END. US no problems

I have ordered several items. You have to read the order size chart and they even say what size the model has on with Height and weight included, then convert to US or your region. I wear a size 11US=44EU=10UK. XL in most UK is 42-44 chest. I have not had any problems. Maybe it's best to try on sneakers, or clothiers in store before you purchase. I would say when I order I usually get within two days from when it ships via Fedex.

END. Nil issues

I ordered women's Birkenstocks online. I had misgivings due to all the terrible reviews on here. However I emailed customer service prior to ordering to check they had my size and got a response within 12 hours. I then ordered the shoes and they were dispatched to Australia within 1 day. Delivery was delayed as they got stuck in Singapore for a few days, but I got FedEx updates regularly and could see where they were, and this was not End's issue. Shoes arrived and were exactly as shown on the website, and as ordered. Very happy customer.

END. Great Purchasing Experience

I feel for the bad review writers but I had a really good first experience. I live in Alberta, Canada, I ordered some Nike shoes Jul. 9 in the morning. I received my order (as stated in shopping cart) Jul. 12 early afternoon. The shoes were exactly as advertised, proper size and in authentic Nike packaging. The price of shoes were comparable to Canada pricing. I paid $15.00 CAD shipping (standard) and another $17.00 CAD for import fees. I couldn't find the triple wolf gray Air Max 90s anywhere so the $30 extra was worth it! I'd use this site again.

END. Fast shipping and decent price

After reading so many bad reviews I was scared my order would go wrong one way or the other, but it's so much smoother than I anticipated. They are the only website has a variety of choices and my size for a brand I like based in UK. The shipping is super fast. I placed my order on May 19th and it was delivered May 24th, even faster than the excepted delivery. Considering it's shipped from UK and Im in Canada that's pretty impressive.
The only downside is the hideous custom duty. I was charged about 1/3 of the total price. I guess it is on Canada's side not really on End's. Considering many of them were on sale and there is no where else I can got them I'd prob still call it a win.

END. Not a single detail missed by ALD/Timberland!

Woke up to an outstanding email from End Clothing notifying me that I won again. The 3-eyed, handsewn lugs from Aime Leon Dore & Timberland arrived lightning quick as usual. There was not a dent or scratch to be found on the double-boxed packaging and once I opened it, there was an Easter egg I did not anticipate! Laying atop the double paneled, sliding box from Timberland were dustbags for storage once you unbox them! The leather & suede used is second to none, the quality can be seen from afar and these boots are not missing a single detail! From outsole to laces, they spared no expense quality wise to comprise this boot. If you can find your size, I'd strongly recommend in investing in a boot that will give you years of enjoyment while turning heads along the way!

END. Hard to find Adidas shoes

I didn't read any reviews before ordering and since they are all pretty bad I figured I'd leave one for my positive experience. I ordered a pair of Adidas Hamburg's which I had been looking for for years and any that I could find were around $400. I found this site and was shocked that they even had them let alone for $90! I knew they were being shipped from Europe (I'm in the US) so I expected them to take awhile but they came really quickly IMO, I ordered them 3/23 and they arrived 3/31. They were exactly the shoes I ordered and they fit perfectly. I was nervous about ordering European sizes but after looking at a pair of Adidas I already have, I just looked at the tag since they usually have the US and EU sizes (which mine did). Either way, I didn't need to deal with customer service because the shoes came quickly and fit so I can't speak to that, which seems to be everyone's main gripe, but I can say my order was exactly as expected and I loveeeeee my new shoes!

END. Terrible Experience with END. Online Store: Shoes Never Arrived, Customer Service Dismissive

I recently had a terrible experience with END. online store. I ordered a pair of shoes and paid for delivery, but the shoes never arrived. When I contacted their customer service team, they told me that the shoes had been delivered and closed the case. They even suggested that I report it to the police as theft!

I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. I had spent a lot of money and waited all day at home for the product to arrive, but it never did. When END. conducted their own investigation with DPD, they told me that the driver had delivered the shoes. But why would I bother contacting them if I had already received my product? It was clear that I had never received the shoes, and yet they took the driver's word over mine.

To make matters worse, the customer service representative I spoke to, BETH DOWSE, was incredibly rude and dismissive. She had a "what do you want from me" attitude and tried to get rid of me by telling me to go to the police straight away.

