I have been smoking Marlboro special blends red 100's for several years. Today i went to purchase a pack only to find out they changed the name to Special Select? Well i have smoked 3 so far and im still Angry not getting the nicotine or something also i have a nasty taste in my mouth . Please tell me whats going on and where do i go or who do i talk to about a refund?

Marlboro a carton of marlboro special blend 100's

Good Morning,

This is not a complaint; but, the email on your website doesn't work.

My name is Shea and my son and I recently moved to a very small rural town in colorado because I was experiencing some issues with my mental state that prevented me from being the best mother i can be. So in an effort to help us; my sons grandparents, who moved there to take care of her dad whom just lost his wife and had a stroke, took us in.

Since arriving I have been trying to help out around the house. I don't have a driver's license or a job and it will take time to get on my feet . So, she has been lending me cigarettes and she doesn't have a lot of money. She is too nice to say no and we both need them for anxiety; it helps to look forward to a cigarette, something to relax with.

My grandpa has Alzheimer's and it is very stressful when he gets bad and she has helped me so much; I want to help her.

It will take a few weeks to get my liscense and sometime to secure work. So, I thought maybe you could send her a carton because she has been smoking marlboros since the 70's faithfully and she needs help right now.

Marlboro marlboro gold 100's

I had an appt in another town that is 45 minutes from where I live. I stopped at an Exxon and bought 2 pks of Marlboro Gold 100, both came out of the same carton. Both pks, the tobacco was falling out! It was like they were rolled loosely. I couldn't smoke them, it was a waste of money! I sure wasn't about to drive 45 minutes to return them for more!

Marlboro marlboro reds shorts

ThisSpace is the third pack of Marboro red shorts in a box that I've bought and past week that all the cigarettes or defective! The filters are not connected to the cigarette as soon as I lied it and go to Ashley for the first time sometime this year as I pulled out of the pack then the filter becomes to touch from the cigarette this is the third pack that this is happened I need a supervisor to call me back as soon as possible my name is Adrian Chase and my telephone number is [protected] I live in Tampa Florida thank you

Marlboro bad quality

filter paper strips are loose and scew, no mint ball in every 8th cigarette and alot of pieces of tabacco in the cigarettes.

not the first time its happened. we have been supporting marlboro beyond for 5years since it hit the stores. reason for buying menthol cigarettes is because we want to smoke methol. i have thrown away more cigarettes then i can count.

the quality has gone down tremendously since then but the price has gone up and up. no quality control is being done. i am very unhappy with this.

Just posted a complaint. And this is what i find in second packet i open today just after i posted. This is really unacceptable, the filterpaper is not even covering the filter not even to talk about the tobacco. A packet of Marlboro beyond red price is 38rand so out of an carton i throw away a whole packet if there is 2 sigarets that is faulty. You must please give attention to this asap seeing that your company is going to loose alot of loyal consumers.

Marlboro marlboro gold cartons stale

I purchased 2 cartons of Marlboro lights shorts in Colorado Springs, Co, before I traveled for 3 weeks visiting family in California. They are cheaper in Colorado. After opening the 1st pack, it was stale, as well as the 1st pack in the 2nd carton. I have smoked for over 30 years, and love your product, especially after dinner or with a drink of wine. I am not sure where these cartons came from, or where they sat in heat, I suspect. I am very dissatisfied with these 2 cartons of stale cigarettes. After spending double the price of these cigarettes in California, and Nevada $15-$20 a pack, " I took my 82 yr old Mom to Las Vegas", I realized I needed to send you a letter. I returned the cigarettes when I returned. Needless to say, I am SHOCKED"! Not only did I experience poor quality in Marlboro cigarettes, I paid double, triple, prices, out of state per pack, . In reality, I am out several hundred dollars not including time, gas, frustrations etc etc...I certainly hope you will realize you have a long time customer and remedy this terrible experience. Thank you!

Marlboro special blend 100s

I purchased another pack of cigs today as usual, about a pack a day, I pay the extra price for marlboro because the quality n taste is usually better. This is the 2nd or 3rd time now tat I habe had a messed up pack. I figured once in a blue moon, o.k. butt now it's happening more. This pack seriously a bunch of them with the filters messed up, like I mean like no cotton in them barely, u can bend the filter right in half. Wth! I hope the issue gets fixed or ill be switching companies... 😣😲

Marlboro light 100s

I bought a carton of the marlbaro light 100s
Almost every pack the filters were uncut evenly and filters were not eather wrapped or not connected. I tried to return them to the store but was told to contact marlbaro so here I am. I payed $68.90 for a carton of useless smokes. Been a customer for over 40 yrs. This is the first however the hard packs do fall apart bad glueing. But this happens a lot.

