I ordered this product about a month and a half ago. Never received a tracking number but they did take my money plus shipping off my card. There is no number to speak with them by so I emailed support and they ensured me I would have the tracking number that day. That's been over a week ago. I have been emailing support telling them I want my money back.

I ordered 2 different colors of lipgloss one was candy pink and the other one was metallic brown I received some purple color and sent an email on March 9th and got the computer generated we are processing this... And 3 more emails later I'm still waiting to hear anything from this company I can't believe they have such horrible business practice all I want is to get what I ordered although it doesn't glitter or anything they said it did but I paid for it and should get what I ordered just really disappointed!

I ordered 2 lipsticks January 25th. The tracking never updated from Feb 15th on, clearly lost in China. I reached out and they told me I had to wait 60 days for a refund. 60 days has Come and gone and they now ignore all my emails for a refund. There is over 51 emails of me begging for my money back and them telling me no it's still in the way. There is a 100%money guarantee back, but that's a lie, they just ignore you and refuse a credit!

Order late Feb on the 27th...i have not recieved it. Nor have i been able to get any tracking info. Or a straight answer. I definately believe i have been scammed. I have sent several emails and messenger messages to the website. I trusted the company and they took my money. But have not sent a product. But from the looks of it they are scamming everyone. Tried to get a refund before my order was shipped and there was no way to obtain one every time i go to their support page it comes back to Google like the page doesn't exist and i want my money back. It makes no sense we trust these online sellers and this is what we have to deal with and it's sad case they're getting rich off us just trying to purchase a product they're supposed to be selling

I have received a product that is not working. I e-mailed the customer support center and no one has contacted me in return. They are quick to send out alerts when the equipment is in the cart and finalized with a payment but do not respond when it is broken.
I want to return the steam iron that is no longer working and get one that does. What is the problem?

I ordered the steam straightener towards the end of last year. The water chamber cracked causing leaks & making it impossible to use. The company sent me a replacement chamber & even though I had to wait a long time for it since it comes from China I was optimistic. Yet after just two uses the chamber developed a crack again! I'm so disappointed in this product & have asked for a refund but have not received any reply from customer service. This was a waste of money. If it wasn't so pricey I might have let it go but $90 is a lot to pay for such a poorly made product.

It is obvious there is No Customer Service number for Maisie Maven or place to find out how to RETURN this item. By viewing some of the comments, customers are stating that this site is a scam. I want to return this item, as it did not perform as shown on Facebook. I have followed the directions and I do not like filling the tank every minute.

Waited over two months and made numerous complaints about not receiving item I received a lipstick today that that does not glitter and is bright Pink I ordered Red! A very cheap inferior product and most definitely NOT what was advertised and ordered. I think this is a scam as I have now noticed lots of people who have experienced the same problem. This was not a cheap product how ever the item that arrived I don't even want to put on my lips as it has a strange smell and texture.

Hello, I ordered he glitzy lipstick and received it yesterday. Unfortunately I'm extremely disappointed as it instantly dried my lips up making it impossible to use, it is advertised to sparkle more as you rub your lips together but I didn't found it done that at all. I also ordered oh so berry but I'm sure I received the metallic brown one as it's defiantly a brown colour! I would appreciate a full refund as I feel I have waisted my money. Thanks

I bought 3 items from Maisie maven on September 7, 2017. It did not appear as I saw it online it looks cheaper to me; so I ask them for a return address to return their items which it did get to them within a timely manner by USPS because I paid for Express to get there within 3 days $67.40 they stayed with my money and the items I return so they did me dirty, Low Down Scammers! They owe me $103.85. I am disputing with my bank for the amount they owes me which should have been simpler if they would just refund me because they already got their product. I WISH THEY WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

I received my iron a few months ago and it worked great for about a month, however it stopped steaming regularly. It's gotten progressively worse over the last couple of months. It was happening every now and then when it began to fail but now it has gotten to the point where it'll steam every 5th use or so... I loved the iron when it was working properly but am disappointed in its quick decline. I have made sure the steam button light is on. I've made sure the reservoir is filled with distilled water, I've made sure everything is dry... I've turned it on and off and I've opened the water reservoir section, making sure it's sitting/fitting properly and re-closed... to no avail. I'd like the iron replaced if possible.

I placed an order on 12/16/18 and haven't received my order yet. Seeing all the complaints, I see that I might have to wait months. If I receive it at all? Hopefully it will be the correct order and it'll work like it's suppose to. I should read reviews before I purchase stuff online... my own stupidity!

I received the incorrect color. I left a message right away. Took several days to get a reply back. Was told to send pictures of incorrect color, which I did 10 minutes later. Never heard anything. Had to contact paypal. Several days later, was told, through paypal, to do the same thing. Really? Was never resolved. Have a color of [censor] glitter lipstick that i'll never use. A waste of $14 with unprofessional return policy, though that's not what they claim to do for customers. Scams all over the place. I'll bad mouth them until my hands bleed.

The flat iron I received leaked water from the compartment when trying to use it. In addition, it did not work at all and looks like I was sent a used product.
It does not properly steam and due to the leaking has caused an electrical hazard to me.
The plates are work and look used. There was water in the compartment when I received it.
Arrived in a smashed box that looked worn and old and was not properly padded.
Where can I send it back to get my money back? No return address or directions on or on the package.
I think this came from the UK butni bought on Facebook via an ad and their FB site does not have an address or any way to contact them

First, it came very unprofessionally wrapped, had water in the compartment, and the plates are already stripped of its coating. I have never seen anything so unprofessional and haphazard in my life. Also, it looks nothing like the one advertised. I'm just beyond disappointed. I'd like the instructions to return it. This was not what was advertised and I am passed disappointed and annoyed.
Misleading advertisement, faulty and dangerous products, no communications, money gone, item returned, no refund received. Maisie Maven are con artists, avoid them everyone and spread the word.

I wish to make a complaint and return your product for a refund. When I finally received my straighteners I was bitterly disappointed in their performance. The hot plates did not heat up and the steam facility is non existent. Even after the straightener is plugged into electrical outlet for over 30 minutes. I found after 45 minutes there was a vague puff of steam once or twice no matter how I held the straightener. I am so completely disappointed and let down by this product because I paid $79.95 for this product and it does not work.
I want my money back please.
