Love the app. Ease of use is great! Visible icons at the bolton of the page, make it easy to select and go to useful features in the app, like making payments, viewing past payments, and moving around in the app.
Scheduling a payment feature doesn’t work
For over a year now I have login into the website to pay because the app bank account feature doesn’t pull up any accounts when their is an account associated. Removed and downloaded the apple multiple time no resolve.

The app is great, I had enrolled in auto pay, but it didn’t work on the computer apparently. Once I realize that, I made the payments and submitted for auto pay on the app, this is a much better way! I’m pretty sure this won’t happen again!
Auto Pay Set Up
Hi
I had set up auto pay to be withdrawn from my Bank Account, US Alliance Financial Credit Union. But to my dismay the monthly payment was deducted from my secondary bank account which I never authorized. Is that a glitch of the app or what?
Cannot log in
Every time I put my information in, the app prompts me to register for an account and I already have an account. I can log into my Mercedes Me app but not the finance app. I have to physically go to the website to make my payment. Very annoying!
No longer works
I have been using to make payments and view the payment history. About a couple weeks ago it ask me to register when I do it says it’s already registered to the account I’m logged into. I tried support they could not fix it.
App no longer usable!
Option to cancel
Your app needs an option to cancel payment. I made my payment by mistake for today instead of tomorrow and there is no option to cancel. Customer service stated that you have to mail the check back. That option is not helpful! Please fix this! Thank you!
App not working!
Worked great for a time but now telling me I need updates. I look for updates and it just puts me I. A loop. I deleted and reinstalled and the same thing happens. Right now, it’s completely useless and I need it right now - so zero stars would be appropriate.

Payment
According to your records I did not pay my December payment, this is incorrect. And the final statement for GLA250W is definitely in dispute as it is not my fault I was over mileage. Due to the inability to obtain another vehicle and the time it took for delivery.
Mercedes did not have vehicles available until well after the 15000 mile limit was met. I don’t believe I should carry the weight for a manufacturers fault. I am not responsible for shipping delays.

Problems on IOS15
Latest version is hanging on the loading screen after updating to IOS15. Tried to restart the app several times with no luck.

I used this app once and now it doesn’t work. The app will not load. The screen displays the reload circle and states it is loading and be patient. Please fix this app. It is now useless.

It worked great till august upgrade. Now it’s not usable at all. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, I get the same message that I need to update. Very annoying. Does this mean my car is free?
