Automated trading program.
I signed up for the Signal Shadow Pro program on 1/19/23 at a price of $2495 and have been very dissapointed. It was explained to me that this program was automated and all I had to do was confirm trades through text messages each time a trade was placed by their head trader.I was also told that I could set up preauthorization so I would not miss any traders that at night. The sales person also told me that most people started with around $200 and that they did very well with that amount.I told sales person that I would start with no less than $500 and he said that i would see very good gains that way.I chose to start with $1000 so as to get a good start. As I started using system I noticed very quickly that I wasnt even making enough to pay the $199 a month fee for this program after trial period was over.I brought this concern to the attention of my account rep/manager and he informed me that the minimum I needed in my brokerage account was $3000.I deposited $2000 more into my account to reach the minimum. As I received my daily gains reports after adding the $2000 I noticed no improvement.I was repeatedly told by my account rep/manager that the preauthorization should not and could not be used for my application. As I went through learning course material I found that not all courses showed that I had completed them and was told by account rep/manager that even though I didnt see that courses had been completed it was still documented in their system that I had completed them.I asked sales person(via email) and account rep/manager(via phone) for a refund. I was told by account rep/manager that I hadn't completed all of the learning courses and never received a response from sales person.Shortly after signing up for this program I started getting nonstop automated emails and very frequently was called and emailed by account rep/manager trying to sell me more expensive automated programs that were supposed to generate better returns.Stay away very misleading.
Desired outcome: refund
I found that I needed at least $15K in my account, trading 0.10-0.15 Lot size (1.5 Minilots) on Signal Shadow Pro. Anything less and my balance was not going up fast enough for my liking. If you can get to $30K in your forex account trading 0.25-0.30 lot size you start to see nice steady gains. I have a $125K account trading 1 full lot and am making $10K per month with a cost of $200 per month for the signal. Not bad, but also not something everyone can do, I know I could not until I retired and sold my interest in a business I was part owner of. Did not have $20-$30K to risk in something like this.
I understand your frustration. Do not see how someone could tell you $500 was sufficient, or $1,000. At 10% per month return you are losing money. It was not clear from your description, but when you add funds, going from $500 to $3000 you must go into Signal Shadow Pro Lot Sizing and increase your standard lot size if trading fixed lots (from say 0.005 lot size to 0.03 lot size, approx 0.1 Lot per $10K if being aggressive). Either that or you need to have it set up to use "Proportional by Balance" for the lot size where your lot sizes should increase as you increase your balance, unless Gary is increasing the balance in his account at the same time in which case you may not see lot sizes increase, and will not see returns increase. I use fixed lot sizes. You must make sure you do not get too aggressive and get margin call, at which point your trades get sold off to cover the margin call. Need to have sufficient funds to cover margin and let the trades play out.
I am not from MTI. So not trying to do anything here besides give you my experience with the same program, and what it took for me to actually make money with it.

training stocks options ipos margins
Training stocks options IPOs margin. I told them I had limited time and I was ordered that six digit income into like 100, 000 and more and then also the training which I didn't know I needed training but they said I had to do their training before anything could be set up. I let them have $2499 one time and then they took another $2499 the next time in the next day. I asked for my money back and they said I signed the document it said I had to do certain steps and certain time. And had to train and take certain test in this training option and had to talk with a market trade her for advice read and do so many hours with them and do a couple of webinars so many hours within a certain time. Before I can get any money back so when I tried to get my money back and I looked at my contract my contract was been done by doc you sign and it was deleted it self from my email so there is no document there was no such thing as what they sent me in the new email that didn't get deleted so I couldn't get my money back can't finish any of the stuff because I don't have the time. So all of it is up to your fault when they call you and it says you're at fault with them by not completing the contract so they basically stole my money but they said I am in it for infinity lifetime so I have plenty of time to still go over it and go through it a little bit at a time finish it so the money is never returned but I have unlimited time to learn it they said I had all the time in the world to learn it At my leisure

