Macy's' customer service is very rude, got smart with me, put me on hold for excessive amounts of time, and sometimes hung up on me, without coming back to the phone, rude. Order #2146550915, I call about the order, I had talked to 2 customer service people, no result, the third, said, that order was delivered to the wrong address, post office locker, he said, this was on 2/01/21. Even though Macys' said the order was delivered, but not to me, #2199944223, I never got the shirts 4, I called, they again said they were delivered, I did not get them. I called, said they would not give me a refund, said I had too many complaints, I can't order in my name, or this address, i'm the victim, they made me feel, I did something wrong. Macys' said I complained about missing items, damages, which is not true. Should I just not mentioned the problem, just pay Macy's' for deliveries I did not get, and I was home. Customer service said one of the orders, merchandise was not available, but, I am put on the do not order list. Incident no. 210303-005004 and 210301-006401. Email incident no. The did not investigate, they were wrong.
Desired outcome: I lost money, not happy.
I was delivered the wrong merchandize, articles not ordered.
I ordered a vacuum cleaner but got a bedspread instead.
I received a wrong item and spent an hour on the phone with a rep and her manager who sounded like the same person. They, or she kept repeating that she will resend the item. When I asked repeatedly what she is sending, it was the same wrong item. She kept asking for the UPC, and said that is it wrong. She said that she will add documentation to the reshipment of the wrong item so that they send the right item, but that is no guarantee. What?
Macys.com customer service is the absolute worst. Not worth it to shop there. Better off paying more to shop at a store where they treat you with respect and actually listen to you if you have a customer service issue.
