It's a long one. Bottom line - Service department lies, scams, is rude and gives your personal information to other employees at different locations to call you and call you a [censored] when you pick up the phone.
I made an appt for the Regional 60k mile Maintenace Package. Go look it up to see what it entails.
Needless to say, I don't know if my oil got changed or my tires got rotated. And I received none of the other services included in the price I paid.
I waited for 5 hours for my car. I waited to be helped 45 minutes after my appointment time. I should have just left after 20 minutes but I needed many of the things they advertised under the package.
My car now smells like burning oil since they worked on it. I've had routine oil changes for the last two years and have never had this smell.
I call them to inquire and was told I DECLINED all of their maintenance recommendations even though 5 of the things they recommended are supposed to be INCLUDED under the package and they want to charge me for them. They never sent me the text messages they claim to have sent me asking if I wanted maintenance on my car and I never received an email about what was needed until AFTER I left.
Do not go here. There are a host of other things that happened, but I'll spare you the details. This place sucks and lies. HORRIBLE.
Desired outcome: I want $500 from them since they claim that the stuff under the maintenance package i paid for will be $495. And I paid or an oil change which they caused my car to smell like burning oil and didn't do any service.
