Very professional company and staff. My bathroom looks amazing! *** and *** answered all my questions and were careful with my home. The workers were very polite and did a great job. They were on time and finished the work quickly. I am very happy with the results. The price was reasonable and the quality of the materials used was top-notch. I would definitely recommend Luxury Bath NJPA to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom.

I gotta say, Luxury Bath NJPA really came through for us. We've been dealing with a crappy old system for years, and it's been a real pain in the you-know-what. But these guys swooped in and saved the day.

First off, the team was super friendly and professional. They really knew their stuff and were able to answer all of our questions without making us feel dumb. That's a big plus in my book.

The installation process was smooth as butter. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were efficient and didn't waste any time. Before we knew it, our new system was up and running.

I think from day one when their salesman gave us a presentation of the product that they installed, he didn't tell us the truth. We're senior citizens. I'm not refusing to pay, but what we received and the way it was installed and what they call a finished product is far from finished. Water all over the bathroom as they never shut the water off before ripping out the last section of wall. Cracked and broken floor tile. Ceiling over shower damaged. They left the first day and said a tile man would be there to do the tile work. Next day the same two men showed up. No replacement tile. I had a few tiles in my workshop that I gave them, and they busted 2 of them because the mastic wasn't troweled to make it level. When pressing tiles in, they cracked them. They didn't have a wet tile saw. They broke off a piece of tile and stuck it in place. No Project manager was ever to my house. I spoke with one on the phone. He had the nerve to tell me the most that could be allowed on this job was $500.00. This was after they sent a Service manager to my home who gave me a story about his Grandfather being a Master tile setter. I'm just so fed up with this company. I'm 77 years old. I don't feel that this should've happened. Bottom line is I gave them a $3932.00 deposit, leaving a balance of $8752.96. There's no way that this amount of money, $12684.96, is justified for the work and materials that my wife and I have to live with. Lastly, this company wants a 5 Star review. They're still sending me things that I could win if I send them names of people looking for repairs to their bathrooms. I'm ashamed to tell people that visit me how much we paid for this crappy job. I hired the company to convert my tub into a shower and install a new floor, trim, and wainscoting. I spent a good 2 hours with the salesman discussing the process. The work was scheduled and the installers showed up, but they informed us that they couldn't fulfill part of our order. They couldn't move the vanity as we were told during the sales meeting, the trim didn't match the floor, and they didn't install the bull nose and transition. They also didn't install the promised wet bed for the shower, using a different material instead. After two very long days, they left with an unsatisfactory and incomplete job. We reported our concerns, and the same people were sent back on a third day to try and fix things, but they couldn't due to a lack of materials and poor workmanship. We've been going back and forth with the company representatives for over 3 weeks, trying to get our concerns addressed, but they haven't taken any corrective action. The company claims the job is "material complete," which is confusing because it's clearly not finished. They refuse to fix anything until we pay the final balance, but we believe we shouldn't pay until all the necessary adjustments are made. They also won't provide a written list of the adjustments they plan to make. We've lost trust in them based on all our interactions so far.
