Oak & Luna's Hassle-Filled Return Policy: A Review
I recently made a purchase from Oak & Luna and let me tell you, their return process is something else. Before I shelled out over $140 for a simple necklace, I made sure to thoroughly read their return policy. I needed to be absolutely sure that I could either love it or return it with no hassle. Unfortunately, returning it was a hassle.
First, you have to send an email to initiate the return process instead of just being able to access a label. I waited for 30 hours for a reply, only to be met with a brief response and yet another question. Still no return label at this point! They asked me to send pictures of the item and the reason for the return, even though I had already stated the reason before. Another 24 hours went by before they replied, but this time with a passive aggressive statement saying something like 'looks like we sent you exactly what you ordered', but if you still want to return it please tell us why. (Didn't I already tell them that?)
So I clicked on the new link they provided and was instructed to input my email and order number AGAIN, filling out ANOTHER box. Then I had to select if I wanted an exchange, credit, or return. The default option is exchange so make sure you don't miss that tiny box. After submitting that requirement 10 hours ago, I'm still waiting for a simple return label.
All of these extra steps in the return process are definitely by design. It's as if they want to make it as difficult as possible for customers to use their return policy. It's not a good look and it definitely doesn't inspire trust in the company. Plus, I personally think their jewelry is overpriced for the quality.
Terrible Quality and Customer Service: My Frustrating Experience with Oak & Luna
I have had quite a frustrating experience dealing with Oak & Luna, specifically regarding the return of three necklaces that I purchased as a wedding present. The quality of the jewelry is quite poor, cheap, and miniature. I've been going back and forth with the company for quite some time now trying to initiate a return. Unfortunately, I have found it impossible to reach anyone. They only respond after multiple days, which is quite irritating. Furthermore, all they are offering is an exchange, which is not what I want. Honestly, I believe that this company has serious issues, and they really should be shut down!
Their recent response was less than satisfactory. The language used was not professional at all. The person who wrote it was not even bothered with spelling the word "disappointed" correctly. I found it both outrageous and obnoxious. They are trying to tell me that the product I received is not damaged and was produced according to the specifications I provided when I placed the order. That might be true, but it still does not excuse the poor quality of the necklaces that they sent to me.
I replied to them, telling them that their personalized items are just charm pendants and that it's not actual personalization with our names. They are just generic letters put onto a chain. I find this unacceptable. It takes them at least two days to respond to an inquiry, and they still haven't provided me with a return label. All I want is a full 100% refund for the necklaces that I purchased. They should refund me the full amount for the "personalized" items since they are just letters that they can take off and reuse.
I have requested a return label repeatedly, and I want them to send it to me now! I've spent hundreds of dollars buying this cheap crap, and now they are wasting my time with this lousy customer service. I cannot wait to tell everyone about my experience with Oak & Luna. It's clear that they sell low-quality goods, which is why they offer an "exchange" and not a return. Please, do not waste your money with this company!
Disappointing Quality and Service from Oak & Luna Jewelry
I've recently purchased a necklace from Oak & Luna, and to be candid, it's not up to par. It's a gold necklace with 6 letters, and honestly, the clasp is just trash. I've seen better quality on Kendra Scott jewelry and for way less than what I paid for this sad-looking necklace. The necklace broke after just 2 hours of wearing it, and the second time I wore it, it broke while I was simply driving. Like what the heck? I've used cheap stuff that lasted longer than this!
I am appalled by the quality of this jewelry. The pieces look clunky and are not polished nicely before they are shipped off. And on top of that, the metal contains small imperfections that can easily be seen in broad daylight. None of the O rings are welded together, and it makes me wonder if they even test their products before they are sold.
I used to make jewelry myself, and to be honest, I created far better necklaces than this. And the worst part of the experience is that I was offered a new replacement without even returning the two broken necklaces that I received from them. I mean, what kind of business would do that? It just doesn't seem legitimate.
I've reached out to them again to ask for a refund, and I am hoping for the best. But, I have to say they responded graciously to my inquiry. They promise to look into the issue and take preventive measures. Although they offered me a store credit for my refund, I'm not sure when or even if I will use it.
In conclusion, I have nothing great to say about Oak & Luna. While their website may seem appealing, the quality of their products leaves much to be desired. In my opinion, it's time for them to reevaluate their policies and sincerely address the issues experienced by their customers.
