I got a phone from Maxi Aids, but it was busted. They ain't doin' nothin' 'bout it.
I gotta tell ya, Maxi Aids ain't no good
I gotta tell ya, Maxi Aids ain't no good. I ordered something online and paid up front, but they never even sent it to me. They didn't even bother to let me know what was going on. Now I'm in a big ol' fight just to get my cash back. Don't even mess with these guys, they're just tryna take your money and run.
Bad customer service
Bad customer service. Me and another agency helped a patient get a Ustep Walker from this company. They said it would be shipped in 10-14 days, but after a month, the patient still didn't get it. I asked why and they said they needed the patient's height and weight. I gave them that, but still nothing. I asked again and found out it was on back order. They didn't tell us that before and kept giving false shipping dates. When I asked if they could expedite it, they said we had to pay more. It took almost two months to ship and the patient still hasn't gotten it. This is a young man with a debilitating condition and the walker was meant to help him. If we knew it was on back order, we would have gone with another company. I won't recommend this company to anyone. We have emails showing the inconsistencies in shipping times.

I got a "Talkin Thermometer" from Maxi Aids, Inc. to replace the one I got before from them through ***. I sent it to my blind mother-in-law in Florida to check her temp during the Coronavirus Pandemic. After a week of ordering, *** cancelled my order. This ain't right and should not be happening.

I sent back a Christmas gift to Maxi Aids, Inc. through the post office on 1//21. I've called them five times already because they haven't credited my account yet. It's been almost four weeks and still no credit. They said they have to keep the package for 10 days because of COVID. Then they said they're having staffing problems. Today, I called again and they said they just got the return on 2//21 and it needs to sit for 10 days. But they've had it since 1//20, not 2//21. They're lying to me. I want my credit now. When they sent me the item on December *,, I got it in four days and they charged me right away. No COVID restrictions for sending out items!

I bought a "*** Fire Alarm with Bed Shaker" on Feb 7, 2022. When I was cooking, the smoke alarm went off, but the device didn't work. It's supposed to react to the sound of the smoke detector's beeping, but it didn't. Since I can't hear, my son contacted the company to return the item for a refund. They said we had to include everything, even the instruction manual and shipping box. I threw away the shipping box after opening it, so they wouldn't accept the item without it. This item cost me $249.00, and I'm 76 years old and on a fixed income. I don't understand why the shipping box is so important to them that they won't accept their product without it. I want a refund, and I'm willing to accept a lower amount to cover the cost of their shipping box.
