Maisie Maven steam straighteners

I ordered these in July and received them in august they are spitting water and I can't use them for fear of burning myself. I have tried emailing you Facebook, messages but no reply please assist as I got these and paid a lot of money .. i bought them via facebook advertising through company belladonna any input will be ...welcome

Maisie Maven i'm complaining because I paid $50 for the professional steam hair straightener that I never received!!!

I ordered your steam flat iron months ago and still haven't received what I paid for... I'm asking that you either send me what I paid for or refund me my money! Maisie Maven flat iron with tank

Do not buy from Maisie Maven. First, the iron didn't come for 2 months. Then it arrived with a broken part. Following Paypal instructions, instead of filing a claim, I tried to resolve the situation through Maisie Maven customer service first. Maisie Maven promised to send me a replacement part, but never did. I emailed them for the next almost month and a half. Crickets from them. I ask if they had forgotten about me or ? Finally, I now go to Paypal for help and they tell me to take it up with my credit card and it's too late to file a claim. Well, these people are sneaky, they send you the first correspondence through PP, then ask you to send a photo of your broken product to [protected]@maisiemaven.com. Unbeknownst to you, you are no longer in the PP system! They drag out the emails b/w you until the time to file a claim runs out. I'm on the phone with Paypal now with a Supervisor begging them to reopen a claim on crooked Maisie Maven.

Paypal are partners in crime with Maise Maven and are encouraging fraudulent transactions. I gave them 48 hrs if you don't issue a refund, they'll be reported across social media, the police, and all governance authorities

Maisie Maven glitzy glitter lipstick

I ordered the above lipstick. Was excited to get something so glittery. I received in mail, no direction in box. Looked up online. Followed directions, no sparkle at all! Thought maybe I hadn't remembered what I had ordered. No, it was supposed to get glittery. Next day wrote company about a return. They kept stalling. Wrote 3 more times. Finally last night they say go ahead and return and include link to return policy. 7 days! Due to their delays I'm past that! Crappy product and lousy customer service! Do not order from this company!

I ordered two lipsticks on 20th November, and today is 4th January and I still do not have the items. I emailed them asking if there was an issue and had a reply saying there was a delay. (My order was for express delivery and on the parcel tracker it was showing as being in UK on 5th December 2017!)

I still don't know where my items are, still don't know when I will get them. I think this is a con! I will be contacting trading standards in the morning to see what my options are.

Maisie Maven reopro salon professional steam hair straightener v2

The iron I got has no name on it and looks nothing like the product that I paid for, when plug in it does not get hot and al it does is spray cold water out... It's a rip off and a fake product, there is no contact number of address... This maisie maven company is a fake and is only stealing for their clients but posting on fb to get people to buy... I am trying to request a refund but no answer from the company...

SCAM...THIEVES..LIARS

I've been waiting over 60 days, tracking says eyeshadow still in Laos.

Originally Israel H responded in email telling me I had to wait 60 days for refund, now they do not respond.

I guess they figure you'll forget.

Lesson learned the hard way.

I hope karma plants itself right on top of them.

They are SCUM! LESS THAN SCUM.

Maisie Maven straightening steam iron

I bought this for my daughter for her birthday and she did not try it for several weeks after her birthday. It did not turn on, no light came on, and no heat. She tried it again and again at different light sockets that she knew were working with no luck. I think it was around $89.00 for the black Straightener Steam Iron.
I would like to know where I can return this item to and how long will it take to get a refund?
I appreciate your help.

Maisie Maven I did not receive a reopro professional steam styler I purchased. maisie maven sent me a no name, no argan oil can be added styer.

My name is Tanesha Smith [protected] Golf Valley ct. Douglasville, GA 30135. I have several pictures and email communication between myself and Maisie Maven rep. I attempted several times to upload something is wrong with your system. If you can email me personally I can send to you as an attachment to my complaint. Thank-you for your time.
On October 6, 2017, I purchased the Reopro Salon Professional Steam Straightener from Maisie Maven website. It was listed for sale price $89.95 & free shipping. When purchased the site indicated I will get the item in 6-8 weeks. They delivered a package on November 13th, but it was not what I ordered. I immediately reviewed the return/refund policy. It indicated they had to have item back within 7 days of receipt. I went to USPS and Fed-EX, both indicated they could not guarantee delivery to Beijing within that time frame without an expedited process and it would cost approximately $83.00.
I then contacted the company via email on Nov 14th informed them of their mistake and asked for a resolution. I also attached photos of the product I was mailed. On Nov 15, a customer service representative her name is Deborah ( no last name or job ID # given) responded to my email via email indicating I was sent the correct product along with a photo of the matching item I received and no further action will be expected.
The problem is the item I was sent is not what was advertised and they will not correct their error. It is also not advertised anywhere on their website. How could I order something that I never saw or isn't advertised to be purchased?
The item sent isn't even a styler that argan oil can be added to. I could have ordered a steam styler from Amazon for half the money. I purchased the Reopro because of the videos and positive customer reviews it received. I was willing to pay more and wait longer for that specific item. Nowhere on the styler, the instruction manual or the box id the word Reopro indicated. It only says on the box it is a "Professional Hair Straightener" Not a Reopro what I got was a plain black styler with half the features of what I purchased. This one has 2 temperature settings, Reopro has 6 and many more features, see below description from their site.
I am asking for a return paid shipping label and the item I ordered. If they are unable to fill the order, I want my money returned. I should not be penalized for their error.