Oak & Luna Review: Affordable Personalized Jewelry with Impressive Customer Service
I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Oak & Luna, an online jewelry store that specializes in personalized jewelry. As a mother who desired matching name necklaces for my daughter and myself, I was thrilled to find this company. Although I ended up buying my daughter's necklace from another company, I decided to purchase my own from Oak & Luna since it was priced much more affordably than the other one.
The ordering process was easy, and the communication with the company regarding my order processing was frequent. Their response time was impressive, especially given the current circumstances the world is facing. The company guaranteed that I would receive my order within 3 weeks from the day I placed it, and they kept their promise.
When I finally received the necklace, I was pleased with the quality, especially considering the price of the merchandise. The item arrived in perfect condition, and I was able to wear it right away. However, I did notice a random charge of $2 extra on my card after my order was placed. While the charge was not significant, I was a bit unnerved by it. I decided to look into the issue and found several complaints on the company's Instagram profile of similar charges, or even double charges. However, to Oak & Luna's credit, I did observe that the company was actively responding to complaints and stated that they are working on resolving this issue at this time. This approach gives them credibility in the eyes of their customers.
Overall, I would say that my experience with Oak & Luna was a positive one. The pricing was reasonable, the quality of the jewelry was fair, and it arrived on time. Although there was an issue with the extra charge, the company's active response to this issue demonstrates that they care about their customers and are dedicated to providing a positive buying experience. I would recommend Oak & Luna to anyone in search of stylish and affordable personalized jewelry.
Unreliable and Untrustworthy: My Frustrating Experience with Oak & Luna's Personalized Necklace
When I ordered a personalized necklace for my newborn daughter from Oak & Luna in November 2020, I was hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas. However, I was disappointed to learn that the product is actually manufactured and shipped all the way from Israel, which took a long time. Finally, on Christmas day, the necklace arrived but had my suite number missing from the address. Unfortunately, the package was rejected and sent back to them.
Even though it was not my mistake, Oak & Luna refused to offer me a refund and gave me two options - reorder at a 30% discount or wait for the item to get shipped back to Israel so that they could reship it to me with the correct address. It has been 4 months now (February) since then, and the necklace still has not returned to them. This means that it would take another two months to reach me, making it a total of 6 months since my order was placed.
I have contacted them several times for either a replacement or a refund, but they have been unwilling to accommodate me. To make matters worse, they are trying to place the blame on me for having the wrong address on their package and are only willing to refund 30% of my original order cost.
After this frustrating experience, I regret ever ordering from this company and wish I had read the reviews before doing so. Oak & Luna's business practices and customer service are terrible, making it an unreliable and untrustworthy company to buy from.
Extremely Disappointed with Oak & Luna's Shipping & Customer Service: A Warning
I was really looking forward to surprising my daughter with a beautiful necklace from Oak & Luna for her birthday. I ordered it on April 5th, with the expectation that it would be an overnight shipment, as advertised on their site. However, it's now past my daughter's birthday, and I still haven't received the necklace. I've been monitoring the package's status, and it's gone from supposed to arrive on the 16th to now being located in MN, despite me living in VA. It's frustrating to see the delivery date change without any explanation.
I'm extremely disappointed with this experience, especially as a first-time buyer who was excited about personalized jewelry. My satisfaction has not been met, and I will NOT be recommending Oak & Luna to any of my friends or family in the future. Worse still, when I called their customer service line for assistance, they informed me that overnight shipping was not honored because the site did not update to reflect the additional $20 payment. They were unhelpful and offered no compensation for my inconvenience.
If the necklace isn't delivered by the end of the month, I will have to escalate this issue to the Better Business Bureau and demand a refund from Oak & Luna. It's a severe disappointment for me to have had such a terrible experience with this company. My advice is to save yourself the trouble and stay away from Oak & Luna. Instead, take your chances with a trusted retailer like Amazon.
Oak & Luna Review: Poor Customer Service and No Refund for Anniversary Bracelet
As a human being who strives to uphold a strong level of ethics and honesty, I must express my extreme disappointment with the experience I had with Oak & Luna. I had purchased a bracelet for my wife, to commemorate our anniversary, and I am still left empty-handed without a refund. It has been over a month and I have received no updates or resolution on this matter.
