The Educational Plan I purchased for my Niece matured October 2014. We were told that it will take 36 days to process payment. I submitted the claim last year and provided direct deposit instruction. When I followed up this Year I was told by the Makati office that the payment schedule changed o every May and that I should expect to see it enter my account in May 2015. This is more than 6 months delay! I have been having a hard time following up since the money is badly needed. Are there anyone filing a lawsuit against this company?

Are there any legal actions filed against this company? It seems that so many parents were cheated by this company whom we trusted for so many years hoping that our hard-earned money will help our children achieved their dreams. Unfortunately, my 2 children were denied of their education money too. I read all your concerns and comments and i felt your frustrations and disappointments. How do these people able to sleep well at night?
my pension plan matured march 2019 and when i went to their office to process it, i was informed that the payment of the same is hanging and they were not sure when it will be paid. WHAT? I found out that it was under receivership. Better advise, don't ever be duped to avail of any pension plans, specially payable in long term. because these companies are no better than the pyramiding scam!
