I regret to inform you that your dealership's handling of my New Scorpio SLX that I had bought in mid-June, 2006 has caused me serious inconvenience, making it extremely necessary for me to complain against it, considering the following problems:
At the time of delivery, the car had been delivered showing the odometer approx. 600 km. (The reason they gave us: We’ve driven the car from the plant to Ahmedabad, which I’ve heard for the first time).The rear spoiler was not installed in the car at the time of its delivery (They informed us that they will provide the spoiler after sometime, which is now installed by the way). Left-hand front seatbelt lock is not fitted well, even after your dealership people tried to fix it. The problem regarding the plastic buttons-cap on the inner screws of the door-mirror on the left-side is not yet solved. Most importantly-The car was delivered in the most dirtiest manner! There were oil handprints of the workers all over the interior and exterior of the car. My people had to clean it up at my place after the delivery, which took 4 to 5 hours! I had remarked these things in dealer’s feedback card. But instead I get a call from the dealership asking me why I had made those remarks?!?! Then why on earth did they give me a feedback card to fill?

Now A few days back, we had the music systems of 2-3 of our cars (including that of the Scorpio) stolen. In the Scorpio, while removing the last door window, the thief’s had caused dents in the car with the screwdriver that they were using (During the same time period, the first service of the car was also due). I drove the car to the same dealership's workshop for the service due as well as for getting rid of the dents. They asked for 2 days to repair, I gave them 4 days. But after 4 days, when I went to take my car, I actually stood there for 3 hours showing them the unclean interiors and exteriors of the car personally! Even the glasses weren't cleaned after the paint. I had actually given them old bed sheets from my place to cover the interior and then do their job, but they didn't use them at all. And after bringing it back to my place, the next day, I saw that the interior was even dirtier than the time when it was delivered. Nobody could say that it is a luxurious car of Rs.10 lakhs. If I had kept this car for 10 years (IF ? ! ?), even then you would not have found the interior in such a pathetic condition. It took my people at least 4-5 hours to clean up the car using shampoo and stuff.
In the workshop, when the vehicle was ideal, they had kept the windows of the vehicle open. I’ve never seen this system in any other workshop.
When I complained about this entire situation to the workshop (which is 35 kms. away from my place) on the telephone, they told me, to again bring the car to their workshop, in this festive season! Do you expect your customers to serve the cars, or are you producing cars to provide service to them! I buy a car to serve myself but I am not ready to devote my entire time in service of a car. When I said that it won’t be possible for me to bring the car to the workshop during this time, they asked me to send the car with my driver. Well, while buying the car, Mahindra and Mahindra never told me that they would sell me a car on the condition of having a driver. And even if I have a driver, then how can I send him anytime for this work only? I've got other tasks also to take care of. The carpets, seats, dashboard, door panels, and glasses -all were filthy after the service. There were oil drops on the seats. And again, there were oil-handprints inside the car interiors including the steering wheel! Even the top of the car was dirty! How can the top of a car be dirty? I am sure truck and auto rickshaw (Non Air-conditioned) owners keep their interior cleaner than this. Because of the dirty interior and the uncured dents in the car, I had to lock it and take some other car in this festive season. Before the Scorpio, I had the old Scorpio which I had bought in Sept.2002.I had kept it, till I got the new Scorpio this year, without a single problem during the approx. 4 years. It ran about 50000 kms. (I was the happiest customer during those 4 years.)
The workshop is using all the vehicles manufactured by Mahindra and Mahindra in such a way that not a single person can tell the difference between a utility vehicle and a luxury vehicle. In Ahmedabad, there are many other workshops of luxurious cars, the cars of some, which I also own and have to naturally maintain our cars from their workshops only. We’ve had enjoyed maintaining 35 to 40 cars in the past 20 years, but never in my life I've had such a bad experience with any of the workshops of other companies! I guarantee you, this is definitely the worst!
NOTHING ELSE WILL DO!
It is my sincere request to the Mahindra and Mahindra Company that they pay a strictly surprise visit to the Punjab Auto Workshop in Ahmedabad and see and investigate, exactly how they maintain a luxury vehicle, especially the following people of the workshop (even a roadside mechanic can give better service than the workers at this authorized Scorpio Company workshop).

