Sending magazines that were never ordered
I just found out that my old address was receiving magazines for MONTHS in my maiden name. It is no longer my residence and I did not sign up for any magazines. I called People to cancel and was told to call M2Media. I tried both numbers I was given and got no answer. If I am being charged for these, I will fight it. I am reporting this company to the BBB. This is unacceptable.
Desired outcome: Stop sending magazines, show me proof of no charges, if there were charges (UNAUTHORIZED) then refund me. Apologize for being scammers and never do it again.
people magazine
mY ACCOUNT NUMBER is [protected]. I was contacted this summer and told that my subscription would run through 2023. I charged around $160 on my Walmart MC. I received a card that my subscription was good through December 2019. I want my money back and t never do business with these guys. This is a rip off company The woman who called told me I had a subscription for long time. I get 2 People magazines. How unscrupulous?

unauthorized subscription for people mag
I am receiving People magazines that I did not order. When I called People to find out why, I was given M2 Media Group's name and phone number. The number is not in service and I am pissed. Now I have to find out who I need to contact to cancel this subscription. They won't get a dime out of me and neither will People magazine. I am tired of these scams where companies think they have the right to spend other peoples' money without their written permission!

magazines being received that were not subscribed to
Since beginning of 2019, I have been receiving an assortment of Magazines, including Entertaainment, Sports Ilustrated, Family Circle, ELLE, to name a few, that I did not subscribe to. If M2Media had anything to do with these magazines being mailed to my address, in Ruston, Louisiana, please cancel asap, as I will definitely not be paying if billed. Yours truly, Ian Macaskill
Magazine subscription
I've gotten 2 cosmopolitan magazines I never subscribed to. I called them and said it was some lane company Media 2 Group gave me the number 866 441 1281. All I get is a recording of BS. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC! Who do they think they are to sign me up for something I do not want! All hell is gonna break loose over this. I will talk to a attorney tomorrow! These people have been doing this for some time! About time someone do something about it!

Why is this being sent to my home? I did not order this and do not want this literal trash delivered to my house. Stop immediately and cancel any and all further magazine subscriptions from the company. You are the reason that we need more landfills. You should be ashamed of yourselves! I have never or will never subscribe to a magazine that promotes such garbage.

I did not order InStyle Magazine. Therefore, I am requesting that you remove my name from the subscription list. In addition, I am requesting that you stop sending me InStyle Magazine immediately. This is an unwanted intrusion in my life. My information follows.

magazine I didn't order
I received a People Magazine that I did not order. Went to People website and said it was ordered by M2-Media Group and to call them to settle. Have never heard of this company so looked up on Google and looks like this is go going problem for lots of people.. After reading all the other complaints listed about them on this website, why is this compsny still operating.
Is there nothing that can be done.
unwanted rolling stone subscription
I have an unwanted rolling stone subscription. I went to rolling stone to cancel and they said it was through M2 media group. Please cancel this subscription immediately. I have been receiving them for the past few months and I don't know why.
I want to make sure they do not have any of my credit card information so I don't get more charges for something I don't want.

rolling stone magazine
I started to receive Rolling Stone magazine even though I did not order it. When I called Rolling Stone they said this M2 Media Group ordered the magazine in my name. I have not identified how they received my address and certainly did not get my consent to subscribe me a magazine for 2 years. I have not been able to reach anyone who can answer my questions.

magazines
I started getting People magazine for some reason. I went to the People website and it says that my subscription was purchased through M2 Media Group, who I have never heard of. I don't want this magazine and I don't understand how the have managed to obtain my information. They have my name and address and now I am just hoping that they haven't gotten any of my credit card information or social security number.

unsolicited magazine subscriptions
For approximately six months I've been receiving unsolicited magazines - InStyle, Rolling Stone, People, Real Simple, etc. etc. etc., from a company called M2 Media Group. I've sent several requests via e-mail to the company requesting that they cancel my account and stop sending me magazines, but it continues.

I just received an email from Mercury Magazines, part of MC Media offering free subscription to Popular Science magazine. It is worse that unsolicited email because it was sent to an email address that was embedded in our website and is never given out. Therefore they have hacked our website to obtain that address. So I regret they are still doing the same thing as the original complaint in 2017.
Try https://www.bluedolphin-magazines.com/ and see if your subscriptions are there, if so you can cancel there. I had 3 different magazines charged to my acct. for renewal by M2 Media Group through blue dolphin. Waiting to see if BD will reimburse me.
unauthorized magazine subscription
I received a copy of TIME Magazine at my home, and the issue date of the magazine is October 3. I never ordered any subscription for TIME Magazine, and haven't subscribed to that magazine in Year. I called customer service at TIME magazine, and told them I never ordered it. An operator at TIME whose operator name was Steve, operator name RKH, told me it was order for me by an M2 Media Group ...he said they were located in Tampa, FL. I told him to cancel it immediately, as I never ordered it. He told me he could suspend the account, but I had to contact them to cancel. I called a number he provided, [protected], and received a voice mail identifying themselves as a Blue Dolphin magazine group. I left a strongly worded message for them, telling them they had NO authorization to order magazines for me to stop the crap they are doing (I am embarrassed that this situation made me angry and I used a couple of choice 4-letter words on my voicemail to them). I left my cell phone for them to reach me, as they are apparently using my cell phone and address to order the magazine.

