I ordered six lip glosses got them from china. Very dry crappy product. Asked for a refund. They told me to return it but I would have to pay for shipping it back! They sent the wrong product! Why should I have to pay for the return? They screwed me twice already. First with their hair straightener and now the lipglosses. I can't even use them. I lose 45 bucks and they will just go in the garbage. I will complain to all my friends and social media about this! It will cost me more money to send it back then it's worth. Will call my c c about this.

I have not received these items therefore i would appreciate a full refund immediately. If i do not receive a response I will recall the payment from amex or Paypal

No brand on product box, no instructions to fill reservoir, it barely heats up and no information on how to return product though the site says you only have 7 days to request full refund for a product that took over a month to arrive.

Paid in full and have had no follow up contact. I paid through PayPal and will file a complaint unless I hear from Maisie Maven within a few days. I have no tracking number either. No updates. But, they took my money.

I was sent six lip gloss and was sent a cheap lipgloss nothing that you advertised. I want a refund. I will report you to /link removed/ if I don't get a refund. You scamming people is pathetic! This is the second time I have been scammed. I ordered a hair straightener and they sent one from China that is not the one shown on the advert!

I odered this product and arrived after a month of waiting. It wasn't sealed and the tank is wet already upon opening it! It doesnt heat up at all let alone steam and iron my hair! Very frustrating! Please can i have my money back and i will be happy to give u the very poor item that u falsely advertised. Very disappointing.

On September 9th I ordered the steamer. The $79.95 was taken out of my bank account and I have not received the product. Please help or I will cancel the payment with my bank.

Received the flatiron, but did not work. No return information with the item. Sent an email weeks ago with the info that I wanted to return it because it did not work. I have not heard from anyone. Useless item. No one bothered to respond to my complaint.

I ordered #220299 A CLIPP FOR my hair in Aust. Now it is October. I tracked the product and it said arrived 09/14/18. It did not say where arrived. I have not seen it. I e-mailed you and no response.
