Made a purchase a few weeks ago still have not received the items and there is no way to talk to a live person about the items I have purchased this was my first time ever ordering online and the experience has been less than favorable it should not have taken this long and if my order has been shipped out I still have not received it and at this point would just like a refund. What am I to do about this problem. How do I get my money back for items I have not received and no longer want

I don't understand we u guys charge so much for shipping when u have to wait to receive it just as long as aliexpress and other sites that have free shipping... If we have to wait so long it should be free... Charge if people want it faster... Shipping cost more than the item i'm buying and u charge shipping for ever piece u order that's bull [censor]... Plus u sent a item that is nothing like I ordered... Starting to not like this site... I don't mind spending my money else where or waiting or getting what u send as long as shipping is free... U guys need to change that... I look at my check out at $100 something then shipping $20 something dollars hell no... Change shiping policy or u will continue to lose great customers as myself!

I received two pair of panties and cover-up but did not receive my top I tried to upload picture but message wouldn't go through, what do I do about this problem? Hello, my name is tina floyd. I've been doing business with this company for a while now. I placed an order for two dresses on 3-29-18 and I received an email stating that the items were shipped out on 4-01.

So far I have not received my order and there's nothing way to contact a live representative. As of right now I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from this site.

I paid for my order using a debit card but its saying to pay again. I sent a ticket but I can't or dont know how to see there response. I would like to get a response about this. It also looks like I ordered the same items twice. I would also like to get a phone number or be able to live text with someone. I would gladly appreciate the feedback. Thank you in advance.

I placed an order on the 22nd of march and according to an email I received, the ordered has been shipped but i've yet to receive the items. I don't recommend this site to anybody. As of today i'm requesting a refund through my paypal account! There's no way to contact them, either by email or phone. My order totaled up to $186 and to have to pay for shipping is ludacris under said circumstances!

Lovely wholesale don't have a contact number. And I still haven't received my order. My status still say confirmed. The amount went for $18.46 usd to $0.00 usd. And my money isn't on my card.

I order an item on March 6th 2018 and have not received nothing yet they gave me a tracking number in the order number and it still has not came still in one spot I called the customer service number and that number wasn't theirs it has something to do with a car company and the lady told me that they are scams they don't have her number is a lot of people been calling that number so imma need my money back because this is ridiculous how people scamming people out their money especially when they work hard for it

I placed an order on march the 15th and still have yet to receive any of my items I spent in total of $147.50 and I want my money back! My order number is oit80000184 as I look on the website to try and track it but it says I have already received it but I have not gotten anything! I just would like my money back nothing else. I'm still trying to figure out how it says delivered but I have yet got anything.

I ordered a few items on the website. Got notification from back that the payment posted, checked the website and my order was confirmed, The items were due to arrive tomorrow. I haven't received a confirmation email from the company, have not been able to get in touch with the company. I tried to submit a ticket, it sent a error message, I feel robbed.

I ordered from lovely wholesale on 2/24/2018. I haven't gotten my order yet, every number they give you does not exist. I've ordered from them before and had no problems. But they're quick to take our money but when we need answers we cant get anybody from the company at all. They gave me two different tracking numbers, none of them work. Also the order numbers do not work as well as the phone number they gave doesn't work. I really feel like if this company is out to just take people money it should be shut down.

I have received not one item I ordered I'm very disappointed I want my money am very unsatisfied it's been a month in a. Half an still haven't received my package I've been trying to reach lovelywholesale through the service center an I cant get through be to no one I was very excited about order this stuff now my hopes are down I needed my items for a special event an now I'm very dissatisfied

Lovely wholesale is a complete a waste of time and money. Now don't get me wrong I've ordered here before and never had a problem until now. I placed an order about two weeks ago and just received it last week but three of my outfits were missing. I've been trying consistently to reach out, but everytime I go to submit a ticket ut says Error can't connect. I am extremely upset because I was charged for these items but I haven't received them and they know they did not send ne all of my peices. The items I did reveive were extra small and non-fitting although I ordered bigger than my normal size they still don't fit. They don't even have a customer service number. I would strongly suggest you shop on another sight, this one is very deceiving. They take your money and don't care what they send to you, and it's difficult and time- consuming trying to get a refund.

Its been about 2-3 weeks since I ordered my items and still haven't received a tracking number. It wont let me submit a ticket nor can I contact them. I just want my money back ($60) could have went towards something else. This website is a rip off. Everytime I fill out the information to submit a ticket it says error. I ordered from this site before and did not have a problem but this year starting 2018 I seen many complaints after the fact I oredered my stuff. I would really just like my money back.

March 2nd I placed an order and paid 40$ for expedited shipping. It is now march 22nd and my order has not even been shipped I have yet to receive a tracking number or anything I keep being told to wait that some of my items where sold out but listed on the site as in stock this is ridiculous taht much money wasted on fast shipping just for it to take longer than standard shipping and then their saying I can not be refunded my 40$ so basically I just got coned out of my money I will never and I mean ever order anything from this website ever again by the time I get my things it'll be damn near a month what type of expedited shipping is that

This is very unprofessional and if your not gonna send my stuff please reimburse me my money please and thank you. I purchased three items from the loveleywholesale site, which are two bikin suits and one dress. I have received an email about a payment when it was paid in full and only has two items not the three i've purchased. I placed a order on march 6, 2018 and never received a email saying it was being delivered or confirmation number with tracking number. I contacted the company with no resolution twice and they never responded. I finally filed a complaint through paypal and was issued a refund on march 20, 2018 with no apologies. I seriously suggest that you do not order from this company! The prices are awesome because it is a fraud! Thankfully I used paypal so they were there to help!