Initially, I reached out to the company after 10 days of no shipping information, as my delivery date was fast approaching. I was informed that they no longer had the bracelet I had ordered and was told to choose a replacement piece as my original pendant had already been printed. Despite not having any other options, I picked another item and was assured that it would still arrive on time for my anniversary. Unfortunately, on the day it was supposed to be delivered, I still hadn't received any updates, so I reached out again, only to be told that I needed to wait a few more days.
After several follow-ups, I was informed that my item was still in production, even though I had been previously told that it was produced and ready to ship. My anniversary came and went, and I was left gift-less because of the ill-fated experience with Oak & Luna.
What made matters worse was their poor customer service. Despite me reaching out to them multiple times, the responses were always the same. Their automated replies showed no genuine concern or effort to resolve the issue. After being left with no other options, I had to reach out to my bank and put a stop payment on the charge.
As a result of my experience, I am left with a sour taste in my mouth and have no desire to ever do business with Oak & Luna again. The lack of follow-up, communication, and poor customer service has left me feeling cheated, as their actions have impacted a significant milestone in the life of my wife and me.
Oak & Luna engraving options are confusing and misleading: A cautionary review for potential customers
As a concerned parent, I recently purchased a beautiful bar necklace from Oak & Luna for my daughter's upcoming birthday. I was thrilled to have the option of engraving the piece, and spent a great deal of time utilizing the preview feature to ensure that everything was positioned exactly as I wanted it to be.
However, upon receiving the necklace, I was disappointed to discover that the engraving was not located in the place that I had so carefully selected. I quickly reached out to the company to express my concerns and was shocked to be told that the problem was my mistake, not theirs.
According to Oak & Luna, the issue arose because the preview had shown the engraving on the right side, while I had apparently typed it into the box labeled "left". Despite my efforts to explain that I had simply been following the preview and had no idea that the box label was relevant, the company refused to take responsibility for the issue.
I provided the company with the preview that clearly showed the placement I had selected, but still, they refused to rectify the situation. I was left feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed by the customer service and lack of accountability demonstrated by Oak & Luna.
In my opinion, this situation illustrates a major flaw with the Oak & Luna website. The engraving options are confusing and the preview feature is misleading, causing customers to make mistakes and then be blamed for them.
Overall, I would caution potential customers to be aware of these issues and to carefully review their orders before submitting them to avoid similar disappointments. Hopefully, Oak & Luna will take steps to improve their website and customer service in the future.
Poor Communication from Oak and Luna: A Review of My Experience
When I stumbled across Oak and Luna on Instagram, I was intrigued by their beautiful jewelry and decided to purchase a personalized bracelet for my sister-in-law's birthday. I was disappointed to find that, despite requesting the delivery to my work address, the system had defaulted back to my billing address, causing a delay in the shipping process.
I consulted their website, which stated that delivery would take 10-12 days, however, it wasn't until the 12th day that I received a tracking number via email. I was frustrated to find that the link provided didn't work and did not provide any further information as to when I could expect my delivery. After reaching out to their customer service team, I received no response. This lack of communication left me feeling disheartened and ignored.
I decided to contact them through their Instagram page, where they eventually responded and offered a 30% discount on a new purchase in exchange for a guarantee that my order would arrive in 21 days. I was unwilling to give them more of my money after my initial poor experience, and they did not respond when I asked about a potential refund for my first order.
I eventually received the bracelet a full month after my original purchase, well after the birthday had passed. This left me having to purchase another gift to arrive empty-handed. I cannot stress enough how important communication is when it comes to customer service. A simple update or response would have made a huge difference in my experience with Oak and Luna. I urge them to be more transparent and responsive in the future.
Disappointing Experience with Oak & Luna: Mons Petit Necklace Review
I recently purchased the Mons Petit Necklace from Oak & Luna as a gift for my mother in memory of my brother. I was eager to receive it and paid an extra $20 for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, my order did not arrive on time, so I decided to reach out to customer service to get an update on my order. They informed me that my item failed a quality check and therefore had to be remade, leading to the delay. I finally received my order 8 days later, which was 16 days after I placed it. I was supposed to receive it within 5 days of ordering.
Upon receiving the necklace, I noticed that the inscription was poorly done, with the letter at the end cut off and barely visible. I was extremely disappointed and reached out to customer service to express my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, they did not have a phone number and were located in Israel, so I had to rely on email communication.
They offered me a discount on my next order, a 10% refund, or a pair of $40 earrings. I accepted the offer, but they also requested that I send the item back so they could remake it for free. This made me apprehensive about losing my money, so I declined and requested a quality, up-to-par replacement instead. They eventually offered me a full refund, but I had to send the necklace back. However, I am still unsure if I will get my money back, so I have not sent it back yet.
