MintVine my account

I tried logging into my account but it says that my account does not exist. I have been going through some bad things for quite some time now. My husband became a diabetic. Over the past few years, we have had to deal with so much. I really don't know where I would even begin. This past year alone, we have dealt with him being in the hospital for Christmas and being released January 2, 2018. 2 months later, he had to have 7 of his toes and 1 finger amputated. 3 months ago, he was in an accident where he fractured his right elbow, dislocated his pinky finger, had to have 4 stitches over his left eye, which he is almost blind out of and he lost his right eye when he was 17 years old so if he loses his sight in his left eye, he will be permanently blind. He is 6 ft tall and weighs about 172 lbs where as I am 4 ft 8 inches tall and only weigh 132 lbs. This year still has almost 5 months left. I only have a couple of sites left and I was counting on my Mintvine site to do my surveys. I feel you could at least let me cash-out the points I had left. Please let me know. Thank you.

MintVine my account is blocked

Hi, I have contacted the company for so many times and nobody is giving me a decent answer.
They just banned me because I have used a VPN because my computer was spied. I have asked to escalate my complaint to a Director or a Supervisor and the only answer I got is : Were you out of the Country. Nobody took care seriously of my account. I have filled surveys for more than a year and I got the Silver Status and the only thing that I got is banning me because my computer was spied. I am so disappointed the way I got treated and ignored.

Can you verify what is going on?

Why are you sending just a link to click on it instead of answering to your panelist. I have been writing to you over 50 times. I am a Silver Status Panelist. I have ask to escalate my problem to a Director or a Supervisor. The only thing that I got for answers is a link with many other links. YOU ARE NOT TELLING ME WHAT I DID WRONG BECAUSE I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. I still have 30 $ that I can't REDEEM. As a company, it is really bad to treat people like you do.
I just can't believe it that you are not taking seriously your PANELISTS.

Can't get any response at all from anyone at Mintvine/Branded Surveys, and it's not for want of trying believe me. I'm at my wits end and don't know what else to try in order to get a response from this organisation. I imagine they may even happen upon this complaint, read it and penalise me further!

MintVine paypal payment and points not received

I've sent three emails regarding a PayPal payment that hasn't been processed and points not being received for a completed survey done on Dec 14th. Please review the attached screenshots for verification purposes. As of today, my PayPal account has a zero balance. I changed my payment method back to my checking account. I've received two deposits since the PayPal request. I'm in the process of requesting another payout of $20 to my checking account. I thought PayPal would be quicker. I'm not the only one according to my fellow surveyors on your website. I understand delays due to the holidays, but this is definitely poor customer service. At least respond to our concerns.

Branded Survey is a total Fraud...They make answer their freaking questions...you earn the points, and in good faith you summit the payment, but at the end they will reject the points... NO PAYMENT, and if we start complaining they will block the account and there is no respond from them... Since Dec24th 2017 NO payment nothing, I have sent 6 emails and nothing. $17.56 burn...

MintVine logging in

I'm not able to log into my account even though I've done it just the day before. I'm sure I have the correct email and password since I've been logging in everyday to do the polls and suddenly today, it's not working. After submitting the log in page, it takes me to a blank screen saying only "404". If tou need the URL to that screen, it's:

MintVine redeeming my points

I have had no problem with redeeming my points until Branded Surveys came into the picture. It shows that I have earned over 1000 points but when I press the Redeem button nothing happens. I have sent various emails to them but all I get is a computer generated response that it takes 1 to 2 business days for them to respond. Well it's been almost 2 weeks and still nothing. It's amazing how you get no one to respond but my email is flooded with surveys. I'm not answering another survey from Branded until they give me what I've already earned. I would appreciate the help of anyone at Mintvine or Branded Surveys. I have not changed anything regarding Paypal and I'm not using a Proxy Server either.

MintVine my account

Hi, I have an account with you and I am filling surveys. I have cumulated approx. 29 $. I wanted to redeem my points and I couldn't find the way to change my points into my Paypal Account. I have wrote by the website to have some help and Amit answered me that my account has been blocked and by joining a link for the reason. But I really don't understant, I am answering more than one year to your surveys and other companies. I never had problem and now you are just blocking my account without having warning or any advice.

I wrote to Amit 3 times to have some explanations and the reasons. No answers. I have wrote by using the website to have some explanations. No answers.

Can somebody answer me and explain what happend because I really don't know what is going on and if I did something wrong, I would like to know what it is. I have answered correctly to your surveys all the time.

Please, I need an answer an explanations of what I did wrong.

MintVine mintvine payout

I have been trying for 2 days now to cash out a payout of $37 for a Walmart e-gift card I usually don't have a problem with trying to cash out but this time nothing works I have sent four different emails to customer service and I have heard not a thing back from them I have worked hard to get that $37 Walmart e-gift card the problem is they sent to me an email saying to click on the Redemption URL but I have done that numerous times and it doesn't work I have tried to put that Redemption URL in my browser to and that doesn't work I would appreciate any help that I can get from anybody

MintVine waste of time

Been with them almost from the beginning, and they used to be good, but then they probably changed their management or a programmer, and the chaos has started.
They were really promising, the surveys were interesting and had a normal minimal payout. The design was nice as well.
Now everything is different and I assure you that you have nothing to do there. Most o the survey you take will be already complete or you will not be qualified. It's not what it used to be before, unfortunately.