I want to warn all customers to stay FAR AWAY from END. online store. Their customer service is absolutely appalling, and they do not care about their customers. If you shop with them, you will lose your money and receive no help from their customer service team. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

END. Nightmare Experience with END: Multiple Orders, Different Issues, No Compensation

I've gotta say, I've had a pretty rough time with END. I've placed three orders with them, and each time I've had a completely different issue. It's been a real headache.

The first time, I ordered a product that was supposedly in stock, but I never received it. END cancelled the order, but the product was still listed as available on their website. It was really frustrating. They offered to send me a smaller size, but it didn't fit, so I returned it. It's been four days since the Royal Mail notified me that the product was returned, but I still haven't received a refund or confirmation that they received it.

The second time, I was told that there were two more products available in my size, so I placed another order while I was waiting for my refund to be issued. But when the trainers arrived, they were three sizes smaller than what I had purchased. And now they're saying that the product is out of stock. It feels like they're just sending me whatever they have in stock and hoping that I won't notice.

To make matters worse, it takes at least three days to receive a reply to emails, and at least an hour to be called back. It's been a real hassle trying to communicate with them.

They haven't compensated me in any way, and they're holding funds for two products while delaying the refund. I don't have any trainers in hand, and I've wasted three weeks trying to receive the correct order I purchased. It's been a real nightmare.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using their website at all. If you're looking to buy something, I'd suggest going straight to the original brand's website. It's just not worth the hassle.

END. Disappointing Experience with END. Clothing: Missing Tags, Wrong Color, and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from END. (endclothing.com) and bought three items from one brand - two bags and one jacket. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that there were some issues with the items.

Firstly, the tote bag came as expected, in a plastic bag with two tags and a quality control sheet. However, the second bag came without anything - no bag, tags, or quality control sheet. This was quite disappointing as I expected to receive the same level of quality for both bags.

Secondly, the jacket came without a quality control sheet and in the wrong color. Although the color was not a major issue for me as it was only a slight difference, it was still not acceptable to receive an item that was not as described.

I contacted END. to explain the situation and was disappointed with their response. They seemed to not have read my message properly as they asked me to take a photo of the sticker on the bag tags/plastic bag, which I did not have. They then suggested that the missing tags may have been due to the bag being used for their photo shoots. This was not a satisfactory response as I expected to receive my items in the same condition as advertised.

After all of this, they offered me the option to return my order and pay for the delivery myself. This was not ideal as it would have cost me more money and time to rectify their mistakes.

I would advise others to consider buying from a different store if possible. If something goes wrong with your order, you may end up having to pay for return delivery and potentially custom fees for any wrong items received. It is not worth the hassle and extra cost.

As a bonus, I also noticed that END. listed the p2p measurements as 23.5', while the size chart on the official site stated 28'. I contacted their "live chat" to ask about this and had to ask the same question three times to two different people before receiving an answer. Even then, their measurements did not match up with what I received, so it was clear that they were not accurate.

Overall, my experience with END. was disappointing and I would not recommend them to others.

END. END. disappoints with misleading size chart and poor customer service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with END. I ordered a pair of shoes based on their size chart, but when they arrived, they were a men's size instead of a women's size. I had taken into account the difference between US and UK sizes, but nowhere on their site does it say that the sizes on the chart are only for men. I looked all over the site before making my purchase, because I'm in the US and didn't want to deal with the hassle of exchanging or returning anything.

When I called customer service to explain the situation, I thought they would just send me a return label. But nope, they told me it was my fault and that I would have to pay for all the shipping charges back to the UK to return the shoes. I asked the guy on the phone to show me where on the site it says that they only sell men's shoes, but he couldn't find it because it doesn't exist! Then he tried to tell me that all women's shoes are labeled as such, but I pointed out that men's shoes should be labeled as men's too. I mean, just because a shoe is floral doesn't automatically make it a women's shoe, right? His argument was ridiculous.

Anyway, long story short, I ended up spending $40 in shipping charges for a pair of $75 shoes that I can't even wear. I would have kept them or given them away, but I don't know anyone who wears a women's size 10 1/2. So yeah, I wouldn't recommend END. to anyone.

