I purchased a coat on the 8th of Nov 2019 From Massimo Dutti branch in City Stars mall, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt
The coat details are "Model: 2406, Calidad:162, Color: 801"
The case is that the coat color changed in the first ten days from using it & I am claiming from the bad quality of the coat material and the problem that the customer service don't want to speak to me and not responding at all.
Sequence of events:
• I travelled to France on 17th of Nov. 2019 for 10 days then the coat color started to be changed to white color "As shown in attached photos"
• On Saturday 30th of Nov 2019, I went to the same branch to complain & the branch checked the coat then send a claim to the customer service (case number: 191205-000138)
• On Tuesday 3rd of Dec 2019, I received a call from the branch and informed me that the customer service said that they will not do anything however I refused their feedback as it is impossible that the coat material can change its color within the first ten days and I claimed the bad quality of the coat material.
• The branch promised that the customer service will call me within 2-3 days max to check with me again. And no action taken.
• On Saturday 7th of Dec. 2019, I went again to the branch to claim that no action taken from the customer service & the branch promised that the customer service will call me within 2-3 days.
• On Monday 9th of Dec. 2019, I received a call from the branch asked me if the customer service called me or not & I informed them that still no action taken from the customer service.
• On Friday 13th of Dec. 2019, I called the branch again and they asked me to try to contact the customer service directly, however Egypt customer service are not responding totally & ignoring.
I am really believe that we don't deserve to receive such kind of behavior from our preferred brand. So, I am now claiming officially to Massimo Dutti Spain & wish to receive a positive feedback to resolve this issue.