When I go to the workshop to get my car’s problems fixed, instead of listening to what I've to say and handling my problems, the job-card handler and others from the workshop are very keenly interested in selling other of their auxiliary products only. He keeps on introducing me to other people for under-coating and body-coating and what not. I've to take time out of my busy schedule to get my car fixed and when I do that, they do nothing but waste my entire time!
The man who handled the paint job, Ajay, had tried to make me a fool in such a way that he thought I had bought a car for the very first time. He explained to me, that he had to remove/cut the inside panel, in order to mend the dents,which were of 1/2 inch only, and which are still not cured entirely. Seriously, a roadside mechanic would've done a 100 times better job than this. The estimated cost that I was asked to pay here was Rs. 3500! (I've no problem in paying the amount, but I am not ready to pay a wrong amount for anything). So when I talked to them technically, the amount came down to Rs. 1500. Its fine by me, if a person earns money, but do you allow your dealers to cheat your customers in such a way, to make money by hook or by crook? Finally, he filled the dents, with hardener masala (Bombay masala, as they call it), and just painted over it, which is not appropriate even now. I'm not at all satisfied.
I was offered again by the workshop to send my car there to get it completed up, but after having such a bad experience, if I have to get my car serviced and I have no other option then Punjab Auto Workshop, then I would rather set my car on fire than give it to this workshop!
As a customer of the Mahindra and Mahindra Scorpio SLX, I expect to get the best of services from the dealers and after having such a bad experience with them; it became extremely necessary for me to take this step and to complain in such a manner. I hope that some serious action will be taken against such malpractices prevailing in the workshop and you will not make it necessary to complain about this to other authorities.

I am unfortunate to inform you that my Mahindra Maxximo vehicle bearing regd no AS 03 AC 2829, stopped working on 22/11/2012 and I send the vehicle to the authorized service station named as Ramnarayan Shriprasad, located in Jorhat.
The problem of the vehicle was that I could not start the vehicle and same was sent for repairing in the service station. But it is so surprising to me that the people associated with the service station was uneducated, unskilled and inexperience that they started doing experiment in my vehicle and in result of that they have prepared such a bill, which is unbearable for me and I am not ready to bear the cost of the repairing which was caused due to the negligence and ignorance of the mechanics, associated with the service station.
That Sir, when the vehicle was shifted to servicing due to starting problem firstly they changed the Injector and Common Rail (2Cyl) and then they Down the engine. They changed Camphapft and Kit Service Degass Tank BS III and so on. Everything they have done but the problem was not solved. All of these were done due to their negligence and ignorance because at last they decided to change the Head Gasket and the problem was solved.
That Sir, it is not possible for me to bear the cost of repairing due to the fault of the service station and I would like to investigate the matter as early as possible because the vehicle is in service station custody. Need not to mention that it is a Commercial vehicle and I have to pay monthly installments (EMI). Therefore I request you to waive the cost of the repairing which happened due to negligence of the service station and I believe that being a customer I have the right to get the justice.
That Sir, please take the matter seriously, unless of which I will have to take next step against the service station as well as the company.

My name is Dr Md Imran Khan s/o Md Shafique Khan, and I am a proud owner of a Mahindra Bolero and a new Mahindra Scorpio.
Recently I had gone for the first servicing of my newly bought Mahindra Scorpio to an authorized service centre of Mahindra in District Ghazipur – RAJ AUTO INDIA PVT LTD, Ghazipur branch, district Ghazipur, UP, however I am deeply disappointed at the quality of servicing done for the car. This was the first servicing for my Mahindra Scorpio, and the servicing was not upto the standards as mentioned as per job card. Even worse and condemnable was the attitude and behaviour of the staff at the service centre.
The actual problems were not taken of and not even acknowledged in the name of manufacturing defect and even after getting the servicing done the car is still giving’s problems.
I would like to complain against the staff and service standards of Raj Auto India pvt Ltd – Ghazipur branch and I hope other customers don’t face the same problems that I faced.

I had purchased Logan(reg no. AS 01 AJ 6060) on feb2009, from starting I am complaining about its left pull, poor performance, braking system, hard stering wheel, but none of them attended properly.I had purchased from Industrial farm equipments Guwahati.For 4yrs i was posted at a very interior location of Assam it is around 400 km from Guwahati and there is no designated mahindra workshop.Thereby dealer at Guwahati cancelled my warranty for not proper mantainence though I personaly informed them over phone for not attending service at time, I had requested them to discuss the matter to director level but they had just ignored.Now the Logan had runned only 20000+km, no resale value is offered and service advisor advice to dispose the vehicle as a bad choice.
Sir, then why mahindra had marketed such a poor vehicle for which middle class person needs to suffer.As mahindra is one of the oldest part of this country.At the same time I am bearing the pain of repayment of my loan and poor perforfomance vehicle.Truly Mahindra have lost my faith.Therefore please advice me.

At the time of purchase they purchase we were promised that the car would be serviced at nearest service center of mahindra moters.
The nearest service center is located at G-3 moters, Nerul. But when we give the car for service it is prolonged upto 15 to 20 days... Even after such a long time we do dot get satisfied service of the car... We had purchased it 2011 n till 2013 we are not getting satisfied service.. The reason we get for unsatisfied service is that, at workshop the people are not trained to service REVA car...
I am Doctor by profession n i do not have time to waste in such things..also when the car is not available A lot of inconvenience is caused.. SO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER URGENTLY..