END. Disappointing Experience with END. Clothing's Customer Service and Shipping Process

I recently made an order on November 14th from END. (endclothing.com) to be delivered to Portugal. However, my experience with their customer service and shipping process was less than satisfactory.

After waiting for almost three weeks, I noticed that my order had been sitting in FedEx's warehouse in Madrid for a couple of weeks. I contacted END.'s customer service to locate and deliver the parcel, but I received no feedback for five working days. Finally, I was promised an answer within three working days, but I still received no response.

After almost a month of waiting, I discovered that the parcel had been blocked by the Portuguese customs for more than two weeks, while FedEx's tracking was still showing Madrid. I decided to take action and asked a forwarder to clear the parcel. However, I had to pay VAT and handling fees to FedEx, which were more than what I had paid for the sneakers.

I contacted END.'s customer support again, asking for a refund of the expenses I had incurred due to the problem they had created and proved unable to solve. I attached all the invoices and patiently waited for another 17 days for a response. However, I only received a reply after I threatened to expose the problem on a reviews website. The answer stated that they were not liable to cover the costs if I chose to take action myself and use an external party to clear the parcel.

In my opinion, END. provided a service that was not in accordance with their shipping policy. They claim that no taxes or duties are charged on shipments to the EU, but I had to pay VAT and handling fees. Moreover, they showed zero capacity to solve the problems they created, and I ended up paying for it.

My advice to anyone living in the EU is to think twice before making an order from END. I am not sure if they have the means to provide the service they advertise.

END. Disappointing Experience with END.: Poor Packaging and Slow Support for Large Orders

I've been shopping at END. for a few years now, but I have to say, my recent experiences have been less than satisfactory. I've had issues with every order I've placed, from receiving the wrong shoe size to long delays in customs clearance. It's been frustrating, to say the least.

During a recent sale, I decided to place a larger order than usual, since we're all stuck at home due to the pandemic. I figured it would take a little longer to ship, but that was fine since it was still over a month before Christmas and I wanted to get some gifts for my loved ones.

However, things didn't go as planned. It took a couple of weeks for my order to ship due to a "stock" issue, which was a bit annoying. But what really got me was when the boxes finally arrived, two weeks after Christmas. One of the three boxes was badly damaged, with many of the items missing. The other boxes weren't in great shape either, with broken items inside.

It was clear that the packaging wasn't up to par. The boxes were poorly made, with larger inner flaps and uneven cuts. There wasn't enough cushioning or support for the weight of the items. I was disappointed, to say the least.

I hope END. takes my feedback seriously and reeducates their warehouse staff on FedEx's general packaging guidelines. It's important to elevate their standards and ensure that customers receive their orders in good condition.

If you're planning on placing a large order outside of the UK, be aware that there may be slow response times from support. It's something to keep in mind.

Overall, my experience with END. hasn't been great lately. I hope they can improve their processes and provide better customer service in the future.

END. Disappointing Experience with END Clothing: Moldy and Perfumed Items Received

I ordered some clothes from END. (endclothing.com) on Thanksgiving weekend, order number ***760. I was excited to receive my items, but unfortunately, I had to cancel one item a few minutes after ordering because I realized it wasn't 100% cotton. However, I was told that it was too late to amend the order. To make matters worse, the items didn't ship until OVER A WEEK LATER. The package arrived much later than the ship date, and it wasn't because of Fedex.

The items I ordered were Converse shoes, APC sweatshirt, APC sweatpants, APC petit standard 2% elastane pants, and APC petit standard raw denim. I gave all the items as Christmas gifts except for the sweatpants. The sweatpants were good, new, and odorless as expected. The shoes were new and fine, but strangely smaller than other same-sized Converse shoes.

However, both petit standard pants and the sweatshirt REEK of cologne! And surprisingly, one was MOLDY! They smell like someone swam in perfume/cologne before wearing them for a day, or someone intentionally sprayed them with cologne or something. My experience with END. was not a good one. I ordered a Commes Des Garc?n T-shirt for an event, but unfortunately, the package was delivered to someone who does not live in my house. I immediately contacted END. to get a refund, but they told me that I would have to wait for an investigation to be opened with FedEx. I was disappointed, but I understood that these things happen sometimes.

