Lyft No providing a service after waiting and the driver canceling at the last minute

Decided to pick someone else after making me wait at the airport for 21 minutes. The map showed he was 2 minutes away and I the next client. He calls me and tells me that he will be 20 minutes later with no explanation

Desired outcome: Driver should be accountable for this last minutes cahnges

Lyft Driver Thomas in a silver Kia Niro (UFH1513).

He was the rudest driver I have ever had. I had my hands full of grocery bags (was not expecting him to help). He would NOT pull up closer to me. I had to walk quite a few feet to get to him (sorry I do not know the distances).

When I got in the car I said you could have pulled closer to me. His response was "Yep I could have". SO RUDE. I am NOT happy at all. I am in major tears.

I am used to your drivers pulling up close to me. There was room for him to pull up closer and not stay in the middle of the road. Just the rudest person I have ever ridden with.

Desired outcome: I do not want to pay for the ride. Just because of his extremely rude attitude. First time this has happened.

Lyft Unsafe driving

Aug 16th 2021 at approximately 12:30pm im coming down park going north and when I stopped at 4way stop. I observed a female to my left traveling east on glenn. I had right of way so I started moving but a soon as I did she pressed on her accelerator to cut me off she barely even stopped at the stop sign. When she almost hit me I saw a lyft sticker in her rear window. I got her license plate and make/model of her suv and thought. What a dummy! You not only just violated driving but your representing a company as well! I want something done about this. I am a 15+ yrs cdl school bus driver and whether im in my personal car or bus I abide by the rules in was taught. Her vehicle was a dodge durango dark grey with the license plate BKE 7496. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS DRIVER BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT OR SUED! THANK YOU! my num is [protected] name Nikki Wright please give me a call.

Lyft GPS keeps getting my address wrong

For some time now, the Lyft algorithm (or GPS, I'm not that tech savvy) has told every driver who takes me home to drop me off a couple of blocks away, on Pine Street. This is irritating, of course, but when in the car with the driver I can step in and correct Lyft's mistake.

This morning, though, the same thing happened when I was being picked up. Lyft said the driver was at my address, and I'd better move it or get charged as a no show!

I've written to Lyft about this twice, but they're no help. They just said I should enter the address manually. I did that this morning, and their system automatically changed it to the wrong address again!

Desired outcome: Hire a cider who knows what he’s doing, and fix the glitch.

Lyft Getting charged for rides I’m not taking want money back

Fix my Lyft app And last night I ordered a Lyft look down a minute later and it was canceled and telling me to order another one but I got charge for two lift that never ended up coming I had to spend cash and pay for a taxi I would like my money back and I would not like to wait 5 to 7 business days please fix this this is been happening all week to me is getting very frustrating thank

After reading this from the lyft website...I WILL NOT EVER RIDE with your company EVER.

Lyft policy: The rules of the road
Before driving, you must agree that you'll wear a face mask as required by federal order, are symptom-free, and will follow CDC guidance related to COVID-19. If we get feedback that you're not wearing a mask properly, you'll need to take a selfie with your mask on before driving with Lyft again.

WHAT part the the NUREMBURG CODE does this companys Management think doesnt apply to them...

THE NUREMBERG CODE
1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.
This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be
so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element
of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and
should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter
involved, as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter
element requires that, before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental
subject, there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment;
the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably
to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person, which may possibly come from his
participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each
individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and
responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.
2. The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society,
unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.
3. The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation
and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study, that the
anticipated results will justify the performance of the experiment.
4. The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental
suffering and injury.
5. No experiment should be conducted, where there is an a priori reason to believe that
death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the
experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
6. The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian
importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.
7. Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the
experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.
8. The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest
degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who
conduct or engage in the experiment.
9. During the course of the experiment, the human subject should be at liberty to bring the
experiment to an end, if he has reached the physical or mental state, where continuation of the
experiment seemed to him to be impossible.
10. During the course of the experiment, the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate
the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith,
superior skill and careful judgement required of him, that a continuation of the experiment is
likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.

