MailPix Disappointing Experience with MailPix: Lack of Communication and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with MailPix. I ordered something from them over two weeks ago and it still hasn't even left their warehouse. I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous. And to make matters worse, they haven't even bothered to keep me in the loop about what's going on. Zero communication, nada.

I tried reaching out to their customer service team to see if they could shed any light on the situation, but it was like talking to a brick wall. They were no help at all and seemed totally uninterested in resolving my issue.

Honestly, I'd recommend steering clear of MailPix altogether. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about their customers and won't leave you hanging for weeks on end. Don't make the same mistake I did - save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company instead.

MailPix Disappointing Quality: My Experience with MailPix's 1000 Piece Puzzle

So, I went ahead and ordered a 1000 piece puzzle from MailPix. I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the quality. The picture on the can was all distorted and the pieces were super thin, almost like paper. And get this, all the pieces were cut the same shape! Like, what's up with that? And to top it off, the pieces didn't even lock together properly. I mean, you bump it and they just come apart. Not cool, man. I got it for a special price on the TODAY show, but even then, it wasn't worth it. I wouldn't recommend buying from MailPix if you're looking for a decent puzzle.

MailPix Disappointing Quality and Unhelpful Customer Service: My Experience with MailPix

I recently had an experience with MailPix and it wasn't the best. I ordered a banner from them, but when it arrived, half of the wording was missing and the picture was too big. I was really disappointed with the quality of the product.

When I contacted customer service to try and resolve the issue, they were not very helpful. In fact, they blamed me for the poor results and didn't offer any solutions or compensation.

This is actually the second time I've ordered a product from MailPix and both times I've been disappointed with the results. I would not recommend ordering anything from them if you want to avoid disappointment.

Overall, my experience with MailPix was not great. The quality of the product was poor and customer service was not helpful. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your printing needs.

I gotta tell ya, I had a really bad experience with MailPix. I was super excited to get my hands on some pictures, especially since I've been stuck inside because of COVID. But man, was I let down. The tracking number they gave me never updated on their site, and I never got my pictures. I'm so bummed out, and now I gotta go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my credit card company. Don't waste your time with these guys.

MailPix Terrible Experience with MailPix: Poor Quality and Unreliable Service

I recently had a really bad experience with MailPix. I ordered some prints from them and they messed up my order. They forgot one of my orders and didn't even apologize for it. Instead, they just gave me a $10 off coupon. But then, when I tried to use the coupon, they forgot about it and charged me full price again!

To make matters worse, the quality of the prints was terrible. The color tone was completely different from what I had originally sent them. It was like they didn't even know how to print properly!

Overall, I would not recommend MailPix to anyone. They are a terrible company with horrible quality. If you're looking for a reliable printing service, I suggest you look elsewhere.

MailPix Misleading Groupon Deal: MailPix Banner Review - Not Worth the Trouble (Negative 5 Stars)

So, I recently got a Groupon for MailPix and thought I'd give it a try. The banner cost was advertised as 14.99, which seemed like a great deal. However, I was disappointed to find out that MailPix charges an additional 15.00-17.00 depending on your order. This was not made clear in the Groupon deal, and I felt a bit misled.

When I went to the MailPix website to place my order, I found that it was not very user friendly. The choices and colors were limited, which made it difficult to find exactly what I was looking for. When my banner arrived, I was disappointed to find that the color was washed out and not as vibrant as I had hoped.

I had ordered a similar banner through Vistaprint in the past and had no issues with the color or quality. In comparison, the MailPix banner just didn't measure up.

Overall, I don't think MailPix is worth the trouble. In fact, I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could. The limited options, unclear pricing, and poor quality just don't make it worth the hassle.

MailPix Disappointed with MailPix: Slow Shipping and Website Issues

I gotta say, I had high hopes for MailPix when I ordered some picture puzzles from them through the TODAY show. I mean, ordering online should be easy peasy, right? Well, let me tell you, it's been a real hassle.

I placed my order on Nov 22 and got an email a week later saying they were shipped. But it's now Dec 14th and I still haven't received them. What gives? Are they sending things by Pony Express or what?

To make matters worse, I paid extra for shipping and they're still not here. It's like this company doesn't care about getting things to their customers on time. And let's not even talk about the fact that their website is a bit of a mess. It's hard to navigate and find what you're looking for.

