I received a notice of Auto-Renew for my Mindvalley Subscription on 1/7/24 that on 1/8 the subscription would renew. Given I am not in the same financial position I was in last year and cannot afford to pay for another year, I knew I would need to cancel. I was also not aware of an auto renewal prior (as it was not mentioned on my receipt from 2023) but I was able to CANCEL the subscription online on 1/7/24 before the 1/8 renewal date. Unfortunately, Mindvalley had already charged my CC (email sent to me on 1/7 even though subscription ends 1/8). I immediately reached out to Mindvalley on 1/7 that I did not want my subscription and asked for a refund (I have screenshots of my communication on 1/7 via Airtable and iMessage) but I never heard back. Mindvalley makes it impossible to speak to a live person and they send you in circles and waste your time just trying to resolve an issue. I reached out again on 1/12 but still not able to get in touch with anyone – only chat bots that give you the run-around. It is extremely frustrating. I am hoping Mindvalley will provide me a refund as I do not want to renew and do not use the platform. Please respond. Thank you.
