This company only sent us half of our order, but still charged us for the whole thing. We've tried to contact them many times, but haven't heard back at all. We just want to get our money back for the part of the order we didn't receive.

Sage & Sill I gotta say, I had a similar experience as some of the other folks here

I gotta say, I had a similar experience as some of the other folks here. They only sent me one piece of a two-piece set. I tried emailing them a bunch of times, but never got a response. I ended up having to go through PayPal to get my money back. They did finally respond to PayPal, but now they want me to send the one piece back on my own dime to get a refund. No way, man. This place is the worst.

Sage & Sill Sage & Sill LLC ain't good

Sage & Sill LLC ain't good. They only sent me half of what I ordered. And when I tried to leave a bad review, their website deleted it. I think some of the good reviews might be fake too. I tried to get in touch with them, but they don't answer. And if you complain on their social media, they just block you. They don't even have a phone number to call. Seems like they're just trying to trick people.

The stuff I got from Sage & Sill LLC was not what I saw on their website and was all busted up when it got to me. The bottom of the plant stand was weak and it fell over and broke into a million pieces. The materials they used were super cheap. They don't even have a customer service team, so don't believe them when they say they'll give you your money back. They're just lying. You'll get a crappy product and then never hear from them again. I couldn't even argue with my credit card company to get my cash back. As a single mom, I can't afford to lose money like that. Don't waste your time or money on Sage & Sill!

I got a salt and pepper grinder set from Sage & Sill LLC. But they only sent me the salt grinder. I tried to contact them to get the pepper grinder or some of my money back, but they never replied. I really need my refund for the pepper grinder. My order number is ***.

Sage & Sill So, I saw an ad on Instagram and decided to buy something from Sage & Sill LLC

So, I saw an ad on Instagram and decided to buy something from Sage & Sill LLC. Unfortunately, my item got lost and I haven't heard back from them after sending multiple emails. I did some research and it turns out that many others are also having problems with this company. They don't respond to messages, items arrive broken or damaged, and it's impossible to get a refund. It seems like they're scamming people and getting away with it. Be careful if you're thinking about buying from them.

I paid $28.41 to Sage & Sill on 2/24/2022 for 4 bunches of cotton stems to spruce up my crib. But, I ain't got nothing yet. I've been emailing them like crazy, but they ain't responding. I did some digging and found out they're a bunch of phonies. I hope they get what's coming to them. Don't waste your time with these jokers.

Sage & Sill I bought sumthin' from these guys in December

I bought sumthin' from these guys in December. When it got to me, it was all messed up. I hit 'em up five times and even tried their online refund thingy, but they didn't do nothin'. I want my money back for the busted thing they sent me. I told 'em that the foam packagin' was fallin' apart, there were no instructions or card to say who sent it. The support with two holes was supposed to be shorter than the one with one hole, but the one I got was the opposite way around, so the stand wasn't stable. The nails in the short support were loose too.

I bought some indoor plant stuff from Sage and Sill's website on 3/13/22 for 86 bucks. Their address was in *** and they had good reviews, so I thought they were legit. My order came on 3/31/22, but the packaging was cheap from ***. The products were what I ordered, but they were not like the pictures and really bad quality. I asked for a return on their website and got an email saying it was approved, but I have to wait for more instructions. I looked them up online and I don't think I'll ever get my money back. I'll just throw away the stuff because it's cheap and useless. You can only email them, no phone number.

Sage & Sill I got a blanket from Sage & Sill LLC on 1/1/22

I got a blanket from Sage & Sill LLC on 1/1/22. It came in a yucky bag on 1/18/22. The blanket was super bad quality and shed all over the place. I asked for a return label to get my money back on the same day. Their website said they were checking my return request and would tell me later. I didn't hear anything for weeks. I asked them again on 1/24, 1/27 and 2/27 and still nothing. I tried to get my money back from my credit card company but Sage & Sill lied about their return policy and said they never got my blanket. They never answered my emails or my request to return this terrible blanket. I want a return label to send it back and I want my $153 back.

Sage & Sill So, I ordered a black heart case from Sage & Sill on December 1

So, I ordered a black heart case from Sage & Sill on December 1. They took my money, $69.95, and sent me an email saying they got my order. Then, on December 4, they sent me an email saying they shipped it. But, on December 15, they sent me another email saying they cancelled my order. I waited a few days to see if they would give me my money back, but they didn't. So, on December 19, I complained online. But, they never got back to me and I still haven't got my money back. I still see their ads and I don't want anyone else to get scammed like me. Thanks for your help.

I bought five things from Sage & Sill LLC on 11/28 for $129.38 USD. Here's what I didn't like: all five things came straight from *** and the packaging wasn't Western. I don't mind that, but their website was misleading and the quality was bad. They have fake reviews on their website and Instagram. They didn't post my review with pictures of a broken vase. They delete negative comments on Instagram. I emailed them five or six times since November and they never replied. One thing was the wrong item, one was broken glass, and one couldn't be put together because the screws didn't line up. I asked for a refund on 12/30, but they haven't responded.

I bought a vase set with a wooden stand from Sage and Sill on December 6, for my bro's gift. It cost me around $21.95, not counting shipping and handling. It came on December 21st, I think. The packaging was terrible, with crumbled Styrofoam in a bag. When I opened it, the product looked nothing like the pictures on their website. The woodstaining didn't match, and the item looked hastily put together and cheaply made. The biggest issue was that one of the glass vases was cracked. I asked for a refund for the vases on December 21, but I haven't heard back from the company yet, even though I filled out another "contact us" form. I can't find any way to contact them because their social media doesn't allow messages. I also left a negative product review on their website, but it's gone now. Sage and Sill is dishonest and ghosts their customers after providing low-quality products.