However, when I followed up with END. two weeks later, I was told that the investigation had not even begun because I did not respond to their email on June 18th. This was not true, as I had already answered all their questions and even sent a copy of the FedEx delivery signature slip. I was frustrated that they were not taking my issue seriously.

To make matters worse, FedEx contacted me after I initiated a claim with them for the missing package. It turns out that the package was sent with the option to leave it anywhere, and it was not left at my address. FedEx did not provide an address, and I had already checked with my closest neighbors. I live in Brooklyn, NY, where there are upwards of 50 houses on my block alone, so finding the package was impossible.

END. has now informed me that I have to file a police report for a package that I never received, with no address for the delivery site. They are refusing to refund my payment and clearly have no insurance for their merchandise or shipping. As a consumer, I am now responsible for investigating a package that I never received and losing $110 in the process.

Overall, my experience with END. was terrible, and I would not recommend ordering from them. Their customer service is lacking, and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company.

I was on the hunt for a Saint Laurent Denim jacket and after scouring the internet for hours, I finally decided to give End. Clothing a try. Their website boasted "Free Express Shipping" on orders over a certain amount, which was a great incentive for me to make a purchase. To add to the urgency, they even had a timer on their website that counted down the time left to place an order for guaranteed mid-week delivery. This was perfect for me as I needed the jacket before leaving town for a few days.

I placed my order on a Monday afternoon, confident that it would arrive by Wednesday or Thursday as promised by End's purchase timer and promotion. However, Tuesday and Wednesday passed without any shipping confirmation. I decided to email End's customer service team to inquire about the status of my order. Unfortunately, I received a response stating that there were delays in processing due to high volume. I explained my situation to them and asked if they could cancel my order if it couldn't be shipped by Wednesday. However, I didn't receive a response until Thursday morning, which was already too late to cancel the order.

I was frustrated with the misleading shipping promotion and the lack of response from their customer service team. I was worried about having a $900 package sitting on my front door during the holidays for several days. I asked if they could at least note the order for "Saturday" delivery as I was leaving town late Saturday afternoon, but I didn't receive a response. Instead, I received a "Your order has been shipped" email from End a few hours later. However, there was still no movement on the shipping until Saturday evening. It turned out that End had only created a label to appear as if they had shipped the package.

END. Disappointing Experience with END. Clothing: Late Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I used to be a regular customer of END. (endclothing.com), but I don't think I'll be shopping there again anytime soon. It's really important to me that a company takes responsibility when things go wrong with an order, and unfortunately, that's not what happened with my recent purchase.

I placed my order on December 21st, and the website clearly stated that shipping would take 2-3 days. I was buying two items as gifts for my brother and dad, who were visiting me from another country. I was really excited to give them their presents when they arrived, but unfortunately, things didn't go as planned.

I didn't receive my items until December 31st - a full 11 days after I placed my order. I was really disappointed that it took so long, especially since I had paid for priority shipping. By the time the items arrived, my brother had already left to go back home, so I wasn't able to give him his gift in person.

I decided to email END. and ask if they could cover the cost of my return shipping, since I felt like they had let me down by not delivering my items on time. I was really hoping that they would take responsibility for their mistake and make things right, but unfortunately, that didn't happen either.

In the end, I had to pay extra money to ship the items back to END. myself. I was really disappointed with the whole experience, and I wouldn't recommend END. to anyone else. There are plenty of other boutiques out there that sell the same stuff with much better service, so I would encourage you to shop elsewhere.

END. Disappointing Customer Service Experience with END: Parcel Delivered to Wrong Address, No Refund or Redelivery Offered

I recently made a purchase of ?722 at END, and I must say that I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. My parcel was delivered to someone else, and I have no idea where it is. END claims that my parcel was delivered, but none of my neighbors have it. I have been trying to get a refund or a redelivery, but END said that they would investigate with DPD, which takes up to 7 days. After waiting for 7 hours, I received an email from END, saying that they had investigated and that the GPS says it was delivered, so that's the only evidence they need. I was left with an email saying that if I have a problem, I should contact the local authorities and that there is nothing they can do. I feel like it's my fault for not being home at the time of delivery, and I am now ?722 down. I will be disputing this with my bank, and I will never use END again. Please do not make the same mistake I did.