Lyft Driver harassment

July 22nd-11:20 pm. Driver Oleg
Picked up at 45 Woodmount. (Woodbine Danforth). I asked driver to change the radio station and turn it up a notch. He pulled over at Coxwell Danforth and told me my ride was over and to get out of the car. I refused to get out on the street late at night. He refused to take me home and threatened to take me to 55 Police Department. I told him to get ahead b/c I paid for the drive and either he drives me home or we go to 55. He drove like a crazy man on Coxwell to 55. I called 911 from the car to let them know I was scared and now he wouldn't let me out. We got to 55 division and the 911 driver let me off the phone assuming the Police would help. He pulled a Uturn at Dundas right up on the sidewalk in front of 55 and ran up to one of the police officers standing in front of the police station. I got out and assumed one of the officers would come to see me. They did not. They stood with him, listening to his crazy story about me and left me standing on the street. NOt concerned about my well being, my safety, my state of mind. They continued to talk to him and allowed me to walk off on Coxwell Ave at almost midnight, alone. I called another LYFT and went home. I spoke to someone from LYFT on the phone but I haven't heard a thing from LYFT. I demand to know what is being done about this experience (besides removing the $ 7.83 from my CCard). This driver needs to be disciplined. I was VERY VERY SCARED. I was slightly intoxicated as that is the SOLE REASON FOR TAKING A LYFT. I should be safe to take a LYFT after a night with friends and some drinks.
I want someone to contact me to let me know something is being done since I've been ignored since this incident.

Notified by Sonja that a rider claimed that my behaviour during a recent ride that I made inappropriate or derogatory comment.
I strive to be very accomodating and inclusive of most all people
This statement is lacking substance and has no standing.
I would be happy to rectify this alleged, accusation if this complaintant can show
1) How was this person harmed
2) can this person show where and when they were in my car.
3) was this a derogatory or was it an inappropriate behaviour and towards Whom.
4) Was this behaviour a statement or was this an action.

Desired outcome: Remove any trace of this complaint file from all Lyft computer software and any written or recorded platform and to be absolved of any further statements concerning this statement.

Lyft driver cancelled my ride minutes before arrival, missed vital appointment.

I had a Dr's appointment at 9:45 am, and scheduled a ride while letting the driver know thru message for driver. Said my driver would be here in 15mins, then with 5 mins until driver arrival, driver cancelled my ride.
How is that even possible?
I missed a critical appointment, and the effects of this are: my scheduled appointments will be deleted, and I can only do same day appointments.
This is not my fault. How can I ever trust lift again?

Lyft Driver lied about me

I was picked up by a driver named Yader in Las Vegas NV. Everything was fine about the ride in my opinion. He did not seem to want to talk much so I left him alone and just focused on my phone during the ride. To find out later that he accused me of not wearing my mask for the trip. I then was being punished by lyft for something that was untrue and apparently no evidence needs to be shown for them to do that to you. I will not use lyft anymore.

Desired outcome: For Lyft to be fair and just bleliving one side without any effort to find the truth.

Lyft drivers are given way too much power. They bully riders, especially women. Today my driver wasn't paying attention to the GPS, and missed my exit. When I informed him he did so, he told me no, I put in the wrong address. Instead of simply admitting he made a route error. I had to BEG him to get off at the next exit, which he ignored, and continued driving down the highway, beyond my destination. After the 4th or 5th time of me begging him to get off at the next exit, and him still accusing me of entering the wrong address, he finally get's off at the Storrow Drive exit. When we got to North Station MBTA, he told me he is ending the ride. He turned his ignition off, and got out of the car. No apology for his mistake, nothing. I spoke with a customer service rep who was just as un-useful. I was told I someone would contact me. It's been 4 hours, and nothing! Lyft does not care about riders safety, or respect for riders.

Lyft Short payment.

On Wednesday MAY 26th 2021 .I was requested to pick up a passenger by the name of Alan from 8585 S.W HWY 200 in Ocala Florida 34481 transport him to 3283 East Gladys ST.Hearnando FL.34453.Lyft only pay me $7.33 for over 25-30 miles ride. On that same day i was requested to pick up Michael .I pick him up at 1500 S.W 12 Ave FL.34471take him to 106 W.North Blvd. Leesburg FL.34748 .LYFT pay me $27.10 for that ride. Another 25-30miles journey i get in touch them, They are giving me a run around.I dont take another request from them since. I dont intend to unless this is resolve .No doubt they are stealing.

