While subscribing to Gold Subscription, it was not informed that the amount will be auto-debited for the magazine gold subscription in the following months too. It should be clearly mentioned when we subscribe for the first time. Also, If we cancel after 1st date of the month, money will not be refunded for that month Gold subscription. My sub expired end of December. I am supposed to be able to read already Dowloaded magazines but they will not open unless I apy! Tried restore purchases but it wont restore. This seems to be fraudulent/misleading inducement to buy the annual subscription. It said downloaded mags would remain on my device!

I have just found out I am being charged monthly for a subscription I never agreed to. I only purchased a one off magazine not to pay a monthly subscription. There has been no emails confirming any of this so am very shocked. Still waiting to hear from the company but will escalate this with my bank and further if it is not dealt with.
