I have never seen anything as upsetting to me as did on Sunday Dec 23rd at 9:40 pm at the McDonalds in Greenfield In.
My sister and I were ordering thru the drive thru.
We were waiting on our food and could see the employees inside the restaurant.
On employee had just fixed an item with whipped cream on it and then licked the top of the whip cream lid.
I was appalled.
When they opened the window to serve our food I suggested to the employee that they might want to throw that can of whip topping away.
Her asked why, I said because the other employee licked it.
The employee that had done it stepped around the corner and said I used my finger!
WRONG we saw what happened.
I was in food service for 25 yrs. I would have fired the person on the spot.
Had I not been so hungry I would have demanded my money back and gone elsewhere.
I had a fish sandwich and large ice tea, My sister had a sausage cheese biscuit and large dr pepper.
I did not get the employees name but could easily describe the person I am speaking of.
I definitely will not eat at this store again.

Very rude customer service. Told me I need to check my order before I pull to the window and I asked her name after several confusions with my order and she slammed the window and shrugged her shoulders. Cashier had a bad attitude and was very unethical. She needs more training on customer service and when she gets upset she should walk away politely and have another co-worker step in.

After a wonderful night out with my family at a Christmas cantata, my children along with my mother in law suggested dining in at Mcdonalds. We went to the McDonalds at 5600 Riverdale in Memphis Tn. The time was 10:47 which allowed us plenty of time to dine-in especially since dine in closes at 12:00 .a.m.
I suggested that we go to the drive thru however, mother-in-law was not in the mood and we all went home without eating. That was very disappointing and I would like coupons for my family of five to have a nice dine-in dinner at McDonald. (Make Up Meal)

2. My quarter pounder was almost raw!
3. Manager (short heavy set lady with long white hair). Yells at staff members in front of customers. She takes a smoke break outside main entrance door and upon returning licks her fingers and goes back to work. No gloves here either.

The management at the Lightfoot restaurant in Williamsburg, VA is horrible. They are not very friendly and act as if the customers are more of a bother. The employees running the drive thru need to have more training. Every time that I am there it either takes at least 15 minutes or they start to give me the incorrect order. I will be really glad when another restaurant opens up across the street from them in about a month.

I reported a case of food poisoning to McDonald's when my wife and I returned from a trip from our home in Quitman, AR to Ocean Springs, MS. I was directed to a web site where I was assigned a reference number: [protected]-PA-01. A rep named Nathanial called me a day or so later. He was a little brusque not quite rude. He insisted I have a "stool sample" if I wanted to file a claim. I told him it was probably a little late for a fecal matter test and that I wasn't suing - I just wanted to report the incident. He was cold and aloof and officious which irritated me. He made a federal case out of it so I went to my doctor, gave their lab the stool sample. They said it was silly to do it 5 or 6 days after the incident which is exactly what I had told Nathanial.
After I gave the sample I told Nathanial since I had to take the test then I wanted $250 plus the cost of the test as a reasonable compensation for the illness and the lost weekend.
Obviously the sample came back clean and Nathanial immediately denied my claim and any food borne problem. He said I should have taken the test as soon as it happened! Since we ere hundreds of miles away from home on the road all I could do was make it to our daughter's home. Once there, I was too weak to leave the bed.
When I had became ill it was several hours after eating the sausage, egg cheese biscuit. I had eaten nothing since the previous evening meal at home which both my wife and I had eaten. There was no other explanation for my illness other than the sausage biscuit. Neither my wife nor I had ever had food poisoning before. We had no idea of the protocol required to report it. Who knew. Needless to say, we're not happy with the experience or the post illness treatment by McDonald's representatives.

It seems like all the McDonalds restaurants in the Joliet/Plainfield, IL area serve undercooked quarter pounders. Have complained numerous times by filling out the receipts but nobody seems to care. Eventually someone is going to become very ill by eating what is basically raw beef. i tried a different location today at lunch and same thing... inside of the burger is raw...yuck. Considering they raised their prices, the least they could do is cook the food completely.
Also, fries are dark brown, hard and cold.

That's every McDonalds these days. Years ago they changed the special sauce recipe and since then they have went down the tubes. I do not know what kind of oil they use but it has a bitter taste to it. I have not really enjoyed McDonalds for a very long time now. bad customer service, incorrect orders, rude staff and bad cold food falling apart.
There have been many occasions where McDonald's Sydenham make you think that they either don't care about their jobs or don't care about the service you get. You constantly don't get the correct order even though you are sometimes made to wait 15min in waiting bay. Food is pretty much always cold the burgers are falling apart and you never get the extra sauce or they leave the onions in when you say no onions. Today we received the wrong ice creams, the Mc Spider had no ice cream in it first, the second time the lid wasn't put on properly and as worker was giving it to me through car window it fell all over the inside of my car, third time syrup was still all over the outside of the cup and had to tell worker to please wipe it or give me some tissues which she replied with a sigh and walked off, fourth time came back with the exact same problem just not as bad as the third time but still had syrup, by then I was over it told the worker it's the same and asked about the tissues which she ignored and walked back into the store without a reply. This is the first time I have made a complaint like this before but honestly that store is the worst store I have ever been to in my life. Workers need to be trained properly or sacked and then given to people who actually care, please do something about this store so that they can actually realise how bad their service is with both food and customer service.

fries 🍟 all small orders despite the size you order
I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal LARGE at the McDonald's on Baltimore Blvd in Westminster MD. However the LARGE fries I received was only half full, if that. If you are going to raise your prices then at least give people what they ordersd. I ordered a LARGE fry not a small and I certainly PAID for the large. I don't care what time it is or how busy you are (which they really weren't that busy) it doesn't take long to make more and give people what they ordered.

I am a regular at the Elk Mill Retail park Mcdonalds when I ordered a chocolate muffin at the window. The man on the till read back the order to me of my cappuccino and muffin. I then went to pick up the order when they said I only paid for a cappuccino so I said ok thats fine can I just pay for it here then. They said no you have to queue back up In the drivethru . When this is their mistake why should I have to queue up again in a 20 minute wait for something that is there fault? I said this and the manager said no were not doing it. I said well I'm staying here until I get it I have a contactless card or change for you to put it through so why is there an issue. she said well were not doing it and shut the drive through windows in my face. This is absolutely ridiculous of her to shut the windows in a paying customers face who comes atleast once a week to this mcdonalds. They never put my order through and no apologies were given for the inconvenience of the situation and no blame was taken from their mistake. I will not be going to my local mcdonalds ever again after how rude the manager was. The manager was asian, small and rude. I believe her name might be Sadia but I have heard people have already had issues with her so maybe customer service isn't the right job for her. I don't know what you can do to fix this but it has really put me off from visiting mcdonalds again especially when I spend a fortune every week.

I waited twenty minutes in the drive through line for a frappe four cheeseburgers and a 20 piece mcnugget and after waitinf 20-25 minutes in line just to get my food and when i got up to the window kindly asked if we could get a discount for such the long wait and the manager told me "No because then I would have to give everyone else one." Then shut the window on us. After opening our food an examing it we found that the burgers were rubbery and hard from sitting under the heat lamp for so long and when i called the same manager hung up on me after i asked wht i waited for 20 minutes for rubbery food. I then called her back on a different number because they wouldnt answer my phone call on my number and when they finally answered on a different number from a totally separate phone i asked for her name an she sat an proceeded to argue with me for five minutes about giving me her name so i could call or contact your establishment to complain about her. I still havent acquired her name or any sort of id for her but shes a bigger girl thats shorter with short black hair and tattoos and braces and works the night shift as for i went through the drive through in st cloud mn off of division around midnight.
