I would give them less than 1 star if I could. They came in to do the duct cleaning, and after a week, we got a new dryer installed and they said the vent was HORRIBLY FULL. I've contacted them over and over again with no response other than "I'll speak to my manager". We are trying to get a refund from them, but I'm unable to contact anyone who will help me. We need to hire another company. I regret ever doing business with them.

I had some issues with the MEPS Air Quality service. The suction hose damaged my baseboards, and I told them about it after the work was done. One of the workers called me back and asked if we had our ducts cleaned today. They also asked how much we paid and if we were happy with the service. I said that our ducts got cleaned, but I suggested that they use some bumper pads to protect the wall corners. The guy said "ok" and hung up on us. They also left mud on the stairs to the basement and in the garage from their dirty boots, and they didn't clean it up. I mean, you should leave a work place as clean as you found it, especially someone's home. I won't use their service again.

I don't usually do reviews, but I gotta say, I'm a bit worried about the duct cleaning done in my house. The guys who did it seemed okay, but when I asked about the suction method, they gave me some answer that sounded like it came straight from the company. The suction machine they used was small and didn't seem to do much. When I called the office, the owner tried to tell me that it was just as good as the big trucks because it was close to the furnace. But why would they have those expensive trucks if the little machine was enough? They said my ducts weren't that dirty, but I don't think they're much cleaner now. I told the owner they should use a camera so I could see the before and after. Not too happy about this.

Not happy. I picked MEPS 'cause they were recommended by the *** community in ***. Two workers came with a portable machine and a hose to blow out the dust in our ducts. I was expecting a truck-mounted unit. I asked about the equipment and was told that the machine carried into our basement would collect all the dust. I don't think it collected any of the dust 'cause we were left with a cloud of dust in the air and a coating of dust on all furniture, curtains, bedding, and walls. I spent 20+ hours cleaning and washing everything. My first attempt to contact the company, I left a message, no call back. I called again and got *** the owner, explained my concern regarding the endless mess we were left with. He said he would talk to the workers and call me back later that day or the next. No call back. Again I had to reach out to him. I did as requested, text pictures as proof of mess, and said I would like a call by 1:00 the next day. Again nothing. I asked for a refund and was offered a second clean, this time he would send a truck unit. As I told *** in our first conversation, I no longer had faith in his company and would not have them back in my house. A common comment on negative reviews is he is unable to find your booking.

Don not use this company..they take short cuts in every way. they came with a hand held vacuum to clean my ducts..never heard of. they didn't know what they are doing...what a rip off.

This company is using a call centre that spoofs caller IDs to generate new business. Over the past 3 days, there have been 4 calls to my phone from different numbers. Not a sign of a reputable business.

10/10 Employees forgot to replace furnace filter and plug the holes in the ductwork used to access for the cleaning process. Contacted to advise of the issues and was advised the manager would respond.

They may not have been MEPS. They are scum bags looking to rip off money. They go on *** with an incredible deal. Look at MEPS real number, which is area code

Just had my furnace vents cleaned along with the dryer vent. Excellent service by ***. Called to let me know they were on their way. Wore masks, were fast and efficient, kept everything clean and very respectful. These two were great...if you can ask for them to do your servicing. Suggestion: call direct for appointment rather than going thru the call center...

I hired this company in mid-2020 through a local community page. They reached out to me and we arranged their services. I shared my contact details for the appointment. Post-cleaning, they inquired about my satisfaction, to which I exclaimed 'VERY'. Imagine my shock when someone from a different region in Alberta informed me that this company was using a screenshot of our conversation, with my personal details visible, as an endorsement on various sales and community pages. Not only was my privacy breached, but the endorsement was also fraudulent as I had never used that person's services. This company has endangered my family's safety. I strongly advise against employing them.

I had this company clean my furnace and vents. They didn't cover the vent, so now dust is everywhere. The furnace filter was left in the furnace, and it's filled with cat hair and dust. I tried to contact the company through the website I booked on, but they blocked me. I called the number they gave me, and they said they would get back to me after contacting the technician. But I never got a call back. I want my money back because now I have to clean my newly painted house. I got the cleaning to reduce dust, not make it worse.

I keep getting calls from MEPS Air Quality for duct cleaning. I told them to stop calling me many times, but they keep calling. I blocked their numbers, but they keep using different lines. The people who call are very rude and hang up on me when I ask them to stop calling. I tried calling the company, but no one answered. I just want them to stop calling me.

I got a Groupon for duct cleaning from MEPS Air Quality. I told them about it when I booked the appointment for July 11, 2022. They said to bring the Groupon to the appointment. I showed it to the technician and he wrote it down and checked the order numbers. But when he charged me at the end, he charged me full price ($249) by mistake. I didn't notice and paid twice. They said they would give me most of my money back ($237), but it's been 4 days and they're not answering my calls or messages. I still haven't gotten my refund.

I recently checked out MEPS Air Quality on Aug 8, 2020 and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with their home duct cleaning services. I found their AD on my community *** page and reached out to them. The sales rep and I agreed on a set price and day/time for the service to take place at my residence. The service technician showed up on Aug 10,2020 and completed the job in a very unsatisfactory manner. The vents were left uncovered, living space messy and dirty, as well lint left blown around my front yard. The main issue however had to do with damaging my dryer when he cleaned out the dryer vent. I immediately reported this to the sales rep I was dealing with as well got in touch with the owner of the company. He showed up at my residence in an attempt to resolve my complaints and the issue with the dryer and unfortunately was not able to. He agreed to have his appliance repair man show up to check out this out- his appliance repair man upon taking apart my dryer confirmed to me that the method in which the dryer was cleaned contributed to the damage and it not working as it should. After a back and forth (over phone calls and text messages) the owner of the company agreed to replace my dryer - this was only a 5 year old dryer and had no issues prior. On Aug 23, 2020 the sales rep reached out accusing me of not paying for the service on Aug 10,2020. I have a receipt from the service tech confirming I have paid. I forwarded these messages to the owner of the company and till date nothing has been said or done about this. It has been over a month since all this happened and he fails to prioritize my need for a working dryer replacement. He does not hold his end of our conversation to return calls/messages when he has said he will and I have had to chase him to attempt to reach a resolution.

Meps came to clean our furnace on Nov 25, 2021 and left the house a dusty mess. I told them that our furnace and ducts were full of construction dust, but they showed up with a portable unit instead of hooking up hoses to an outside truck. Dust was blowing around everywhere, and they charged us $79 extra for blower detailing, which they didn't communicate beforehand. At the end of their service, they slammed the dusty old furnace filter onto the freshly cleaned kitchen countertop and left without supplying a new one. We had to buy one the next day, and the furnace sucked in and blew around all the dust they had blown out earlier. I called to complain and ask for a refund, but they refused and offered to send technicians to do it again. I don't trust this company and want my money back.

I saw a furnace vent cleaning ad in November and contacted the provider, but a different company, MEPS Air Quality duct cleaners, arrived. Despite late arrival and a mix-up in bookings, they assured quality service. However, their work was subpar, leaving a mess and causing extra cleaning expenses. Despite promises, the owner, Eric M, has been unresponsive to my follow-up attempts.
