I bought my 2004 Chevy Tahoe from Miller but never needed it serviced and now I see why no one gives them a good review. After doing a "Brake inspection" for $39.95, I was told I needed new brakes. Ok, front and rear, done. I also needed a new Cluster, electronic part. I pick up my car $1500 later, drive it 15 miles to work to have a service light come on, saying my Brake Booster Needs service. Didn't they just service my brakes? Bring it back the very next day to have them tell me I need a Caliper and no, not something they would have overlooked. They said they could never have fixed my brakes if the caliper was sticking but somehow, within 15 miles, this is exactly what happened. I had 5 different people tell me a different story. Now I am paying another $300 to have this fixed. Really, why did I pay for the inspection? I really believe they are pulling this due to being FEMALE. Do you think I don't know enough about my car to determine when I am being lied to? You didn't do a brake inspection or this would have been caught the first time OR, your technician is horrible! I will never buy another car or do business with them or their partner, Gilliand Chevy in ST. Cloud. as they are the same family of owners. They even told me my car was done WITHOUT fixing the caliper because I wanted them to pay for it. They planned to allow me to drive with my brakes in questionable condition. They put my life on the line! They don't get one star but this requires one. You get nothing, just like you gave me.

I called to cancel my GAP insurance because of the refinancing, but that's when the problems started. I made several phone calls and left voicemails for Ryan T (***) to inform him about my refinancing and request the cancellation of my GAP Insurance, which would give me around $1,000 back. Ryan never answered or returned my calls until I insisted on speaking with someone because he never responded to my voicemails. Finally, I got Ryan on the phone, but instead of being professional, he had quite an attitude. He asked me where I refinanced and what interest rate I got, but I don't think that's any of his business. All I wanted was for him to start the process of returning my GAP Insurance payment. He told me I had to come to the store, so I went there the next morning to complete the paperwork. When I arrived and met with Ryan, he had the same cocky and unprofessional attitude. I filled out the form and left, thinking the headache was over. However, it's been a month and a half, and I still haven't received a check in the mail for the refunded Gap Insurance. The other day, I called the dealership to follow up, but once again, I had to leave a voicemail for Ryan T (***) or something like that, and I haven't heard anything back. My friend, who is a car dealer, told me that when you refinance with another organization, the dealership gets charged back for the part of the loan you didn't cover, and they don't like that. So who knows, maybe the paperwork I filled out disappeared. But if things don't get resolved soon, I'll have my lawyer contact them to get my payment back and more.

I got a new car from Miller Chevrolet, LLC on March 12th. I traded in my old car, but then the State of Minnesota told them that there were 2 liens on it. That's not true, there was only 1 lease on it at a time. Because of this mistake, Miller Chevrolet won't give me the license plates for my new car. They don't have the right to keep them. I already paid for the plates with my auto loan, so I shouldn't have to wait. I really want those license plates!

But later on, we realized that we didn't really need it, so we decided to cancel it within the cancellation period. They told us that we needed to make the payment to the financing company because the cost had already been added to the loan. We were okay with that, even though it took a really long time for the payment to show up in our account. When it finally did, we noticed that it was $250 short of the purchase price. My husband called Miller Chev and talked to Andrew about the issue. After Andrew checked into it, he got back to my husband and said that the check was on its way. That was a few months ago. We've both left many messages for Andrew and others at Miller Chev, but we haven't received any call back or the refund check.
