I purchased and in the days following had an issue with the tracking number. It was coming back to a. package that was purchased before mine. I contacted Meet Curve and they provided me with a 2nd number. That number was empty. It never tracked anything. Contacted them again and I was given a 3rd tracking number. Again, it was tracking a package purchased before me. Before I could email them again, I was contacted that my package had been lost. They assured they reordered and expedited shipping. That particular tracking number does come up with "label created", but that was 9 days ago. I reached out to the carrier who stated they've not received the item, just a shipping label. I've asked for a refund based on my item not being shipped. Each time it's 4am emails with broken English stating "customer, we appreciate if you wait more days". I tried to dispute charges with my bank, but I used Apple Cash. Since it's not tied to an actual card, I can't get a refund. I'm severely disappointed there's no way to contact except through email and I get nowhere in the process.
You’ve shown a lot of patience dealing with Meetcurve’s endless tracking number shuffle. It's frustrating to see no real progress, just more delays and excuses. The lack of proper customer service and the inability to get a refund is unacceptable. Meetcurve needs to step up and sort this out, or they'll keep losing customers who deserve better.