END. END. Shoes: Pinched Toes and Disappointing Returns Policy

So, I was on the hunt for some comfy slide-on shoes without a back, you know, for those days when you just want to slip something on and go. I stumbled upon END. and thought I hit the jackpot. But boy, was I wrong. I received my order and was excited to try them on, but as soon as I did, my toes were pinched to the point where I couldn't even wear them. What a disappointment! And to make matters worse, since I'm an international customer, they won't pay for me to return them. I checked the cost and it's just as much as what I paid for the shoes! What a rip-off!

I was already struggling to find the type of shoes I wanted, and now I regret taking a chance on this UK store. I even checked the sizes before ordering and the length was right, but the shoes were way too narrow. I'm so angry about this. And to add insult to injury, they only give a measly fifteen-day window for returns. Who does that? I don't always have the time to open packages right away, so this policy is just ridiculous.

Thankfully, I fell within the return window, but just barely. I'm still upset about the whole situation, but it's not worth the hassle and cost to send them back. I'm just so disappointed in END. and won't be shopping there again.

This online store is not good at all. It's the worst one I've ever seen. I was looking for a pair of Dr. Martens 1460 vintage boots and I checked the size chart on the website. It said that 6.5UK is 25 centimeters. But when I talked to the chat operator, Briege, she told me that 6.5 UK is 24.6 centimeters. I was confused, but I trusted her and ordered the boots. When they arrived, they were too big! The insole measurement was 25.5 cm! I was very disappointed and I wrote a complaint to the chat on Saturday, February 20. Briege promised me that the sizing team would check the size on Monday, February 22. But they didn't give me an answer for a whole week! I had to write to them several times to get a response. Finally, they told me that they didn't see any error. I was very frustrated because I had evidence that they were wrong. I sent them a photo of the insole measurement and a screenshot of the chat message where Briege gave me the wrong information. But they didn't care about my evidence! I had to return the boots and it cost me 2340 rubles! I demand that they compensate me for the cost of the return. My order number is #***4025.

END. Disappointing Experience with END: Wrong Item Delivered and No Accountability

So, I recently got myself a fancy jumper from END. When it arrived, I was pretty excited to open the box and check it out. But, to my surprise, the jumper inside was just a plain black one. I was pretty bummed out and contacted their customer service right away. After a few days, they got back to me and said that they did an investigation and found out that the correct item was packaged and sent to me. They even checked the CCTV footage to make sure. I was pretty shocked and disappointed that they couldn't do anything about it. They just left me hanging, out of pocket for over ?300. They didn't even take any responsibility for their mistake. The only thing they suggested was to make a police report! I mean, seriously? That's just ridiculous. I feel like they have some fraudulent team members working for them and they are not willing to do anything about it. I am really disappointed with their level of service and their lack of concern for my consumer rights. Every team member I spoke to about the issue sounded uninterested and didn't seem to care. I would never order from END again and I suggest you save yourself some money and avoid them too. You can't trust them to deliver what you paid for.

I recently made a purchase from END., a luxury boutique that I had heard great things about. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service left a lot to be desired.

Firstly, my order took three whole days to fulfil, which I found to be quite a long time for luxury goods. Then, when attempting to deliver my order, it took a whopping two weeks for it to arrive. This was particularly frustrating as I had ordered shoes for my upcoming holiday, which ended up not arriving on time or at all!

When I reached out to customer service via email, it took them three days to respond. The response I received was not very helpful, as the customer service advisor did not express any regret for the inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery. Instead, they simply provided me with further details about picking up my parcel from a secure location, which had not been mentioned before.

Unfortunately, I was away at the time and had to ask a colleague to pick up the parcel for me. However, the details provided by customer service were incorrect, which caused further frustration. When I reached out to customer service again, it took them two days to respond and once again, there was no apology or regret expressed for the inconvenience caused.

At this point, I decided to cancel my order as the shoes had still not arrived and customer service had not been very helpful. When I complained about the attitude of the customer service person, I was once again met with no apology or regret.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with END. and will not be shopping there again. It seems that their customer service team could benefit from some additional training, as I have seen similar complaints in other reviews.