This was a candy liostick with glitter . You have taken money but ive had no confirmation back as to when r if they wilm be arriving .
There are alot of peopme sayin this site is a scam ?
If so i will be contactin my bank and who ever else i need to .

Maisie Maven steam hair straightener

I have received Reopro™ Salon Professional Steam Hair Straightener last month and I was pretty excited to use it however when I have opened the box I was pretty suspicious as it was looking like a very low-quality product.
Before start using the hair straightener, I started to have a look at the operating instruction and I must say I have never seen such a bad operating instructions in my life. There was no mention of how to fill the little water container as well.
Anyway, after googling, I came to know how to use this product.
I have followed the instructions and I must say not even for a single second I have seen the steam coming out of the hair straightener. I have straightened my hair for about 20 min and after that, I got really tired of using this cheap product. I have checked the level of the little water tank on the hair straightener, and I must say the water tank was full as before.
This product looks soo dodgy that I have no words to explain it.

Someone should need to take legal action against them.

Maisie Maven fraud - unethical behaviour

My wife ordered 2 Salon Professional Steam Hair Straightener from - Maisie Maven. When we reaceived the Products, there was no brand on the straighteners as advertised on the website. Also, the straighteners were defective they were not heating up and the heat indicator just kept on blinking.

We emailed the company, someone called deborah replied and when we asked her why we got a different product than the one we ordered she said after verfication there seemed to have been a mix up with the department. she also requested us to send a short video of the issue, which we did.

she replied back and offered 2 options:

1- we keep the defective Products and whe will offer a 50% refund( which does not make sense)

2- or we keep the straighteners and she will order 2 new ones as advertised...

we declined both options

Since this last email, we never got any feedback and all the emails that we are sending her are being ignored.

I am in canada, and I will certainly report this to the police, there is a link I found, so all those who have been victim of the scam please report this matter to the police station and leave reviews on maesie maeven Facebook page.

Maisie Maven steam straightener

I have purchased the steam straightner and never received my product. According to the refund policy, maisie maven has to pay me back is my product is undelivered after 60 days. I asked for a refund after 60 days and they told my to wait another 3 to 4 weeks.
Now they are simply not responding to any of my emails and they still haven't refunded me. How can you provide such terrible customer services?
I have no interest in receiving the product anymore I just want a full refund. According to the refund policy I am 100% entitled to a full refund after 60 days.

Im Shelia Rush. You know I sent you the picture and I know you received the video. This maybe funny to you but I declare and decree this; Until you do right by all these people you have scammed nothing you do will work. You will lose everything you have. As it begin to happen immediately you will remember what you did. And it is so! I was gonna Sue you but I see it will cost me more to get my 79 dollars back when in just a few days you won't have 79 cent. I wish I had researched you before I purchased that flat iron. Not only do you send products thst don't work, You send a complete different item. I feel sorry for you. I truly hope you don't have children because it's not their fault they will suffer for the mess you did!

Horrible product and hideous customer service. Don't buy it! American Express gave me my money back but Maisie Maven and their customer service rep "Deborah" were a total joke who just get you to waste your time as if they might really help you. They ask for a video of the product not working and then tell you they didn't receive it, then they did receive it but the video isn't functional, then they ignore you. They have NO INTENTION of helping you. And their product does not work, period! Don't believe the occasional review to the contrary. STAY AWAY!

Maisie Maven coloured hair wax

I ordered 3 hair waxes and was only sent two, ive sent plenty of proof of this and my emails to deborah m are being ignored now id like a refund or im going to go to the ombudsmen im fed up of being ignored ! The customer service is despicable and the time taken to investigate is ridiculous you can see by the pictures i sent that you can only fit two waxes in the packaging.

Maisie Maven fake product

Flat iron both on September, order # 77097, $ 79.95! Never worked! I need my money back! It arrived 60 days later, took my money right way! The package has no label that shows return police, telephone number or adress. No way to contact the seller! Sounds like scamming to me. This people need to me in jail for steel money with fake products!
Please help me get my money back!

I brought Professional Steam Hair Straightener on 22oct-2017, no one update me about my order status after that.
They promise to customer 100%refund for in satisfaction, but when I sent email to them on 31-oct to cancel order and refund the money, They refused because my order shipped. Then No reply anymore from them when I ask for tracking number .

Maisie Maven reopro salon professional steam hair straightener

Placed an order for this on 9/19/17. When it was received, opened and tried...it did NOT work. Immediately sent a message for a complete return. I received an apology and to rectify, I was to send a video of it NOT working and they would send a replacement. I sent another message to NOT send a replacement, but a refund. Ten days later I received a reply...still asking for a video of it not working. Received an email on the 26, 2017 with a return address of: No. 203, Block F, JunHe Avenue, BaiYun District,
Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province,
China, 510000

I tried to mail it back and the postage was to be: $22.75 and a USPS Customs Declaration and Dispatch Note to be filled out. I was doing that when I saw this Complaints Board. NOW what do I do?!

I have been waiting over 3 months and I have not gotten it...you took my money as soon as I placed the order and I have nothing to show for it. I'm very upset. I have ordered from amazon for years and have never had a problem. I will never order from you again unless this is resolved ASAP. So very unprofessional . And i work very hard for my $$$ how disrespectful