MintVine payout rejected

I have been using mintvine now for a while and a couple of weeks ago I cashed out and it got rejected. I can't cash out at all now. I have tried to contact them using the email they won't answer back. Is there a phone number I can call. I have more than enough points to cash out. I see a lot of other people are having the same problem. Does anyone know how I can fix this.

MintVine redeeming points

I have participated in MintVine surveys for over a year. I never had an issue redeeming points until last week. My gift card request was rejected. I can no longer take surveys and the points that I have accumulated I cannot cash out. No response yet to 2 messages. I am owed an explanation and I want the gift cards I am entitled to. How can you just reject a redemption for points I legitimately earned by taking numerous surveys and taking a lot of time to complete all the surveys.

MintVine no response from customer service

I have tried to contact customer service 3 times. Twice via email and once via Facebook. The main issue is that a phone number needs to be used for verification purposes but the text message with the code needed never comes through. I now have nearly 2, 000 points from taking surveys, I've spent hours of my time and I am yet to receive any payment. It's just constant automated responses.

MintVine mintvine allegation false

I have completed surveys for mintvine for years with no problems. However I have recently had the redeem my points button blocked. When I contacted mintvine they said that I'm using aproxy server and won't be able to redeem my points until I stop using one. I only use my WiFi at home. I am angry as every time I email them they come out with a standard response. They won't believe me nor support me.

MintVine They closed my account

I had an account on MintVine and was a long time user and recently they closed my account and I have no idea why. They never told me anything and when I asked for some reasonable explanation they did not even bother to reply. I'm very disappointed with that kind of attitude and in my opinion that's not a good way to deal with users!
I hope that someone from MintVine will contact me and explain what happened.

MintVine Waste of time

Do not use MintVine website, it's just a huge a waste of time.
When I found MintVine I thought that the whole thing was a great idea and decided to sign up. They asked me a lot of questions and some specific information.
Anyways, later I received a survey, and then another one. In total I got three surveys and then they closed my account! When I contacted them and asked what was going on they said that I wasn't enough qualified for their site. What? What a joke!

MintVine I don't have redeem now button on my dashboard

Hello, I have been a regular user of Mintvine.com since couple of months. Currently I am facing an issue with Mintvine.com that I don't have Redeem Now button on my Dashboard to Redeem whatever money I have earned since last couple of months by my hard work & patience. Its been 3 weeks now & I have sent several emails to Mintvine customer service to lodge my complaint but none of them are responded & issue is not resolved till now. I have been a regular user of Mintvine.com since couple of months.

Currently I am facing an issue with Mintvine that I don't have Redeem Now button on my Dashboard since last 3 weeks, using which I can redeem points & earn money for work that I have done.

I have also been a mintvine.com user for a year otr two, and recently, I had redeemed my points of 1, 067=$10.67 for cash to my paypal acct, and a few days later when I log back on to my mintvine account, it said that my withdrawl was rejected, and I know I have a paypal account with my correct email address and general info, so what else might be the problem.. so I emailed the admin of mintvine customer service Vaishali, and he replyed back to my email, he said something about if I live outside the U.S or Canada this could be because you are banned and another large factor could be that you are using a proxy server and when he replyed back to me with that kind of email it just raised a big red flag and I knew something was not right. So I emailed the infomintvine, and no one has replyed back to my emails about the problem and what they were going to do about the issue, but these people have the biggest nerves to email me survey and more surveys to complete and get points... I refuse to complete their surveys and I am ignoring any emails from them, because they ignore my emails and they know this is a big, major problem that users are complianing about and very unfair.

MintVine They haven't paid me for the surveys

People, don’t trust to the scammers of the website www.mintvine.com. I filled tons of surveys for them, but it was ###. They haven’t paid me at all. I finished one survey, but they already provided another. I was shocked. As well as they haven’t replied to my emails and didn’t provide info about payment. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

MintVine The rep was strange and didn't pay for the survey

I joined the website www.mintvine.com through Facebook and decided to try and earn money. They promised to pay between $25 and $50 per day. I had a lot of spare time, so I simply contacted them and the rep sent me different surveys. I filled 5 surveys and sent it to the rep, but they told me that they would contact me soon. No one called me and they didn’t pay for these surveys as well. I didn’t understand what happened. I wonder if there are people, who had the same problems.

I w a s accused of using a proxy server after I complained back about a very long survey I never got points on. The next day proxy server issues. I have never or now used a proxy server. This is a rip off if you complain or get to high with a money payout it seems to be current

I cent get on to page keeps coming up a service unavailable pls help... my email is coralbourne@googlemail.com iv been with you awhile now I still receive emails of you but when click on survey it just coms up service unavailable ... I am based in UK and I only have 1 MintVine account IV sent over 20 emails regarding this issue but I'm always told I'm using proxies which is not true there has been a mistake by MintVine Costumer Support...can you please remove the Ban on my account so I can redeem points for Christmas..
Will appreciate it.please sort this out I can't redeem ...

I had over 5000 points and I tried to redeem them with a Visa card. I never received it and keep getting form letters telling me they are reviewing it and will get back to me in 1-2 days. I never hear back.

The redeem button has disappeared & I am unable to cash out my points. I've sent several emails via the website & have gotten no response. I have also tried calling customer service but no one ever answers. Could you please look into this for me? Thank you.
