First off I know it has been some time but life happens ya know lol. Back in 2021 on 08.18.2021 to be exact I had my Marlboro points taken due to 180 days of inactivity which I wasn't aware was possible. Now the reason for this is bc I had my son who was a micro preemie, he was 3 1/2 months earlier and was in the NICU for several months then had therapy appointments and doctors appointments every week once he finally got to come home and I went through a divorce on top of ALL that which I can send you proof of everything if need be, but I've been trying ever since then, yes a little over 2years, to find away to contact yall to see what/if anything i could do about this as it was a lot of points, 26,500 to be exact or i wouldn't worry about it, but that's a lot of time and money invested on my part to just say"the hell with", you know. Anyways I just now found this email and was hoping to possibly hear from yall and possibly get some good news on what I could do about this, if not it's fine I understand that too. Thank you for your time.