Marlboro marlboro black 100's

The pack of cigarettes I purchased tonight had a indent on the top and when I opened the pack some cigarettes were shoved down. They looked funny in a way but 2 were broken as well. I wasn't very happy... thought you guys should know I've been smoking Marlboro black 100s for years and this isn't the first pack to have a deformation. I didn't realize that the pack was messed up until I got home because I had a open pack. Date- 7/13/18. I would like a new pack if possible. I'm not too worried mistakes happen. Thank you for your time have a good day.

Marlboro cigarettes (smooths 100s)

So far I have bought about 5 packs in the last 2 weeks at least and where the filter connects to the cigarettes it's all wrinkled, opened, ripped, at least half of each pack. I have been smoking these for quite a while and I have never had this issue and now it's all the time. Cannot smoke these when they are this way I have wasted well over enough money to just waste half of each pack..

Marlboro tobacco

I wish to complain about the tobacco in my recent packet of Marlboro: 2-3 cm long pieces that I would describe as stem.
As these are rather expensive cigarettes and as a smoker for many decades I am shocked that the quality that once was assured is a thing of the past.
Perhaps there has been an issue at production stage?

Marlboro cigarettes

Why is it that months ago I was able to use both coupon an mobile coupon bcuz some stores don't accept paper coupons. But now I am only allowed to choose one or the other?! Don't y'all want people to buy ur cigarettes! Limiting either one to someone really depleats their choices especially if the certain store will not take paper coupons! Please make this company take part in ur paper coupons. Thanks.

Marlboro not made the same / filter breaking off

I've been smoking Marlboro Red for about 30 years. And for the last year or so the filter seems to keep braking off. I know a lot of people stop smoking but I feel this is a way for me to buy more cigarettes. At least half the pack I end up throwing away because of filter braking off. I'm about to change brands because of this. I feel your company owes me.

I have been smoking Marlboros for over 10 years and I purchased a carton of Marlboro lights from Murphy's USA in Marshall Texas. They were so old.and stale I threw them out cause the were giving me headaches now I hope we can resolve this issue so I don't have to change brands but I tried to take them back to store I purchased the carton at but they were nothing but rude and absolutely no help the manager of that store explained that I hava to complain to manufactur instead of retailer so that is what I'm doing now my name is Brian webb and I look forward to hearing back from someone in your costomer service department to resolve this issue asap thank you for your time ...

Marlboro marlboro special blend 100's in a box

The last two cartons we bought, the cigarettes have been breaking off at the filter or they smoke like they have a hole in them! We have lost alot of money due to this! My husband and I are hard workers and do enjoy smoking. We are sadly disappointed in this happening. The cigarettes seem flimsy and need work. Someone should be contacting us about this.

Marlboro cigarette

I bought a pack of Marlboro black 100 and once the pack was empty I noticed 6 maggots inside. On the bottom. After we had smoked them all! I took a pic of one of them inside the empty pack. No idea how this happened but they had to have been inside from purchase as the pack stayed in our pockets til they were smoked by the evening. Less than 24 hours! Gross!

Marlboro the box

I have smoked Marlboro Menthol 100s for 20yrs. But lately every box tears up. The lid breaks loose on one side everytime. And its usually right when I open them. Its very annoying because the cigarettes go stale very quick. Please fix this or I'm gonna have to change brands. And I dont want to. But the price has gone sky high and Im losing money here! I dont smoke stale cigarettes.

Marlboro quality of the product that was sold to me

I've bought cigarettes from multiple stores in my small town and in the last month I've paid higher prices for cigarettes that taste worse that the cheaper brands. I'm about ready to quit buying the only brand of cigarettes I've ever smoked because I can't stand the taste of stale cigarettes. And it makes for a really bad day when the only cigarettes a person has taste like always save cigarettes or sometimes even worse

Marlboro product very stale

I buy Marlboro special blend 100's everyday at 711 every single person that works there knows what kind I smoke I don't even have to ask what I want they just always have them ready for me so for the past 2 weeks my cigarettes are burning super quick and they taste extremely stale Like they have been on the shelves for decades this has never happened to me like this long I just thought it was my taste buds but other people
are complaining about the same problems I spend over a hundred dollars on these a week now I would appreciate if someone would contact me I have proof of purchase and they won't take them

I just went to 711 bought 3 packs of Newport 100's and my usual pack of Marlboro special blend100's the same disgusting taste and I hAve to relight the cigarette every time I take a puff this is new to me I'm so disappointed with these cigarettes more money wasted

Marlboro marlboro kings, box

Purchased a carton regular box kings two of the packs have been opened out of the 10 finding 50% of them are breaking at the filter. I tried to return them to the store I purchased them at because I didn't have a receipt they would not replace the eight packs. Is there a place I can send the eight packs to get eight packs that won't break at the filter?