AP23M43444, LOGAN, By Name;Mrs.B.Nirmala W/O Sambasivarao.b0bbala.Held with the dealer of Vijayawada, Raychand Automobiles since November 2112.My car is hand overed to the workshopat the advise of the workshop incharge on sudden failure of engine when I was on the way to narasaraopet to cbilakaluripet. After two days Imet with the GM of the work shop and I enquired about the vehical condition and I was known that the engine was arrested due to leakage of engine oil when it was hit the road and the repair is major and it may cost approximately it costs Rs-60, 000 then I asked him regarding insurence claim he told that insurence may not cover. After that I met with insurence manager regarding claim, he immediately speek to GM and ask him for quotation immediately. Then GM sent the quotatin after long gap stating the delay is due to spares not available in written on the quotation form.
After that, there was no intimation regarding the work as well as the status of the insurence pople.Over a period of sixmonths passed
.In mean time whenver I enquired about my vehical in the workshop they used to tell spares are not available and are comming soon we will do. then I went to insurence company to know the claim position of my vehical, I shocked when they told that your claim was rejected because the workshop pepole dismantle the vehical before to inspection of insurence surveyar.When I enquired in the workshop they told that nobody inspected the vehical work is not yet completed.Then I askd the insurence people to give the reply for claim rejection in writen.
After getting the claim rejection note I filed the case against the three parties one the insurer, two the raychand automobiles, three mahindra mahindra, when ther is no way other than the legal actilon.
Sir, please observe the credintialitlies of my case, I was given the vehical for repairs and 18 months is over, First GM told the insurence is not covered, and even after imet with insurence people ha was given late quotation for Rs.1, 13, 000/-stating in written the delay is due to non-availbility of spares.Insurence manager spoke to him and therafter he send the surveyar which was not informed to to me and even he wasnot taken my permition to start the work Or to continue the work.Work estimation was told to me in voral Rs.60, 000 and whereas given quotation for Rs.1, 20, 000/- and this is also aversed by the insurence people.Here, we dont know regarding the proceederes needed in this case but, our GM knowingly, or willfully did the undothings.In the entire period, ther is no corespondence with me and the entire interacetion is only with the workshop manager only. I was interacted through phone and that to with the workshop manager and are frequently resigned and the present one is lady the third one and predecessors are one Mr.Adinarayana, twoMr.srinivas.Other thing is the bill they made provisionally is Rs/-1, 97, 000/- which over and above three time to the bill told by the GM orally at the intial stage.which is not tennable.
sir, in this case please check the logbook of the workdone to my car day-to-day and the availabilty of spares on that particuler date.and their arival to workshop, persons worked on my car, day wise. My car is damaged after its availed in to workshop damages are met with.check the reading of my car entry and the present.kilometers.
Sir, I lost somuch due to this controversy, I coulld not able to attend my reguler work in time and that to with hire car for which I have to shell from my pocket. we are 90km away from vijawada and whenever I vlisit the work shop it costs me Rs.1500/- to 2000/- per trip., I request you Sir Please settle my case immediately without delay.please do the needful.

I have many times visited your authorized dealer of Atul Auto Motives (Mahindra car showroom) at Jamnagar, and many time discussed with service department manager of my bolero’s problem like a….
1) Wheel Alignment
2) Millage problems
3) Pickup problems etc.
I have surely fixed my problem of that service department person and also fill up job card details of your service executive and I also keep my vehicle very long time to fixed my bolero’s problem but finally it no solved and they are to recover many paid service charges, but rather than not satisfy of your workshop services. And my home to your workshop between approx 59 km, I've to take time out of my busy schedule to get my car fixed and when I do that, they do nothing but waste my entire time!
It is my sincere request to the Mahindra and Mahindra Company that they pay a strictly surprise visit to the Atul Auto Motives (Mahindra) in Jamnagar and see and investigate, exactly how they maintain a all the car services.

Everything is value for money in XUV but if we talk about service part it's worst.
I have some little issues in my car (27000 km) and service centre guys took 28 hrs to give their best service but after paying about ₹5350/- which they asked I stil facing the same problem.

In inderprasth automobiles (wajirpur industrial area) New Delhi .they committed me to deliver my car on dhan teres 21-10-2014 but on delivering date they said that if u want ur car today then u have to purchase accessories about 50-60 thousand otherwise u will get ur car on last of the month I don't want to purchase accessories I am spending my money & I will modifi my car with my choice .my bank has transferred the loan amount into the showrooms account .they committed me to delivere my car on [protected] . Now I request u the General manager that I want my car till Diwali 23-10-2014 otherwise I will cancel my booking . & sorry then I have to purchase tata safari ..I am using mahindra cars from 2004 & I don't want to end our relationship for this thing .