I even sent a counteroffer, requesting a 50% refund and a full refund of the shipping costs. Despite my efforts to work with them, I still feel like I have wasted my time and money, and I am disappointed in the lack of concern from Oak & Luna for their customers. I advise others to find another vendor for their jewelry needs as this experience has been unpleasant for me. Please see the attached picture for reference.
Disappointing Experience with Oak & Luna: Poor Quality, Lack of Communication, Do Not Recommend
I must say, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Oak & Luna (oakandluna.com). My husband ordered a 14k name necklace for Mother's Day, which arrived almost a month later, just in time for June. The packaging was subpar, and the necklace was just as disappointing. It had a flimsy twisted chain instead of the promised solid boxchain, which was a huge letdown. The nameplate itself was delicate and lightweight, not what I expected from such an expensive item. Although we were very disappointed, we decided to have the necklace replaced instead of returning it, which would have been the logical thing to do in hindsight.
We attempted to reach out to Oak & Luna through email, since they do not have a phone number, which I thought was a huge red flag. Despite repeated assurances that the necklace would be replaced, we have not received any updates on the order, or the item that is due to be delivered. It is incredibly frustrating, as we returned the product over a month ago, and it is now nearing August. This ordeal has been nothing but anxiety-inducing, and I would not recommend anyone to buy from this fraudulent company.
If you're considering purchasing anything from Oak & Luna, I urge you to save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. The lack of communication, poor quality, and unfulfillment of promises have led me to dispute the charge on my credit card. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I wish that my husband had done more research before making this purchase. In conclusion, I do not recommend Oak & Luna and urge potential customers to avoid them at all costs.
Disappointing Experience with Oak & Luna: Poor Quality and Customer Service
I recently had a disappointing experience with Oak & Luna. I had purchased two personalized necklaces from the company which were quite expensive, but worth it in my opinion as they were personalized. However, when I received my order after two weeks, I noticed that one of the necklaces had a different spelling than what I had requested. I contacted the company right away regarding this issue but they did not seem to be interested in resolving the issue right away. They did eventually say that they would correct the order and ship it out express, but it took them almost another week to actually do so. The fact that it took so long for them to resolve the issue didn't sit well with me.
Furthermore, I noticed that the quality of the necklaces didn't seem to be worth the price I had paid. If they hadn't been personalized, I would have returned them without question based on value.
As if that wasn't bad enough, to make matters worse, the replacement order they sent out was incorrect again. This time, I had to send four emails just to get a response from their customer service. When they finally did respond, they offered to provide a "FREE" replacement order as though it was some sort of favor. After all the hassle I had gone through, they didn't even offer to provide a full refund of my money. Instead, they offered to refund $68 instead of the $80 that I had paid.
I was extremely disappointed by the entire experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I found similar items on Etsy for 25% less. Additionally, after I provided my order number to them, they never followed up with me again. I will never order from Oak & Luna again.
Poor Communication Experience with Oak and Luna When Ordering Necklace
After a frustrating experience with Oak and Luna, I am happy to say that I did receive the correct necklace for my granddaughter in time for Christmas. However, I would like to highlight the poor communication I experienced during the ordering process.
I received an email with a "Sneak Peak" of a necklace that was not what I had ordered. After contacting Oak and Luna about the issue, I was promised a response within 24 hours, but did not receive one until much later. When they did respond, they claimed the necklace had already been shipped. This back-and-forth could have easily been avoided with more transparent communication.
That being said, I am pleased with the quality of the necklace and my granddaughter loves it. I do have some reservations about ordering from Oak and Luna again due to their communication mishap, but I appreciate the discount offered for a future purchase.
In conclusion, while I did receive the correct product and am happy with its quality, Oak and Luna could improve their communication practices to prevent future misunderstandings from happening.

Oak & Luna 14 Karat Gold Necklace: Disappointing Quality and Delivery Frustrations
I had high hopes for the Oak & luna 14 karat gold necklace when I placed my order for $260. However, upon opening the box, I was truly disappointed with the thin and flimsy look of the necklace. I even thought that the chain might break while I was untangling a knot in it that had formed during shipping. While the requirements for a 14 karat gold necklace were technically met, the chain seemed to be made of inferior quality materials. I have to admit that it was quite upsetting to me.
