If there is ever any sort of glitch or a 3rd party vendor is not up to par, she makes sure that they get on the ball and also make sure that the outcome is up to your standard of expectation. As an office manager of a sprinkler repair service company, I have worked with Mammoth Services for almost 6 years at Mammoth Services. The team and her office are easy to work with, quick to reply to questions, and have overall been a great property management company to work with! I would recommend any contractor to work with them, and I would recommend any homeowner to use them to manage their properties.

Mammoth Services has been responsive with multiple plumbing, air conditioning, and cleaning jobs for my rental properties. They have excellent communication skills and are very professional with good follow-through to provide quality work. Reading the review below from *** K is surprising to me. I too am a landlord. While Mammoth Services may be more costly than some other providers, I have never received less than quality work from them since I began using them in 2016. I am sorry to see another fellow landlord having experienced the frustrations he must have faced.

I used to use Mammoth Services for all things relating to property maintenance for my rental. They overcharge for many things because they are a General Contractor that outsources tasks to other vendors like landscaping, cleaning, etc, but it was convenient to use them. They installed a new HVAC unit three years ago and secured the 6 foot drain pipe with electrical tape instead of securing it with a hose clamp or something more substantial so the tiny 1" joint at the HVAC unit didn't break off. Three years later, I have to repair my roof for $750, because it did just that and leaked water for, what seems to be several months if not years. When I asked them to send someone out to properly secure the drain pipe, they refused to do it. Something so simple, that they messed up on initially, that would cost them almost nothing to repair, and I guess my future business wasn't worth it. I have since stopped all services from Mammoth Services and use local vendors who have better pricing and treat me much better.

I read a number of reviews and am in total disbelief. I am a frustrated resident and own a property in a specific location. I hired a property management company that used Mammoth for their repair and contracting. I had many concerns about their work from the very beginning. First, they claimed that I needed a $250 "pre move-in cleaning" before my tenants could move in. They gave me pictures of the brand new carpet as proof. The tenant also told me they never came to clean up after the crew that renovated the house and told them to "toss the remaining paint buckets and scraps in the dumpster" when they charged me to do it. The next thing was that there was a gap under the front door as the home builder did not put a door sill to stop drafts and insects from coming into the house. They sent a "tech" to get an estimate. He stated that it was an easy fix and can do it for $175. The tech bought a door sill from a specific store and tried to install it. It was the wrong size and was going to damage the floor if used regularly. When I complained, they told me it was an "odd-sized metal door" and a plate would have to be "welded" on the door. In the meantime, my tenant fixed it with the proper-sized sill for the wooden door. Complete waste of money. Then, a wind storm blew off 11 shingles and they charged me $650 to put a tarp on the roof until repairs could be made. Then they sent me an estimate of $11,000.00 to fix the roof. It is a double-wide trailer. At that point, I knew I was being taken advantage of, so I flew to a specific location and confronted the management company. They were very apologetic and refunded me several months of fees, which was not even close to what I was overcharged. I fired the management company and fired Mammoth that day. I saved all emails and texts and invoices and voicemails as proof. I showed and played them for the management company. They were shocked. This is a friendly warning to all. I had to use much restraint to keep this review professional. Stay away from Mammoth services if you can.
