This company advertise their jewellery as 14k gold that will not deteriorate or tarnish with time. I bought a pair of pearl earrings from them that come with this confirmation that the product will last through time without tarnishing. Unfortunately, the entire gold parts of the jewellery have turned black which leads me to confirm that the product is not as advertise. If it were actually 14k gold, it would still be intact.

I have made 2 purchases from Mejuri's online store. One item in June , another in November . Today (01/26) I received advertising snail mail at my private residence from Mejuri. This is extremely concerning considering the fact that I have never signed up for an account on the Mejuri website nor have I ever subscribed to any marketing or advertising mail/e-mail lists. I have provided my mailing/billing address to Mejuri twice, EXCLUSIVELY during the checkout process and am extremely distraught that there was no disclosure or ANY MENTION OF THIS gross misuse of the customers' private information anywhere on their website, Privacy Policy, or Terms and Conditions.
