Marathon Oil marathon international petroleum winners verification form

I have received an email from Marathon International Petroleum Indonesia Limited, in which I am asked to send my personal information to their Executive Secretary for Fund release and verification purpose because I am chossen by the board of trustees as one of the final recipients of a cash Grant/Donation. So I am pleased to submit herewith my personal information along with the reference Number and Qualification numbers
