lied saying that she owed them money and would be in legal trouble if she didnt give her new cc info over. When we tried to call they would not answer the phone, when we tried to make contact on fb they blocked us. Do not use this company they will steal from you.

I received email with tracking inf on both of these crates the wizarding world was suppose to be here today the last track of it was on December 11 and no updated since then the loot wear was tracked to Georgia on December 5 and no further update these are November crates not December crates I have NEVER had this issue with you before. I purchased an annual subscription to loot crate for my daughter and the packages quit being delivered after around 6 months. Not only did they not fulfill the first subscription, but they had the nerve to bill me for another year. Now this could simply be some kind of mistake, but try and reach them to discuss it. So as of right now, I've been overdrafted for a canceled subscription to lootcrate and I'm trying to get any contact information of a phone number so I can settle this claim and get my credit back, it was authorized on 11/10 and I had bought my original lootcrate on 10/26, giving little to no room to settle my own billings. I won't even be getting my second payments worth of an item since I was forced to cancel as soon as possible so I wouldn't be charged again. I purchased the World War II limited edition Loot Crate on September 23rd. This is my first time purchasing a item from the company. I did not receive any type of confirmation, email or shipping information for my order. I looked over their website and learned that my shipment should have arrived to me the following month in October by the 30th. When I still hadn't received it by the 2nd of November I left an email on the website. 2 Days Later when I had not gotten a response I left another message. Between then and now I have left 4 emails and one voicemail and I still have not gotten any response back nor have I received my order.

I recently got a monthly subscription to lootcrate and was unable to pay October's bill of 21.99 and I see lootcrate randomly tries charging the account to see if the payment would go though and recently the charged my on point account 21.99+30.00$ on the 11th of october and it made my bank account negative -50.00$ I would like a refund of the 30$ and an explanation on why the charged 30$ in addition to the 21.99 monthly payment

Have tried repeatedly to cancel subscription yet products keep coming and charges keep showing up in my checking account. Subscription needs to be cancelled and my checking account refunded or my attorney will be contacting you. I'm writing in regards to a Loot Crate charge to my credit card. This happened approximately a month ago with a few other charges that we believed to be fraudulent. We contacted our credit card company and reported it, a case was opened and a new card issued. Today I checked my credit card and found another charge from Loot Crate. I want whatever subscription that is being charged to this credit card cancelled!

Same thing happened to me. They keep charging my account even though I've paid in full.
I am in the same situation I have filed a fraud claim to my direct bank and as of the moment my case is being reviewed I am also trying to take some extra steps to ensure that they don't keep charging my direct account. This is a disappointment and shame of the company, I expected more dignity from their service.

I realized I was billed for a month, when I had no money on my bank account. It somehow went through anyways and put me into negative balance, which would trigger a hefty over-draft fee on my account if I didn't take action to get them to refund it fast. No biggie, I've had that problem with Amazon and Netflix and it was always resolved same day.
I emailed and sent in 2 tickets Saturday night around 10pm. 1 about my account and the billing, and another about a late crate from last month. I got a reply saying I've opened duplicate tickets and to respond to the late crate ticket only. So I do so. I get another email saying that they were confused about my account request to cancel. (I don't see how, I was very clear in my email!) They were replied to Sunday at 2am. Just hours after I sent it. Good start thus far. The person is confused if I want to cancel forever or until the end of the period (not like it matters, I said cancel and refund...) Then when nothing is done, and its Monday and the overdraft fee hits I'm angry. Someone was able to respond to my request 4 hours after I sent it, but then not checked on again for an entire 24 hours?! 8/10 I send another reply back to my ticket saying that nothing has been done about my account, I'm still being charged and now have this overdraft fee. 2 days later, I get an automatic reply talking about the "Due to an increase in volume our reply time is taking longer than what you might have previously experienced."
So then same day I finally get a reply. Guess what they bring up? The late box which was already addressed and taken care of. No one brings up my account or cancelling, or how I'm over drafted. I sent one last email, last night, 8/13, this time obviously angry about the situation. Demanding that this be taken care of. I get a reply, "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding! This is an error from our end. No problem! I have refunded your account for the most recent charge. Please allow 2-5 business days for that to reflect back to your account." With 2 other emails from lootcrate. 1 subscription REACTIVATED (what?!?!1 whhhyy?) and another for Subscription cancelled. I look at my bank. I'm now $23.80 lighter! They charged me, AGAIN! So now I have to get 2 fees taken care of!
This is absolutely ridiculous!

I live in Australia was involved in a serious car accident that has left me with a permanent injury in my back and neck and I ordered the Mad Science Loot Gaming crate to cheer me up. I'm not able to get more crates for a little while whilst I pay for my surgeries, but I fully intend to buy more in a few months. It took more than double the usual amount of time to get the crate here and when it finally did it was full of mildew and mould, the crate crushed badly, and contents crushed and reeking of a terrible smell. It looked like the crate had been dumped in water and left to rot. It was disgusting. I had to throw it out and nothing was salvageable.

When I contacted Loot Gaming I was assured that a replacement would be sent very soon. That was almost 3 months ago. I have been contacting Loot Crate every couple of weeks and was assured several times that it was ready to be posted from warehouse. That was back in February and I continued to get nothing but excuses about warehouse moves and delays on sending me the crate. I kept being assured that it was about to be sent but they'd moved warehouse and to be patient, which I was. I was given a postage number and I waited and waited and it never arrived. Every time I wrote to Loot Crate tonget an update I got an excuse and an assurance that it was still coming. I saw the crate going up on Loot Vault and couldn't understand why they had crates for it in all short sizes but for some reason I was not getting my replacement crate sent to me.
I contacted Loot Crate to again find out what happened a few days ago with the crate and I get back an email saying that the crate had been sold out and they gave me a refund! The crate is STILL for sale through the Loot Vault in all sizes! How is that 'sold out'? I was only told that they couldn't send it and had no crates left, after I told them that I couldn't buy my crates for a couple of months due to my injuries.
I have consistently been lied to and given nothing but excuses when I that crate was the last one that I can afford to get for quite a while. Loot Crate sells themselves as a family that loves their customers, but they did this to someone who is suffering in tremendous pain and only wanted their crate that had contents for some of their favourite games. I was eagerly waiting for the Resident Evil 7 t-shirt, the Exclusive Mega Man Proto Man Helmet and the
EXCLUSIVE Psychonauts Goggles.
I was sent a damaged Delorean from another crate a few months before that one and it was never replaced either, although I sent pictures of the damage to the car and pack. I just got demands for more pictures of the box. It was a Back To The Future crate.
I have been a loyal member for quite a while with Loot Crate and bought three crates a month from Loot Crate, Loot Gaming and Loot DX. I'm injured right now but intent to get my crates again in a few months when I'm able to work again. I mentioned in my last email to support that I couldn't afford crates right now and I really feel like that was why I was sent a refund rather than having anything resolved. If I'm not buying crates then I'm not a customer? The constant lies and evasion just bother me tremendously. Loot Gaming could have sent me another crate for this month or one of the others that I had to skip but instead they just sent the money back and washed their hands of it. Just because I'm in Australia doesn't mean that deserve to be treated badly. This is dreadful service to someone who loves their crates so much.
