Recently i have switched my service to lyca mobile, initialy they tempted everyone by providing them lesser call rate than any other service.Now they are showing their way of income.
i) They auto deduct from your card if you recharge your account online.
ii) They deduct balance from your automatically and slowly without informing you.
iii) A pathetic customer service.
I suggest everyone not to go by rate go by quality and loyalty of the product and company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I use Lycamobile and I have recharged online without any auto deduction? No company is allwed to deduct any money from your account without your permission so you must've signed up for some sort of deal?
I too have known lycamobile. their recharge online does not have any auto deduction. customer care experience has been fine. may be you try to reach customer care again to have matters clarified to you!
I use Lycamobile in Australia as well; however what i have heard through the help line is that their online top up facility is yet to go live! I would suggest you call the help line team to get things checked as i have found them helpful.

DEAR SIR, MY LYCA NUMBER IS..[protected]-AND I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES TO ITLY/SPAIN.THE CALLS WERE FREE OF CAST.BUT I WAS REALLY SURPRISED WHEN I MADE A CALL TODAY 24-04-2014, AT 14:57, TO SPAIN LYCA NUMBER [protected], TALKED 6:48MNTS.I FINISHED THE CALL AND CALLED OTHER SPAIN LYCA NUMBER.BUT I WAS REALLY SURPRISED TO HEAR THAT THE BALANCE WAS INSUFFICIENT FOR THIS CALL WHEN BETWEEN UK AND EU LYCA HAS FREE CALLS.THE MATTER IS NOT THE AMOUNT CHARGED BUT THE QUESTION IS..IF ALL THE EU LYCA MOBILES ARE FRE FROM UK, WHY THE MENTIONED CALL WAS CHARGED.THIS IS UNPROPPER, ILLEGAL AND OUT OF TERMS AND PRINCIPLES...I THINK I DESERVE AN EXPLANATION, IF NOT I WOULD HAVE TO PUBLISH THIS UNFAIR MATTER AND LET THE PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT SUCH A RARE HAPPENING...EXPECTING ANY RESPONSE-A.CHAUDHRY

3)I STILL NOT GET CREDIT OF(OVER CHARGED) FOR NOV AND DEC 2013. I WAS OUT OF USA IN NOV AND DEC 2013, I NEVER SIGH AUTO PAYMENT AND THET KEEP TOOK OUT /STEALED MONEY FROM MY CREDITCARD. TOP OF THEY BLOCK MY LYCAMOBILE ACT UNTIL MY BACK NOT RELEASE MONEYTO LYCAMOBILE FROM I DID DISPUTE FROM MY BANK. LYCA SAID THEY CAN GIVE THOSEMONEY TO ME AND I DONE EVERYTHING WHAT THEY SAID AND I PROVIDED ALLDOCUMENTS TO THIER NEWARK NJ OFFICE
I ALSO GETTING VERY HARDTIME FROM THEM. THEY ARE KEEP CHANGEING THE STROY AND MAKE ME VERY UPSET.
I gave my hard copy of my credit card document to in Newark NJ office on Jan 23 2014(around date) which show up that I withdraw my both dispute charges. Still I did notget credit on my account yet.
WHY you not have communication in your management dept.
But when your turn to give me refund you have always has excuses to not help.

6) lot of phone call drop or unable contact, every my co workers getting signals on their smart phone only me I cannot get signal on my smart phone at my work. I have to go all the way out side on the street to talk on phone. It is very risky to keep going out on my job’s working hours. But you are all failed to help me.