same happened to me
I just had the same thing happen to me. Did they reconcile with you?
The same thing happened to me! I tried calling and it seems that nobody is answering. I have never subscribed to it. Can anybody help me before i alert the police and my attorney?

golf magazine
I never have read, nor will read Golf magazine. They began to send it to me randomly. I called Golf magazine, and they directed me to M2 Media Group, at [protected], which was an invalid number. I had to call back, and a new person gave me a corrected number as: 1281. Once you do reach them, there is no way to speak to a representative. All cancelations, etc. must be submitted in writing or online.
subscription to time magazine
Since November 2015, I have been receiving TIME magazine subscription, which was subscribed by M2 Media Group. My TIME account number is [protected], and I have contacted TIME magazine to suspended delivery immediately as of 2/8/2016. I have never heard or dealt with M2 Media Group and I am worried that I will be billed for an unwanted magazine subscription that I have never ordered. I do not know how M2Media Group got a hold of my name, but I would like to state that at no time did I ever approve or acknowledge any magazine subscription from from M2 Media Group. I would like to have M2 Media Group cancel all subscriptions under my name and resolve this problem as quickly as possible and have no further magazines delivered to my home address.
Same thing happened to me... only 4 subscriptions and over $100 charged to my ckg account which over drew my account. M2 MEDIA GROUP should be charged for a crime and this should be totally unacceptable to reputable magazine companies. Unprofessional to say the least. Time Magazine provided a "customer service" # [protected]. I have not been able to speak to anyone yet, but will continue to try! Hope this helps
I just dealt with the same problem. The customer service person told me that sometimes when you order either a perfume or cologne online, these magazine subscriptions come as a "gift". I asked the rep to suspend any more shipping, which he was able to do. He also said the subscriptions are generally only for a year. So if you have ordered anything online recently that might have been what started the subscriptions. You can call Time magazine back and have them suspend the remaining order if you want or just wait until the year is up.
Sports illustrated magazine
I just started receiving Sports Illistrated Magazine last week. I did not order this nor did I want a subscription to this or any other magazine. Please stop delivery asap. According to the label the subscription # is [protected]. The name on the subscription is Tony Rossello 236 Lei Dr. Palm Springs, Ca. 92264. Your help and assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I started receiving sport Illistrated magazine last week. I did not order it nor do I want it. I understand it was sent my m2media group. I never heard of them. Please stop sending me this magazine, I don't want it nor did I order it. Thank You. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
received unwanted subscription
On or about November 25, I started receiving Field and Stream magazine. When I contacted Field and Stream, they told me the subscription came from m2mags. I am the last person on earth that would want Field and Stream, nor do I even know anybody who would. I'm dying to know how or why this periodical was sent to me. Getting in touch with m2mags for answers is more than difficult. The information on the mailing label: #FLS0155485402/6# OCT15 AA99 SEP16 1787 ELAINE LABRIZZI 449 BUCKINGHAM AVE SYRACUSE, NY [protected] For resolution of this complaint, I would like to know how and why I'm being sent this magazine and I would also like it stopped.
unsolicited magazine subscription
Out of the blue I started receiving People Magazine, and I did not subscribe to it. When I contacted People to cancel, it said to contact M2 Media Group by phone [protected]. I called and got a menu recording, saying to press "2" regarding subscriptions, and all it did was thank me for calling and returned me to the main menu. I also tried pressing "0" and got the same response. Who is this business that keeps sending me magazine that I don't subscribe nor pay for? In the past I've also received Glamour (for young nubile women, and I'm nearly 60!). Does anyone know why this keeps happening?
Have start receiving Time Magazine, which I never subscribed to.
health magazine subscription
I received health magazine which I did not order. I have tried to contact m2media group with no response. I did order scientific american through magazine.com. I called them about this health magazine and they said I should contact m2media group. I have been able to talk to anyone media2 nor have they responded to the message I left. I don't think they would start sending magazines to people without a way to get payment. I am afraid my credit card information has been comprised. I plan to contact my state agency regarding this fraud.