END. Terrible Customer Service Experience with END. - No Refund or Replacement Received

I recently made a purchase from END. for my daughter's Christmas gift - a pair of trainers. However, when the package arrived, I was disappointed to find out that the size 7 trainers were way too big for her. I immediately tried to print the returns label from their website, but unfortunately, the link was not working. I spent an entire day trying to reach their customer service team through the phone, but to no avail. Every time I called, I was told that the wait time was only 10 minutes, but after waiting for 20 minutes, I was informed that there was no one available to take my call. I was asked to leave a message, but no one ever called me back.

I didn't give up and continued to call them, but I kept getting the same message and was eventually cut off. After several attempts, I finally managed to speak to someone who informed me that their system connection to the label generator was faulty and was being fixed. They advised me to try again in a few days, which I did, and finally managed to get a returns label. I returned the items on 3 January, but since then, I have not received any refund or replacement. I have been trying to contact END. through various means, but have been unsuccessful. The email link they provided did not work, and I am now trying to reach them through Facebook messenger.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by END. They took my money and ignored me when I needed their help. It's frustrating to be out of pocket and not have received the shoes or a refund. I strongly advise against using this company, especially if you run into any problems. It seems impossible to sort out any issues with their customer service team.

END. Disappointing Customer Service Experience with END: Shipping Mishap and Unhelpful Representatives

So, I had a bit of a problem with my recent purchase from END. I accidentally put in my old address in LA instead of my current one, and even though I emailed and called them right away, they couldn't change it for "security reasons." I even gave them my old and new driver's license, but they still wouldn't budge. It took them three whole business days just to ship it out, and even then, it was still enroute to my old address in CA.

I talked to a couple of representatives, but they were no help at all. They just kept referring me back to the vendor, even though FedEx insisted that they disabled the option to change the address. Luckily, I have a FedEx plus account, so I was able to put the item on hold at a nearby store. But when I called them again today, they were so rude and unhelpful. They basically told me that I should have called FedEx earlier and that I've done nothing but make this error more of a headache.

Honestly, I was so disappointed with their customer service. Ssense.com had a similar shipping issue with me before, but they went above and beyond to help me out. END, on the other hand, didn't seem to care at all. They didn't even sound worried that my shoes could end up at my old apartment complex. It was such a frustrating experience, and I don't think I'll be shopping with them again anytime soon.

When I first entered the raffle for the 350 Zyon on END., I didn't think I had a chance of winning. But to my surprise, I ended up winning the raffle. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I realized the unexpected cost of the shoe. As someone from the United States, I was hit with a hefty import tax that added an extra $62 to the already expensive $230 price tag.

I tried to reach out to customer service for an explanation, but every time I emailed them, I was met with unhelpful responses. All I wanted was a breakdown of the pricing, but they seemed disinterested in providing any assistance. It was frustrating to say the least, especially since I had already spent a significant amount of money on the shoe.

While I understand that shipping and import taxes are a part of the process, it would have been nice to know about these additional costs before entering the raffle. END. Terrible Customer Service and Delays: My Experience with END. Clothing

I recently placed an order on END. (endclothing.com) on the 11th of August, with the expectation of receiving my items within 2-3 days through DPD shipping. However, it has now been 13 days and my order is still stuck in "processing". I have made several calls to their customer service, but unfortunately, I have not received any helpful updates. I was promised an email update, but I never received it. Instead, I received a generic email that was exactly the same as the one I received a week earlier. I asked to escalate my complaint, but was told to send an email and mark it "FAO management". I did so, but only received an automated response saying that I would receive a reply within 24 hours. However, this deadline has come and gone, and I still have not received a reply.

I understand that END. has been undergoing some internal maintenance, but this was not made clear when I placed my order. This has been a dreadful experience, and it is a perfect example of how not to do business. As of today, the 25th of August, I received the same exact generic email that I have been sent twice before in response to my complaint.

To make matters worse, I was told that they have no guaranteed date they could give me to tell me when they would ship my parcel. I asked for a refund, but was told that they couldn't because the system had locked the order. This is unacceptable, and I have had to raise a case in PayPal to get my money back.

In conclusion, I would advise all potential buyers to be cautious when dealing with END. (endclothing.com). My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