To add insult to injury, their email/text notification system was not working well with their shipping. I was waiting for the delivery of two necklaces, but only one arrived. I waited before writing a negative review of the website, hoping that the missing necklace would arrive, but it didn't. When I received a sale email reminder from Oak & luna, I checked their website to see if my negative review had been posted, but it had not even though it had already been two or three days. It's not difficult to imagine that Oak & luna might be trying to reduce negative reviews shown on their website. I just think people should be aware and careful.
All in all, I think it's best to choose another retailer if you want a high-quality necklace that's worth the price.
Disappointed in Oak & Luna's Ivy Paperclip Bracelet: A Review of Poor Customer Service and Inaccurate Product Description
So, I ordered a beautiful bracelet for my mommy's birthday from Oak & Luna, and it was the Ivy Paperclip Gold Vermeil Bracelet. My dad had purchased the silver one with our names and some diamonds on it for her, and she loved it so much that she wanted another one in gold. When we received the bracelet, it was way too small compared to the silver one, and even smaller than what was written on their website. Consequently, I contacted customer support, and they were amazing since the beginning. At first, they had me ship it back for free, and they promised to fix it and send the bracelet back to us.
However, three whole months went by, and there was no sign of our bracelet being fixed. After waiting so long, we finally received our package, but it was the exact same bracelet that I had sent them for fixing. It was still too small for mommy to wear, and it was nothing like what was described as the bracelet length on their website. I even sent them photographs of the gold bracelet along with the silver one to highlight the difference between the two. I expected the gold one to have 11 paperclips like they advertised, but it only had nine. Despite all of this, I'm mega surprised that they made the same error twice, and I'm so disappointed in them.
That's why I asked for my money back, and now, I am shipping it back today. It's so incredibly absurd that they couldn't make things right with me, and now, they have wasted so much of my time. Honestly, I doubt I'll ever order from them again. We will see if I get my money back, and I'll update on that later.

Frustrated with Oak & Luna's Customer Service: Engraving Mistake in Necklace Order
Upon browsing the internet, I chanced upon the website of Oak & Luna. At first glance, it looks like a fancy schmancy brand with all the bells and whistles that come with an upscale website design.
The missus discovered this business and was quite enamoured with the prices. We've placed several orders in the past, but this one takes the cake. Frankly, I'm a tad bit frustrated with Oak & Luna at the moment. I got a total of four different items from them but this one piece has a mistake in it. Good grief!
The necklace is supposed to have three tags, each with a designated name engraved onto them. However, instead of "Jane," the engraving bearing that name was spelled as "June." I tried reaching out to them through their website with the order number but to no avail. It's been over a month and... Nothing! Zip! Zilch!
I don't understand why they can't even bother to send a response or offer to correct the mistake. What kind of customer service is that? It's frustrating.
More curiously, I had to look for proof of purchase as per the request of this review website, and I noticed that Paypal listed the business as "Jewelry website" instead of the company name. Call me crazy, but maybe - just maybe - titling the brand as such helps them evade bad reviews? That's just me venting though.
Oak & Luna, come on already! It shouldn't be this difficult!
All I want is to hear back from them and maybe a replacement to correct their mistake. I'm not asking for a refund or anything. It's just basic customer service, guys!
Stay Away from Oak & Luna: Deceitful Practices and Horrible Customer Service
My daughter was given a Bella necklace in 14k gold as a birthday present by her Aunt, which cost a whopping $320! She was over the moon with excitement when she received it, and her Aunt was thrilled to give it to her in front of the whole family while dining at a restaurant. However, my daughter wore the necklace while changing her clothes after returning home and lounging around the house, only to find out 4 hours later that it had disappeared! We searched the entire house, including the vacuum cleaner, and immediately contacted the company. My poor daughter was heartbroken and inconsolable.
She did mention that the necklace had rough edges for a 14k gold piece, but didn't want to say anything before it went missing. We hoped that Oak & Luna would take responsibility and make it right. Unfortunately, their "customer service" was a nightmare! They didn't bother to read my email in full before responding, which made me feel like I didn't provide all the necessary information, which I did. It was a shame that their customer service couldn't be more helpful in this situation. My daughter's necklace broke down within mere hours of first use and doing absolutely NOTHING at all!