All in all, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with MailPix. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient way to print their photos.

MailPix is not a good place to order from. I've been waiting for my pictures for over a month now and it's been a real hassle. Every time I call, I get a different answer from the customer service reps. It's really frustrating. I've been trying to talk to the owner, Darnell Barber, but I haven't been able to get through to him. They keep giving me excuses and it's just not a good experience. I wouldn't recommend ordering from MailPix. It seems like a scam to me. I had to give them one star, but honestly, they don't even deserve that.

MailPix MailPix Review: Slow Service and Non-Existent Customer Support - Avoid at All Costs

This company, MailPix, is a complete disaster. I'm not just talking about slow service, I'm talking about NEVER receiving your order. I waited a whopping 28 days before I even started the complaint process. Can you believe it? And even after almost a month, my orders were still "in process" in my account. I couldn't take it anymore, so I reached out to MailPix for help. I received an email confirmation from their Support team, but that was it. No response, no update, nothing. I waited another 48 hours and still nothing. So, I sent a second email, hoping for a better outcome. But, once again, all I received was an email confirmation. It was like talking to a brick wall.

At this point, I had enough. I decided to reach out to PayPal to get my money back. I mean, why bother with this company when there are so many other excellent photo gift companies out there? It's just not worth the headache and frustration.

I highly recommend avoiding MailPix at all costs. Their service is beyond slow and their customer support is non-existent. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different company. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

MailPix Terrible Customer Service Experience with MailPix - Would Not Recommend

I had a really bad experience with MailPix. I had to call them because my service was down for three days. I spoke to a few representatives and they said they would escalate the issue, but nothing happened. I was really frustrated and wanted to speak to a manager, but when I asked for one, I was hung up on twice. The first representative's name was Ann and the second was Anna Marie. I think it was the same person because she was really rude when I called back and told me that I wasn't hung up on, the phone was just disconnected.

I couldn't believe how bad the customer service was. I've been paying for their services for a while now and I expected better. When I told them about my issue, they didn't seem to care at all. They said they had a lot of customers and my one complaint didn't matter. I've never had such a bad experience with customer service before. I've been alive for 47 years and this was the worst customer service I've ever had.

Overall, I would not recommend MailPix. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers. If you're looking for a company that values their customers, I would look elsewhere.

MailPix Avoid Mailpix.com: Poor Quality, Unauthorized Transactions, and Unhelpful Customer Service

Mailpix.com is a website that I have used for a while now and I have to say, I am not impressed. They have taken money out of my account four times without my permission and it is definitely a scam. I did not authorize those transactions and it has caused me a lot of stress and frustration.

The website itself is not very user-friendly and it is difficult to navigate. The pictures take a long time to load and the quality is not very good. I have also had issues with the customer service. They are not very helpful and it takes a long time to get a response.

Overall, I would not recommend using Mailpix.com. It is not a trustworthy website and they have caused me a lot of problems. There are many other websites out there that offer better services and are more reliable. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Mailpix.com.

MailPix Disappointing Grad Banner from MailPix - Poor Quality and Cheap Materials

i bought a grad banner from mailpix and it was a big mistake. it looked like it was made from cheap materials and the print quality was terrible. i was so disappointed when i saw it. i would never buy from this website again. it was a waste of my money and time. i wish i had read the reviews before i made my purchase. i learned my lesson and will be more careful in the future. save yourself the trouble and find a better website to order from.

MailPix Disappointing Quality and Delayed Delivery of MailPix Puzzle Vouchers from TODAY Show Promo

So, I bought some puzzle vouchers from the TODAY show promo on MailPix. I was pretty excited to get them, but they took forever to arrive. And when they finally did, the quality was pretty bad. I mean, I was really disappointed. I can't believe the TODAY show would promote a company like this. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything from MailPix again.

I was really hoping to have them for my daughter's graduation party, but I guess that's not happening. I'm pretty disappointed, to be honest. This is the second time I've ordered from MailPix and I don't think I'll be doing it again. It's just not worth the hassle. I mean, I understand that things can get delayed sometimes, but this is just ridiculous. I've tried contacting their customer service, but I haven't heard back from them yet.
