My flightrout was Cluj(ROU)-Munich(DE)-Split(HR) and I booked and payed my ticket in advance. When I arrived in Munich Lufthansa staff informed me that they canceled the flight to Split for undetermined time. But they did NOT take the time to inform me befor I flew there. Moreover, they didn't change my ticket in a way that I can fly back home, I had to pay for a new ticket and they wont give me my money back for the canceled flight nor for the hotel room fee (Of cours the next flight to Cluj was the next day). So the jurney was a total waste of time and money, at least from my point of view. I hope I'll never have to fly with this company again.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Took Lufthansa business trip on a business class ticket, paid by my employer. Frankfurt-LAX. I was the only Asian passenger in biz class. Flight attendants (FAs) helped others hang jackets, put away bags as soon as they boarded; they ignored me completely. I helped myself. It was fine. I put my briefcase behind my seat, which was right in front of the lavatory. My jacket on back of my seat dropped to the floor when I dozed off for 20 minutes. When I woke up, found my jacket had been stepped on, outside the lav. All FAs except one kept skipping me, faced away from me when giving out bread and water. I was given my meal brusquely as I made sure I was awake during it. I asked to borrow a pen to fill immigration form, I asked to borrow a pen as my briefcase was tightly wedged behind my seat. An FA told me they had none. 5 minutes later another (Caucasian) passenger asked, and an FA brought out a whole tray of pens. The nice Turin gentleman next to me had to share his water with me. He, too, shook his head at how badly I was treated. I wrote a complaint letter to Lufthansa. It took them about 4 months to reply. They insisted no such thing happened.
I WILL NEVR TAKE LUFT HANSA EVER AGAIN

On 25 of July I was supposed to fly to San Fransisco from cairo . the route taken by Lufthansa was Cairo Munchen Munchen San franscisco
In Cairo theer was a delay in th e flight AFTER WE ENETERD THE PLANE . The captain apologized and said arrangements will be taken care of in munchen airport . but maybe we will catch out connection flight in mucnhen We arrive on 400pm . our connection was 410 . He said we probably missed it . On the door of the plane stewardess from the airport waited for us and said we dont have to worry .. the plane is waiting for us . We literally ran across the airport . taking into consideration we have a lot of old men with us some of them were over 65
We actually reached the gate and the stewardess too the boarding . saying again noneed to worry we are waiting for u
AND THAT IS WHERE THE DILEMMA STARTED
First some stewardess came from the ülane saying it is actually on the ground still but the captain closed the door . HE CLOSED THE DOOR infrone of 18 passsenger having differnt international flights .
12 of them were buisness class . . The stewardess said we have to go to the service centre . we went . There they said u r buisness class go to the lounge they will handle this
We went . one of the stewardess was EXTREMLY unfriendly at first saying we are only 2 and refused to take the tickets at first .
She literally told me it is not ur mistake but ur problem Then when her collegues began to proceed with the scheduling she too ours . the trainee was the most helpful
After rescheduling each of us in differnt flight s . all of which were on the other day .we bean to ask where we will sleep at night . agian they were unhelpful . then afte a long discussion those with Schngen were accomodated in differnt hotesl and the remaing 6 were not given atransient VISA
This did not end here unfortunately
In the lounge they suddenly said it will close at 10 we didnt know that before so we asked ifwe can sleep ther . this was also refused . .. we spent the whole night on the floor in tehrecreation area
In the morning we went back to the lounge there thestewardess said u cant enter the senator lounge ( this was whwer we stayd the da before and this is where we were supposed to sleep after the terrible night ) I asked to meet here senior She came afte about 45 min to offer a lame offer which is letting us sleep in something that is like a storage area . We refused
some of our colleguea are respectful professors a. they are over 69 . and if there is anything to say about that situation is that even the offer was inappropriate
Further more 2 of our groups were told that they will not catch their connection agin in frankfur so they had to be rescheduled
All this was not supposed to happen if the one whoever he is took the decison to wait 5 more minute . We were at the gate actually
All this wouldnt have hppent were we from Europe or AMerica All tis wouldnt have happened if the someone really cared about the reputatioon and the customers of this Lufthansa company
Last but bot least my post was dleteed yesterday . It may be ur right to delete the complains u dont like but it is definetely my right to inbox this to everyone I know . It is also my right to sue for any damge
