Hello, my name is Danny Vierling, im 37 years old an have been smoking Marlboro brand cigarettes for 23 years now, up until now ive never had a problem, but i purchased a pack of cigarettes from a Circle K convenient store here in Hamilton Ohio an the cigarettes was all stale an the cigarettes all felt hard an brittle like a cigarette that had been sitting out of the pack all day, but this was the entire pack, anyhow, i went back to the store i purchased them from an they was rude an said to contact Marlboro, i wouldnt complain, but with tobacco prices i cant afford to lose money on stale cigarettes, i hope you understand an can contact the proper packaging department to fix future issues, thanks for your time .

If you consume 10 ciggarettes per day,
you should be more worried about the tar in your lungs than the lead in the filter. Sorry for being harsh but you're anyways going to die soon if you continue smoking, so I doesn't really matter if you die from lead poisoning or lung cancer. Quit smoking 🚭. Live a healthy lifestyle!

Went to light a cigarette, the first inhale I didn't taste nothing till I blew it out. It tasted like a chemical and I smelled it strong. As I thought of the smell and taken the second drag of cigarette and blew it out, it took my breath and it made me sick. My mouth watered and stomach turned. The chemical taste was very strong. It made me very weak feeling and I knew I wasn't feeling well. After get assistance, my cigarette was put out. I smelled it and the whole cigarette smelled bad. The tobacco in the cigarette was stronger smelling than the filter, with the chemical smell. The taste was, and didn't leave until I woke up the next morning. My throat was sore, an off an on ask day felt the need to clear a itch throat.I wonder if there is other people complaining about this. Is there a recall? What can we do about this?

Cigarettes are burning way to fast and ends are becoming large and dropping off dangerously. I have smoked this brand for years and am now concerned about the safety as the end dropping off are red-hot and large.
I but cigarettes in bulk and thus batch is uk bar coded [protected], I am getting better quality when I shop abroad on holiday, these cigs are dangerous.

I drove up to a Super America (SA), and got my electronic coupon ready (that I have used SEVERAL) times at this location.
The lady at the store ( manager) would not accept the electronic coupon. She said she has never seen this type of coupon, and would not honor this coupon.

Needless to say I can now not use the $1.50 coupon again for a few days.

I would also like you to mail me out a few coupons that I can use in the place of letting the 5 minute timer expire on this coupon. I was on lunch from work an was not able to drive to a different store and NOT be late for work. The lady was VERY rude to me. She didn't understand why her store # was on my phone, asked me how I got this information, pretty much insulted me and told me I was NOT using this coupon at her store! You would think in this day and age, everyone would willing to accept electronic coupons. AND if it was a illegal coupon (which it was NOT), would have $1.50 really shut her store down? I was very insulted by this store manager and the way she spoke to me, and questioned me about a MARLBORO APP/COUPON. Maybe you should reach out to the locations that are approved through your app, so the people using your app are not drilled and insulted when using this app.
Wow that sounds incredibly frustrating. Its a bit reminiscent of the self checkout nightmare I had in that area at Walmart. I had put in the coins first, to make sure i paid with exact change, so as to not end up with even more coins.
When i went to insert the bills, i decied to use as many 1's as i could, again, for the benefit of my wallet's thinness. The amount due went down from 8, to 7, then 6, and then to what I thought was 5. I then readied a five dollar bill for insertion, but when i looked up, i saw a "remaining amount due" of 11 dollars; the register was counting up as i inserted each bill, not down like math(along with common sense) would dictate.
I thought a human cashier would be willing and able to quickly resolve this, and there i met my second surprise of the night. To my astonishment, the first thing their mind went to was theft, or if not theft outright, then some sort of other unwarranted suspicion of dishonesty. I was completely taken by surprise. I wanted to ask "What sort of sad excuse for a bank account must you have to make plausible $8 being worth, not just stealing(grab n go), but the extra effort of actually initiating conversation unnecessarily with an employee, thereby committing Fraud, if the conversation is untrue and aimed at deception for monetary gain?"
Did this [censor] short-sighted wage slave have something against me for my appearance? Or did she simply not understand stealing, self-incrimination, or common sense? In what world does it make sense, if you want to steal something, to not only try to run that something thru checkout, but to additionally try to ''double up'' by getting the cash value of that something by initiating contact with an agent of the store you're trying to rob? In what world does that make any sense?
She didn't believe my story about not wanting change; my guess is because following the math proved just too difficult. It was much easier to accuse(or in her spineless case, heavily imply) me of lying. Maybe she just couldn't believe someone capable of 3-digit subtraction/addition would be shopping at Walmart to begin with. I have no idea.
I eventually got so annoyed that i did something I regret to this day. I something to the effect of, people that make your yearly salary weekly don't have to steal chinese-made junk from wallyworld, and we certainly dont need to scam a few 1-dollar bills from the self-checkout. I could tell words just didn't have any effect on people with sub-human intellect, and in the absense of human language, i supposed that the old adage about money talking might be applicable. I finally said, "Why in the world would i be trying to steal 11 dollars when i have over 11-hundred dollars on me. With that, i dumped my wallet on the conveyor belt, showing her more money than she has/had/will ever seen in one place. I regret doing that in theory(philosophically) because I think money is one of the worst measures of what an individual is truly worth; alot of it is luck of the draw at birth. Old money far outnumbers the new. However in practice, it was an effective move, as Pathetically, her respect for me jumped at the mere sight of the object of money, instead of falling at the observance of my actions. She got a supervisor who opened up the cash drawer's digital journal tape history, and she immediately saw, as did the cashier and I, 3 lines of 1-dollar being inserted and where the machine had glitched. Apparently the vast, vast majority of customers, even perfect change customers, never put in coins until all bills are in. Once coins were inserted, it had gone into change calculation mode, hence the reversal of calculations.
Anywho, just wanted to test out my bluetooth keyboard that came with a polaroid tablet. Wow, i can see why it was free. The spacebar only works on the right side, unless i push hard and hold it down. Still faster than a touch screen though.