We were left with no option but to contact them again, and all they offered was a measly 20% discount on a new necklace. As if we wanted to waste more money on junk! This is simply unacceptable. Even after reading numerous negative reviews online, we stupidly put our faith and money in this company, only to be sorely disappointed. We do not want anyone else to fall victim to their deceitful practices. We urge you to stay away from this company! Please don't waste your hard-earned money when there are plenty of good and honest jewelry companies out there. Do your research before making a purchase!
Unpleasant Buying Experience: Oak & Luna Review
I had a very unpleasant experience ordering from Oak & Luna. I wanted to surprise my mother with a personalized Pillar Bar Necklace in Rose Gold Plating for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the item arrived a few days after the special occasion, despite the company's guarantee of delivery. My package was shipped via USPS First Class mail, which is not what I had selected during the ordering process. I attempted to reach out to customer service twice via email, but received no reply, only an automated response promising to reply within 48 hours.
When the package finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that the jewelry and gift packaging were both banged up. The necklace had tiny scratches and smudges from the engraving job. I regretted paying the extra cost of the gift packaging since it arrived bent and ruined.
Overall, I strongly advise anyone not to order from Oak & Luna. Their lack of communication, failure to meet their delivery guarantee, and poor product quality have left me feeling ripped off and disappointed, especially since they ruined what could have been a special moment for my mother on her first Mother's Day.
Disappointing Customer Service from Oak and Luna: A Warning for Potential Buyers
As someone who was excited to make a meaningful purchase for my wife this Mother's Day, I was thoroughly disappointed with the customer service from Oak and Luna. Despite ordering a necklace with guaranteed delivery on April 29th, I have yet to receive any updates as to when it will actually be arriving. I've reached out via Facebook, email, and even tried to contact the parent company TenenGroup, but to no avail - there is no phone number to be found.
To make matters worse, I've received countless generic responses thanking me for my patience and assuring me that they're looking into it with their Design and Products team. Honestly, these responses feel like lip service at this point. I've even gone so far as to file a complaint with the BBB (where I found four other unresolved complaints) but Oak and Luna has yet to issue a refund, despite their complete lack of follow through on their delivery guarantee.
It's incredibly frustrating and downright disheartening to see a company with such poor customer service. I can't help but feel like they just don't care about their customers or the promises they make. My kids and wife were really looking forward to gifting this necklace, but instead we've been left feeling disappointed and upset. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone - proceed with caution.
Unreliable and Disappointing: My Experience with Oak & Luna Jewelry Website
As someone who values quality jewelry and personalized gifts, I was excited to visit Oak & Luna's website (oakandluna.com) and place an order for a necklace with engravings. At the time of my purchase, I was thrilled to see that the item came with a free star necklace. However, my experience with this company quickly turned sour as I encountered several disappointing issues.
I was disappointed to discover that I had still not received my necklace over a month after placing my order. To add insult to injury, I received an email stating that the necklace was out of stock a week after making my purchase. I found this particularly frustrating, as the item was still shown as available online for an additional two days. When I reached out to the company, I was told that I would only be given a $25 credit towards another item. This was disheartening, as the necklace online was $50 if I purchased it outright. I felt that it was unfair that I was being given such a limited credit for an inconvenience caused by the company.
Things went from bad to worse when, two weeks later, I received another email informing me that the second necklace I had paid an additional $50 for was also out of stock. I was left with no choice but to pick something else. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, as I now have to find another gift for Valentine's Day and her birthday, which is a significant inconvenience for me.
As a dissatisfied customer, I plan to request a refund of $75, as I feel that this would be a fair compensation for my poor experience with Oak & Luna. To say the least, I feel disappointed and frustrated that my gift-giving plans have been disrupted as a result of the company's mistakes.
Overall, I cannot recommend Oak & Luna to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free shopping experience. If you're considering purchasing from them, I suggest you think twice and consider the potential for issues with stock and customer service.
Avoid Oak & Luna for Jewelry Purchases: A Warning About Shipping and Customer Service
I recently tried out Oak & Luna, a jewelry store that I found on Instagram via a sponsored post. The website looked trustworthy, so I went ahead and ordered a necklace from them. However, I encountered some significant issues with the shipping process.
Firstly, it took two weeks for them to mark my order as shipped- an unusual waiting time. But that wasn't even the worst of it- when my order was finally being shipped, they somehow changed the address to my billing address, which was in a separate city. I hadn't even inputted that address, so I assumed they received it through PayPal or some other means.
