LottosOnline.com lottery ticket

No one answers the cyprus hq phone. Phone number mentioned in automated email belongs to some individual.

Can't imagine how such companies do exist with personal telephone number.

Never provides scanned copy of powerball lottery tickets even though they are charging triple the amount of actual price.

No one to talk to via phone . I doubt even you win you reach no one.

LottosOnline.com lottery tickets

On january 9th & 12th, respectively, I purchased tickets for the us powerball lottery draw. Unfortunately, I didn't win, however as I was going over my mastercard statement today, I noticed something odd. For my 54.00 order on january 9th (Order confirmation #1fhbzo6pr4) I was charged 78.39 and for my 48.00 order on january 12th (Order confirmation #1fhq5zbtzl) I was charged 70.33, which is 46.72 more than I was expecting. After a great deal of searching on your site, I discovered that the site is based in cyprus & then understood that I was charged british pounds. My anger is that in the top right corner of the website is a small canadian flag next to the word "english", which I generally understand to mean i'm on the canadian version of a website. Nowhere on your site is there any mention of the currency that the customer will be charged in - with the current state of the canadian dollar, I never would have ordered anything had I been aware that I wasn't being charged in canadian dollars. I think it is very underhanded to make no mention of what currency is being charged & allowing people to think they are making a purchase in one currency when it is really in another. I would like the $46.72 cdn refunded to my credit card.

We are very sorry about this misunderstanding. Our website LottosOnline reflects prices in either US Dollars or Euros (not any other currency, like British pounds or Canadian dollars). We sell lottery tickets for US lotteries and European lotteries, so the prices of lottery tickets only reflect these currencies to avoid any currency fluctuations for the payout of winnings.

Yes, we are based in Cyprus and our credit card payment processing is done in Europe in US Dollars or Euros, depending on our customer's chosen account currency preference.

When a player signs up and registers their account on LottosOnline, they need to choose their preferred currency, either US Dollars or Euros and that currency and pricing is reflected throughout the site when are logged in and purchasing. A screenshot of our create/register account page showing the account currency selection option is attached.

We do appreciate your viewpoint and we have immediately adjusted our website to reflect the US in front of all dollar currencies in an even more transparent manner and to differentiate it from the Canadian dollar. We thank you for your comments to improve our site. It is never our intention to mislead our players about currency conversion or any other matters.