Good day on the 5th of December 2016 i opened a new sealed packet of my Marlboro blue ice cigarettes and as i was almost two thirds into it i started tasting a strange odor and taste and then i went for another drag and then it i tasted it in my cigarette and was so horrible i started to throw up from the taste, I then gave the cigarette to a work colleague to take a drag also just to be certain i was not crazy and he also confirmed the taste and spat a few times, If it is possible to request a carton as a reimbursed gift for this issue cause i cant smoke this packet with defective filters or moldy tobacco as its a health risk

Marlboro is my and my parents favorite brand name for cigarettes and the only brand I have bought for the last 17 years! But recently I have been having issues with all the individual packs or cartons I purchase! Some packs dont have the tinfoil. Every single pack the cigarettes are stale! I initially thought maybe it was just the store I was purchasing them from so I went to 2 other stores but the cigarettes had the same issues! Enclosed I have provided one of my receipts proving purchase.in the last 2 months I have purchased 11 cartons! Of marlboro red cigarettes and also bought 7! Individual packs of marlboro red cigarettes. I've tried returning them to the store I bought them from but they will not return them! I am very disappointed in our product recently! There either making me and my family sick to our stomachs or taste stale or are making the tinfoil! This is very serious to me because as I stated above your brand is the only brand me and my family buy! If this issue is not resolved soon me and my family will no longer purchase any of your products! no iceball - beyond gold
I purchased a box of Marlboro Beyond Gold from a nearby shop, when I opened the box and lit the first cigarette I realised that it didn't have the Iceball in the filter.
I checked the rest only to find that 5 more cigarettes didn't have the Iceball, which is the main reason why I like the Beyond Gold.

I have been smoking for a couple of years and have always been happy with the products that I buy from Marlboro. I had bought a box from my local shop in Ireland, and the box was, as usual, sealed with plastic, but once I removed the plastic, I could see that the foil inside the box has been ripped off and placed back ontop of the cigarettes, and there were 3 cigarettes missing from my box! Now I paid €10, 50 for a box, and expect to get my money's value, but was left with having cigarettes short, and this makes me worry because I fear that the cigarettes have obviously been tampered with, and I would have no idea what could have been done to them. I have never been so disappointed and worried about a box of cigarettes before. I hope I get response, and solution to why this happened.

I've smoked for 14 years always Marlboro lights and 100s. This last year the same cigarettes are terrible. Stems in the tobacco smells like burning wood instead of tobacco and at $6.00+ a pack I should be getting much better quality than this. My husband has smoked camels for years and never gets this bad quality from his brand. Marlboro what are you doing wrong here? Is cutting costs important enough to start losing customers for? This is bad business. I'm switching brands because of this. I spoke with your customer care department already. Be business smart give the quality we expect for the price we pay. Plain and simple.

I have always smoked Marlboro Gold and Red Beyond since it has come on the market. I have noticed recently in a number of packs that the popping filter is missing in a few of the cigarettes.

The last 3 packs of Marlboro light cigarettes I purchased were awful. They taste stale and at 7.40 a pack that's ridiculous. I am so disappointed because in the 20 years I've been smoking this brand I have never had them where they taste like they have been sitting around for a long time prior to sale. You need to notify the stores that sell your product to not sell old cigarettes If that's the case. I'm not certain. I think it's a bad lot and you need to make this right for your customers that pay enormous amount for a product that we expect to be the same every time.