When I finally reached out to their customer service team, it took hours for me to get a response, and by being in the middle of the night, it added to the stress. They informed me that they would send another necklace to me if I paid 70% of the original expense, or I could try to contact the shipping company myself. But to my surprise, they didn't even provide me with any tracking information or specify which shipping company was involved. I tried to email them back, Facebook messaged, and even Instagram messaged twice, but to no avail.
It's been two days since these exchanges, and I haven't heard a new update from them. Furthermore, they changed the expected delivery date from June 1st to June 29th. This entire experience has been quite concerning and leaves me unsure about whether I should trust this brand again.
All in all, if you're interested in purchasing some lovely jewelry, I would recommend avoiding Oak & Luna. Their lack of transparency during the shipping process and the overall shadiness of their responses is incredibly problematic and is not worth the stress. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Oak & Luna: Lack of Communication and Delayed Resizing
I recently had an experience with Oak & Luna that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered a personalized necklace as a Christmas gift for a family member, but unfortunately, I made a mistake with the chain size. However, I was pleased to find out that the company offered to adjust it for me. I promptly shipped it back at my own expense, hoping to get it back in time for the holidays.
Unfortunately, despite countless e-mails to their customer service team, I received no response. I was told that the resizing would take 4 weeks, which meant that the item would not arrive before Christmas. I was extremely disappointed, as I had done everything well in advance. What's more, there was no direct number to call them on, so all communication had to go through e-mail.
To make matters worse, when I finally received the necklace from Oak & Luna after 5 weeks of constant emailing, I found out that they had lost the item! They had to re-make it, which further delayed its arrival. I was extremely unhappy with their lack of communication and responsiveness, and I was ready to demand a full refund. However, they only offered a partial refund, which I found unacceptable.
Overall, my experience with Oak & Luna was very negative. They are not a well-run business, and their customer service is severely lacking. They need to work on improving their communication and responsiveness if they want to keep their customers happy.
Beware: Disappointing Customer Service from Oak & Luna Jewelry
I recently had an experience with Oak & Luna jewelry (oakandluna.com) that left me extremely dissatisfied. After purchasing a beautiful gold chain, it unfortunately broke after only two weeks. I decided to take advantage of the provided return label and mailed the defective chain back to the company. However, two months later, I was informed that the company claimed to not have received the package.
This was surprising to me because I had a tracking number that clearly showed the package had been delivered. I tried emailing the company repeatedly but it seemed like my emails were being blocked. After trying to find an alternative solution to contact the company, I was told that they still claimed to not have received the package. It was a frustrating experience to say the least, as I had to deal with a constant back-and-forth through email and there was no phone number to talk to someone.
After over two months of waiting for a replacement item, I am still left empty-handed. At this point, I feel like I have been ripped off and am extremely disappointed in the way this issue has been handled. I would strongly advise against purchasing from Oak & Luna, as the lack of customer support and communication has been incredibly frustrating.
Disappointing Experience with Oak & Luna: Only 1 of 3 Necklaces Arrived, No Refund Received
My experience with Oak & Luna was not a good one at all. I was excited to order 3 necklaces as Christmas gifts for my loved ones in early December of 2019, but unfortunately, only 1 necklace arrived. When I immediately reached out to their customer service team on December 24th, they assured me that they would take care of it and send the other two necklaces as soon as possible.
After waiting for some time, I had still not received the two remaining necklaces, and when I contacted them again, they informed me that they would refund my money. Unfortunately, even after multiple attempts to get in touch with them via their website and social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram, I have still not received my money back.
As a result, I feel incredibly disappointed with Oak & Luna as they failed to deliver the items I purchased for my loved ones on time and have not refunded me as they promised. Furthermore, the lack of communication from their customer service team is unacceptable.
Although I was told that all three necklaces had been shipped and I was expecting to receive them before Christmas, the situation turned out to be frustrating and inconvenient as I did not have a gift for my niece or sister. The fact that this company exists and operates like this is beyond me, and I have even filed a claim with the BBB as a result of this experience.
Overall, I do not recommend Oak & Luna to anyone, and I hope that they get their act together and improve their business practices, or better yet, be shut down entirely.
