Mazda of New Rochelle I was lookin' for a used car and stumbled upon a used Kia *** on Mazda of New Rochelle's website

I was lookin' for a used car and stumbled upon a used Kia *** on Mazda of New Rochelle's website. I went to the dealership on Dec 16th and chatted with one of their salespeople. He let me test drive it and all. I didn't feel like buyin' it that day, so I left a *** deposit. They assured me it's 100% refundable if I decided not to buy the car. I was supposed to go back two days later, but in the meantime, I found a better deal elsewhere. So, I asked 'em for a refund. They told me to come in and they'd put it right back on my Discover card. That was on December 20th. But guess what? I still ain't seen the credit on my card. I reached out to the dealership, and they told me they can't look into it until Friday. This ain't cool, man. I just want my money back.

Mazda of New Rochelle I buyed a Mazda 2016 CX5 in January

I buyed a Mazda 2016 CX5 in January . At first, I agreed to buy the extended warranty but called the next day to cancel. They said nobody was there to help me. I emailed the salesman Zakou and he said he would talk to the finance office. They emailed me saying it was canceled. Weeks went by and I called to see if the Bank got the check from the dealership, but they didn't. I went to the dealership to find out why and had to wait for over 45 minutes. Then, the lady who was supposed to cancel my warrant and send the bank a refund check yelled at me. I called Zurich to make sure it was canceled. Until now, nine months later, I still didn't get a check from Madza to TD Autofinance.

Mazda of New Rochelle I was lookin' for a new car and asked for a quote online from this dealership

I was lookin' for a new car and asked for a quote online from this dealership. Then I went to the dealership to meet with a salesperson, ***. The car market was crazy, so I put down a deposit, and they said I could get it back if I didn't take the car. Well, I didn't buy the car, so I reached out to *** a few days later, and they said they'd process the refund. But it's been weeks now, and I emailed them again, but the email bounced back. I even emailed the boss, but no response. It's already May, and I've followed up a bunch of times, but I'm still waitin' for my money back. This is so frustrating. I've bought lots of cars before, and I've never had this much trouble with a dealership.

Mazda of New Rochelle I bought a used certified car from Mazda of New Rochelle and had to bring it back to them multiple times because of a foul odor and black smoke

I bought a used certified car from Mazda of New Rochelle and had to bring it back to them multiple times because of a foul odor and black smoke. My wife even got carbon dioxide poisoning from the car. It turns out that their explanations for the issues were completely wrong. They were hiding the real problem with the car. I took it to another certified mechanic who discovered that the problem was much bigger than what Mazda of New Rochelle claimed. They assured me that the car was well-serviced and maintained before I purchased it. I even test drove it and it seemed fine. However, the car had many problems, including a small dent and a few scratches. Now, I can't use this supposedly brand new car that I paid for in cash.

Mazda of New Rochelle I bought a warranty for my car, a 2015 Mazda CX5 Touring with a 10-year/100,000-mile coverage

I bought a warranty for my car, a 2015 Mazda CX5 Touring with a 10-year/100,000-mile coverage. They told me I would get around $500 back. I waited for 6 weeks, even though they initially said it would only take 3-4 weeks. The finance manager, ***, kept making excuses for why the check wasn't sent to me. I had to threaten to report the issue before he said he would send the check. Finally, when I received the check, it was only for $190. I think they shortchanged me because *** lied for 6 weeks. I contacted the warranty company, and they said they received the information on 8.3.22 and processed it right away. Meanwhile, *** kept making excuses for why the check wasn't sent to me. I need help figuring out how much money I'm actually owed. Thank you!

Mazda of New Rochelle During Covid, my sons vehicle lease was up so we decided to extend the lease for 6 more months

During Covid, my sons vehicle lease was up so we decided to extend the lease for 6 more months. The warranty was up when the lease was up, but when we extended the lease, there was no mention of the warranty. I went to Mazda in New Rochelle, which is where my last two leases were from, and they refused to fix a situation with the screen on the infotainment system because we had no warranty. The issue is that the inside of the screen has spider cracks that are not felt to the touch but instead are on the inside of the car. Reading about it seems to happen a lot with Mazdas due to temperature changes. This is frustrating because there is an extended warranty for this same issue for the 2016-17 year models, my sons is a 2018 model. All over the internet, you will find stories on this same topic. The issue is related to a malfunction in the car not due to anything the owner or driver is doing or did. We did end up purchasing the vehicle because it is a good car, but the problem with the screen is just getting worse and now we regret buying the vehicle. We depend on the screen to be clear and functioning in a time when hands-free is so important. Here are some links on the issue

Mazda of New Rochelle I bought a new black 2021 Mazda

I bought a new black 2021 Mazda. The car had scratches, and they said they would fix it and make it look new. When I picked up my car after they tried to fix it five times, the front passenger door was still a different color. They said they would contact Mazda to switch the car or end the lease without penalties, but it's been two weeks and no one has contacted me. I bought the car in April, and it's been six months, but it still doesn't look brand new. I even contacted Mazda corporate, but they couldn't do much because the dealership is privately owned. The dealership doesn't want to take responsibility for their mistake. They promised to pay four months of my payments, but they haven't done that either. I just wanted them to fix their mistake, but each time they made it worse. It's obvious when they only paint one door and not the whole car. This is not acceptable. I bought a new car, not a used one for them to work on. My car should have looked brand new when they returned it to me. They say the colors are the same and they didn't paint the car. I feel like they're taking advantage of me and calling me color blind. I have all the paperwork, emails, texts, and calls from April to October, as well as photos to compare the colors. I'm not the first person they've done this to.