Dear sir, I purchased Scorpio s10 in Nov 2014 from Shiva mahindra ghaziabad up . from the next day I m facing the problem. The problem is noise come from clutch & driving seat. I have been sent my vehicle three times for the same problem in Shiva mahindra and still I m facing the same problem. I told my problems to service manager Gurpreet singh and vice President of Shiva mahindra. I sent my vehicle again (28/02/2015) in Shiva mahindra and they are telling me they can't work out on my problems because they don't have parts. Sir I just wanna know know one thing if the dealer don't have part from last three months so where I have to go? S. My car number is (up 14 ck 8090).Pls change my clutch and driving seat as soon as possible . I am waiting for your reply.

I am the owner of a mahindra Bolero SLX (Registration no RJ-15 UA 1459 ) last 6 year this vehicle purchased from purchased O.S.Motors, Jaisalmer, today I attended O.S. motors garage at 0900 hours for general service and to change Oil of my car, I stand in qua, my turn came at 1000 hours, a manually job card prepared by staff man and same was handed over to me for computerised job card, then I again stand in qua and my turn came at 1100 hours, same was handed over to me and I park my car at garage, I requested to mechanical for service but No one cares about the Vehicle then I approached to Mr Manoj, he replied me that why you came at garage, there is so many motor garage in the market .After so many request to all staff members, one mechenical attended my car at 1700 hours and changed the oil and some other work .At 1800 hours they handed over me Cash Memo for Sum of Rs. 9120.00 . I object for some items, which actually not fitted in my car but no one listen me, they issued me warning " first pay bill and then got your car, other wise garage time is going to over we are going to home, come tomorrow for car " This misbehaviour they did with me only for tip, All are Corrupt in OS Motors-Jodhpur

This is only to notify you about the Poor Services of OS Motors-Jodhpur. & they just spoiling the Name of Mahindra Company in Jodhpur. Here People are also not aware about how to complain about the OS-Motors to Mahindra Company.

Myself Gagan Dhillon bought a new Mahindra Scorpio 6 plus from P.P Automotive Sonepat, Haryana (branch of P.P Automotive Karnal, Haryana).
I bought 6 plus with Bluetooth feature (on recommendation of sales staff) on 30/09/14. From the very starting my vehicle started to have problems which are as follows:
1. Engine warning light and oil warning light
2. Central locking remotes stopped working
3. gear shift issues (which workshop told me was because its new)
4. Faulty charging slots
Car wasn't running the way it should.
I spoke to P.P Automotive vice president (based in karnal) and he assured me that after service all these issue will be resolved. I was not happy with all these issue with a brand new car.
I took my car for first service on 22/11/14.
None of the issues were resolved and on top of that my Bluetooth stopped functioning and the workshop gave me in written that it is deactivated. Manager of workshop told me it will not function again. I was very disappointed as I need this feature to talk over my phone while I drive or I cant talk.
Meanwhile my car driver seat power window stopped working (it was only fixed after a battle after 1 year after changing the part inside) so basically I drove my car without that power window operational for a year)
I heard promises after promises from P.P Automotive vice-president and manager and nothing was resolved. I kept on struggling with issue in my car like engine heating, no Bluetooth, powerwindows, charging slots, poor pick up, gear shift issues, balancing issues, overheating, low mileage etc. Car paint is getting discoloured and yellowish as well. Issue are endless. I am sick and tired.
Now even after 5 services from P.P automotive sonepat Haryana I am suffering.
The workshop doesn't even have proper lights for staff to work, had no laptop with software till my 2nd and 3rd service for new scorpios and it had to be borrowed from karnal workshop. The car was never ready on time committed for service. And I had to waste my valuable hours for that. I had lot of conversation with PP Automotive VP Deepak kapoor who in one meeting at sonepat workshop told me that it was my mistake that I bought a car in initial phase and would have waited for 3-4 months before its trial in the market. New cars sometimes have manufacturing defects which are rectified when more cars are produced in later phase.
I had taken my car to workshop few times wasting my days but nothing happended just fake promises.
I feel cheated and lost my trust in Mahindra. I was proud of our Indian brand but I am shattered and my money spend on this car is lost.

I have purchased Mahindra KUV100 K8 on 06th Feb.2017 from Central Motors Khargone (Khandwa). My complaint is that I have send my vehicle to central motors khargone on 13th July for Battery replacement, but still after 15 days I haven't received my vehicle. I couldn't understand that a battery replacement process takes so long time .Service men still not confirm the time of delivery of my vehicle.
I hiring daily a car of Rs. 1500 per day for working, so much money I have wasted due to delay in handover of my vehicle.
I am frustrated from Mahindra Service. I will claim the amount to Mahindra which I have paid in car hiring.
