The special price was sent to a email g.[protected]@hotmail.com which I do not use for dating. I have send numerous emails through resolver and eventually they replied saying I had to contact GB. The sent me an email but it does not connect.
Are you able to fix this or refund my money as there is nowhere to contact you in Australia. I am totally fed up

I have tried twice to add pics of household items like a nice piece of antique stepbsck cupboard, my collection of an American Indian painting, and Alaska Native artwork, Like a totem pole. This has happened in the past week, including today- 11-9-2020. The included photos are the ones they won't accept.
Double Identity
Jane Allen from Madison, Wisconsin and Jane Clare from Madison, Wisconsin are the same person. Why can this be allowed? The first colored photo shows Jane Allen from Madison, Wisconsin when her age was in her 60's. The second black and white photo shows Jane Clare graduation photo from UW Madison went her age was in her early 20's. I have been told my other Match subscribers that Jane Allen will block her profile and use Jane Clare to view a person's profile, however the Jane Clare profile is also blocked from anyone's viewing.

Overpriced online dating website that offers no value
This overpriced online dating website is riddled with fake accounts, and I have yet to encounter a legitimate and authentic user.
I requested a refund, but will unfortunately be stuck paying two more months for a service that offers no value or benefit to me.
Perhaps lightening may strike now and then, but it certainly isn't worth gambling your hard earned money on.
Save your money, time and self-respect and avoid Match.com like the plague.

I am Louise Vallese, formerly Louise Crespo, the gentleman that has been posting all of the comments online about me is an ex-boyfriend. For the past three years this man has been putting me through hell, I won't go into details because quite frankly there is too much to put on here. I will, however, defend myself and say that none of these accusations are true. He's created fake profiles pretending to be several different men and claims he's had interactions with me (none of which occurred) and then brings those accusations to light by posting them under my name on google. He is a mentally ill individual and since he can't get to me physically he takes to the internet to degrade and torment me emotionally. I have attached four pages of documents (all of which are a matter of public record) to prove that I am telling the truth when I say how sick he is. The first two pages is a protection order I was granted in April 2019 that states he is not allowed to come near me or my three children. This protection order, Case #19DV144 is for FIVE years. The second two pages, Case #19MA69, is a denied appeal from his lawyer when he was found GUILTY of Menacing by Stalking and Harassing me in May 2019, original Case #2017CRB1883. In that case he was sentenced to 3 days in jail, one month house arrest with ankle monitor, one year probation and ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. Since there is no law protecting me from this man going online and writing whatever he wants about me, "Freedom of Speech" were the exact words of the police officer, I've had to stoop to this level and defend myself against these humiliating comments by making this post. For the past three years I've never written or posted any type of comment about this individual because I've moved on with my life. Brent, I feel sorry for you, I don't understand how your mind works and I never will because to truly understand you I'd also have to be mentally ill, and that I am not. I am a good person, a good daughter and a fantastic mother. Unless you want to meet me in court yet again in a civil case for Slander, Defamation of Character and Cyberstalking & Harassment I suggest you move on with your life and quit making false claims about me. I have moved on with my life and I forgive you for all the hateful things you've done to me, to hold a grudge and let you take up any space in my mind would mean that I still care and that couldn't be further from the truth. I pray that your obsession with me will end. I also pray you never do to another woman what you've done to me because no one deserves these kinds of embarrassing comments to be made about them and posted publicly. I know who I am as a woman and a mother and you'll never take that away from me. I wish you peace and contentment and that you no longer have to live in a world where the thought of me consumes your every action.

Based on the other complaints, this same issue has persisted for years. I received an email offering a 7 day free trial to reactivate. On the first day I received hundreds of likes/messages but have not responded to any. The next day I receive a message that there is a problem with my account (match has blocked me?!) and to contact [protected]@support.match.com. When I tried resetting my password (even tho I was using the correct password) it said my account does not exist. I'm only concerned that my profile is still visible and of course it's been a day and haven't heard back. Extremely poor marketing and Operations. Never giving match another minute of my time.

I was a paying member at match.com for over ten years, then I was suddenly blocked, without explanation and without refund. i have found other males online with similar experiences but no females so i now wonder if there is gender discrimination taking place. Over ten 10 years on the site is inordinate. That is very bad luck. I would have tried something different 9 years ago. The block may have been a blessing in disguise.

I created and paid for an account last night Saturday 12th October .
I tried to log in to my account on Sunday 13th October at 9am using my mobile and tablet which failed to log in on both devices.
I am now unable to access the website via my mobile or my laptop. I have checked my internet settings I have full internet access on both devices,

I signed up for one month, then followed the procedure to cancel. However, the website keeps telling me that it is being updated. This has happened every single time that I have tried to cancel and I have now been charged a further fee for a service that I do not want .

I question this forum. I know one of the gentlemen who is mentioned in a complaint and the complaint is maliciously driven. There is no truth and the accuser used and slandered him by name. I don't find this forum just at all. I am not saying that some don't have legitimate complaints, but what about the person who is being slandered.
