I purchased a Meta Portal and want to use it with my Facebook and messenger account. My Facebook just so happened to get hacked, and I can't get it recovered though Facebooks hacked support website. I messaged meta support and got this for the reply.

1:)The name and current email address on your Facebook account
2:)An alternative email address that has not been associated with any Facebook accounts before (this helps us if we need to secure your account)
3:)Your product serial number (if you haven't received it yet, please provide your Meta Store order number)
4:)The exact error message you received when trying to access your Facebook account (include screenshots, if possible)
5:)Country of residence
Getting this straightened out is our main focus, so we'll keep our eyes peeled for your response. Just to set expectations, this ticket will automatically close in 9 days if there is no response, which is why I look forward to your reply at your convenience.

According to step 3 I don't have to have the device yet, its being delivered tomorrow 10/31. Different Meta Support agents reply to my support ticket. All the other support agents won't honor this procedure from the 1st agent that gave me the steps required and are telling me that I'm not a meta customer and they have no dealings with Facebook, If that's the case when where were these steps for that I was given? Here is the answers to the steps 1-5 above

4:)Your password was recently changed, if you dont remember changing it you need to secure your account, all it does is offer to send a verifacation code to the hackers email which is the email in step 1. give no other options at all and no options to contact anyone for help.

I received an email that the email on my Facebook account was changed,
it was changed from pureilluzions@gmail.com to vonderhaarkfo619871@hotmail.com. I went through every option on Facebooks hacked web support pages, and nothing helped, all Facebook offers to do is send a verification code to the hacker email address with no other options and no way to talk to Facebook. It's an endless loop. I bought a Meta Portal device and its being delivered tomorrow and i would be able to use my Facebook and messenger account.