I have been with MTI for over 2 years. Been to the building and done training with the Chief. There is no scam and they can produce the documents. Yes one must train and learn to trade to be successful. That is the point to the courses. One must know how to follow along and stay in class to be successful. There is fine print with everything including MTI. It can not be helped that only a few of us are in the 9% that succeed. And no I am not paid to say this. I am just a loyal student of MTI and have learned alot from the Chief, Jared Martinez.
I say that's a very unfair statement, I've been a student with them for going on 3 months and I'm loving what I get with them. I sir do not work for mti, and I sir can provide a valid trading history showing profits over losses. That being said, not everyone will be good at everything in life, There will be the garunteed failure as there will be the success that's just the way life is. I think you're putting out your personal emotional view without giving your history and dealings with them, Maybe you don't want to say because it will show your lack to try hard and succeed. Do you expect great things just to be sort of hard or easy to do? how long did it take you to get good at what you're good at in life if anything at all? not sure all can relate to that comment. I just want to say, if you can give it another try and be honest with them about your feelings, and maybe there is hope for you yet, It's going to take you time effort and failure to be successful. How many kids become adults without making mistakes before learning. That is just the place of the human being and how we learn.
I agree with you. I have been a student with them since 2019 and I love it. I met the Chief and had dinner with him and done some training in person with him. I absolutely love the chief, chris, james, tian, and mark. They have been a blessing to me and my family.
Refund not honored.
Problem Date: September 14, 2010, I sent an email to Sales Representative, Andy Hall asking him how much I should invest if I only had $10, 000 in my IRA. He told me to start small and I reply "what is small"?
He never answered that question.
I purchased the Ultimate Traders Package for $1, 500 from Market Traders Institute, Inc. with the hope to make a second income since I am going through a very harsh hardship as a Realtor and Loan officer. The Sales Representative told me that training would pay for it self and that If I was not happy with the training that I can ask to have my $1, 500 refunded, no questions asked. I signed a contract which was never explained in detail for $1, 500 September 9, 2010. I asked a very basic question that was never answered and I decided that if I can not have a simple question answered then I should not continue with a firm with low ethics. The contract does not have an order number and the payment method was going to be in a installments.
Pertaining Refunds:
Market Traders Institute, Inc. have a very clear and straight forward refund policy that reads:
"If you are unsatisfied with the level of service we have shown as it relates to your education package purchase, we'll completely refund your money within the first 30 days of your purchase."
Andy Hall did not answer a very fundamental question that should have been asked by him to qualify me as a legitimate candidate as a student for Market Traders Institute, Inc. It demonstrates how low this firm is to get sales. I specifically told him that I was going through a harsh hardship and that a second income would definitely help me and thus Andy Hall took advantage of this and never explained the details of the contract and hurried me to sign it. I have already returned the software that they send me with FedEx Tracking number [protected].
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have found Market Traders Institute to be 100% above board and transparent on their sales cycles. It is stated quiet clearly what they are offering, and the terms for their refund. Nothing is hidden there is no 'bait and switch'. And, as to their statement about Andy Hall
not telling you how much you should invest he can't tell you by law, unless he is licensed as a financial planner. You had 30 days to get through the materials and trade, live account or demo account. I'll bet you didn't complete the first 5 lessons out of the 16.
I knew what was expected, as I read all of the contract, and I pushed myself hard through the lesson plans. I'm very happy with the result
and just today between 0300 and 0500 I made more than you paid for the course.
Don't whine to anyone but your mirror. Life is in you today and YOU make your tomorrows
Same thing happend to me. Has anyone had good results getting their money back from MTI? Has anyone prosecuted or sued them successfully? In process?

I wish I had read this site before I ordered a $150 bundled package. Their advertising is very misleading. This product is not risk free, you will loose all your money. The product did not work. When you call about a refund they will offer to make it right by sending you the MEDICATED cream. I could not find their refund policy on the ordering site. The company stated that " Our money back guarantee is only applicable to order $95.00 or less- your order was over the limit and does not qualify for a refund unfortunately". Based on my experience and others (who could not get a refund for just one jar) YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK-DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF! Becky