Buyer Beware: My Negative Experience with Oak & Luna's Customer Service
I want to share my experience with Oak & Luna as a potential warning to others considering purchasing from this company. Unfortunately, my order for a necklace never arrived, which was initially disappointing. Oak & Luna did take action to rectify the situation by expediting a replacement order. However, the customer service experience I had was subpar to say the least. Whenever I reached out to Oak & Luna's customer service team, I received scripted responses that weren't helpful in getting to the bottom of where my order was or when it would arrive. It was frustrating to not be able to speak with a live person to get answers or support.
Even worse, the most recent interaction I had with an Oak & Luna customer service representative - someone named Chris - was incredibly disappointing. The chat was ended abruptly and they instructed me to complete a form for an email response. This lack of a personalized touch combined with the ongoing issue of not receiving my order has left me feeling incredibly disheartened.
I had purchased the necklace as a personalized gift for my daughter with plenty of time to spare, but now it seems as though the order has been botched and there is seemingly no accountability on the part of Oak & Luna. Their auto-check order status system even indicates that no order can be found, which adds insult to injury.
To say I'm disappointed in this experience would be an understatement. I think this is a disorganized company that relies on a poorly trained call center for customer service, and altogether lacks the human touch when it comes to resolving issues. I am also disappointed that they don't offer the option to speak with a live person if you're having issues. It's more than frustrating to feel like you're just a number in an impersonal system when dealing with a company like this.
Unfortunately, I have to advise others to avoid Oak & Luna at all costs. While there may be better, more professional options out there, my personal experience has left me feeling disheartened and frustrated with this company's lack of accountability and transparency. This is not the way to win trust and repeat business. Buyer beware.
Oak & Luna Review: Subpar Quality and Frustrating Return Policy for Personalized Jewelry
I recently had an experience with Oak & Luna, an online jewelry shop which left quite a sour taste in my mouth. Despite their seemingly attractive pricing, the quality of the jewelry I received was incredibly disappointing. It looked and felt like plastic, similar to those inexpensive trinkets dispensed from coin-operated machines.
The particular item I had ordered was a necklace bearing the letter 'J.' I was excited to wear it as a personal touch to my outfit, but when I received it, I noticed that the font was oddly shaped, resembling only half of the letter 'T.' It was far from what I had expected and certainly not what I would consider a personalized product.
To make matters worse, when I attempted to return the item, the process was incredibly frustrating. Apparently, personalized jewelry falls into a different category than regular items, and therefore I was only entitled to a partial refund of $70 instead of the full $100 I had spent. It seems at odds with the definition of personalized - which is generally meant to indicate a product that is tailored specifically to the individual. And even worse, I suspect that these 'personalized' items are being sold again, to someone else with the same initial, for yet another $100, making a profit of $130 on the same necklace!
It took more than a few emails and exchanges with the customer service team to finally be issued a return label, and I'm still waiting for the refund to appear on my account - a process which, apparently, will also take 21 days. All of this hassle and extra time spent for a product that was way underwhelming.
My advice to others considering Oak & Luna is to take your business elsewhere. Their products are subpar, and their customer service is far from stellar. It's just not worth wasting your time or money on their junk jewelry.
Beware of Oak & Luna: Excessive Restocking Fees and Poor Customer Service
I recently had an experience with the online jewelry shop, Oak & Luna, that left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. I placed an order on September 5th, 2021, but didn't receive my purchase until three weeks later. Unfortunately, the item I received didn't meet my expectations, so I decided to initiate a return on October 6th, 2021. That's when things took a turn for the worse.
Firstly, Oak & Luna requires a 30% restocking fee for any returned items, which I found to be quite excessive. To make matters worse, almost two months have passed since they received my returned item, and I still haven't received a refund. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with their customer service team, I've received no updates or feedback on my refund status, which is incredibly disappointing and frustrating. In my opinion, this is a clear example of poor customer service, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from this company.
I was taken aback by the 30% restocking fee, which feels like an unnecessary money-grab. In my experience, this is not an industry standard and is likely to scare off many potential customers. I would advise anyone considering purchasing from Oak & Luna to read their return policy carefully before placing an order.
I also feel it necessary to highlight the number of recent complaints lodged against Oak & Luna on the Better Business Bureau's website. As a consumer, it's essential to do your research, and I wish I had checked their reputation before making a purchase. This entire process has been a headache, and I feel that I'm currently being taken for a ride.
In conclusion, I would urge others to steer clear of Oak & Luna, as their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There are plenty of other options out there, so do not be tempted by their sponsored social media ads. My advice would be to take your business elsewhere, where you'll be treated with the respect and transparency that you deserve.