I agree i am also a driver for them and i noticed the steep decrease in payment in long trips and streaks are horrible, we get underpay more wear and tear on vehicles and they dont care about drivers always chat support

Lyft Driver is and was driving reckless

On 6-1-2021 at 0933 hrs the driver drove through a solid barrier line on Cochrane road at the Walmart to get into the turn lane. She did not use a signal, she drove thru the solid white line and barely missed my vehicle. Her plate is PCKERNUT4 OR PAKERNT4 or close variant. Wht vehicle with and older women driving. She parked in front of Walmart so she is a local resident. Her driving was and is wreckless.

Lyft Fraudulent

Lyft driver below did not drive my passenger on route requested. My passenger entered his vehicle and Lyft driver made a racist remark about his face mask. Passenger exited the vehicle and requested an Uber for same route.
Lyft driver below continues on the requested route with no passenger in his vehicle. Ended his route at an unknown location according to my Lyft app. My credit card was charged the full amount.
I am making more formal complaints about this driver with attorneys.

Lyft Driver leaving me but taking off with my cothes

I ordered a lyft to take me from one hotel to another . When kyft arrived I began putting my belongings in his car. I got half of my luggage in car when I watched as driver sped off with half my belongings in his car. I contacted lyft going back and forth. Thier final answer was lyft is no responsible for property left in vehicle. What! I didn't leave anything, driver took my belongings when he left. The account was under D. Courtney pick up Duluth Ga.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement for belongings driver took. Apology and a change in lyfrs policy when drivers leave you and take her belongings

Lyft Product - Software program deliberate disadvantage to rider

last night at approx 10 PM I ordered a car. After working from 5 am to nearly 10 PM I selected 13 minutes @ $11.99. After 15 minutes my phone buzzed/vibrated telling me the driver is 2 minutes away. As I watched Lyft changed drivers and added another 12 minutes. I was not happy.
But their unethical behavior was not over.
They did this a SECOND time. Vibration at 2 minutes then changed drivers AGAIN adding 8 minutes. A total of 33 minutes.
I could have ordered a pizza in less time.

Lyft prices have gone UP while their service has DECLINED. It will be a long time before I think of using Lyft again.
Sameful and Unacceptable.

Lyft Driver is a Thief!

Rode with Corneque on 5/4/21 to Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, GA.

Had jacket strapped to top of backpack and placed backpack on middle seat, and I sat on passenger side back seat.

I forgot my phone and the pickup destination and the frenzy looking for the phone, I opened the top of the backpack and the jacket fell unto the middle seat.

When we got to the phone it was crushed on the driveway by his car (not his fault). However, that coupled with the frenzy to get to the airport and trying to appease him, I gave him a $20/cash tip. By the time I got to check-in, TSA and gate, I was out of the window to reach him, plus the crushed phone was not helpful.

I contacted Lyft and this schmuck never responded until three days later, that he did not have the jacket. He never called me, I would pay him and never had said anything, that's how bad I want my jacket back.

It is important that one who steals is never limited to one notorious act. It usually grows. BE CAREFUL, YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

Lyft Drivers smoking in car

I have entered the vehicles of your drivers, and I would be welcomed by the stench of cigarettes, or marijuana as well as the driver's greeting. While I am not allergic to cigarette smoke, I find it unpleasant; however, marijuana smoke is unbearable.

I am a nonsmoker, of any kind, and I can't help but wonder if you have a policy against drivers who smoke marijuana or cigarettes in between picking up passengers?

Desired outcome: NO SMOKING WHILE ON THE CLOCK!

Fake address were used to charge my account this morning . I have never used these addresses. I have attached a copy of the fake address used to charge my account.

Lyft I am being charged for a ride that didn't happen

I am being charged for two separate rides that never happened. One for 41 dollars and another for 32. The rides do not appear in my recent ride history, therefore there is no date of the ride, so I am confused why I am randomly being charged..

I was charged for these rides on 4/11
