I would give negative zero. I ordered the lash kit on 8/2 and my confirmation s showed 3-5 day shipping. On8/9 I reached out to the to check on my order as I neededed them no later that 8/14. I was told the order would not ship till the week of 8/16 and I could not cancel the order because they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Which this policy in not listed anywhere on their website. They do have listed their 100% money back guarantee but they ship the order to you first then you pay $5 to return them form them to give you a refund. Which make zero sense when you are cancelling an order that has not shipped and would not be shipping for another week. On 8/13 they were supposedly sending my request to a manager to approve cancellation. Here we are on 8/23 the order has not shipped yet nor has it been credited. I was told the order is in fulfillment. When I mention the i would be submitting a complaint with "ComplaintsBoard.com" , I received and email stating the order# is incorrect. How can tell me one minute it is in fulfillment and the next the order# is incorrect? Now I've received an email that they will offer me a gift for the inconvenience that they have caused me. All I want is to cancel an order that has not shipped yet and that is 100% refundable. Who knows if their product is worth it or not. If the Customer Service is a reflection of their product, it is not worth it.! Do NOT buy anything from them. Terrible Company.

I've had some awful shipping times but in these times other companies BIG companies, are having issues as well. Customer service is amazing! Sometimes they don't have all the answers either. I have two orders that have not shipped and it has been over a month. I tried to call but they are not accepting calls. I was also on the chat and no one got back to me after 45 mins. I have already paid for these items and they have not shipped. If I continue to have no response I am going to contact my credit card company and let them know the product paid for was never shipped. I ordered 2 months ago. I have been emailing them for the last month. They told me they would go ahead and ship my other items I ordered, they did not. It's been almost 2 months and I have yet to receive my order. I got a notification on 8/20 that my order had now been shipped containing everything I bought. I get an email yesterday stating that only partial of my order was shipped... ThAts 12 days difference. .HOW.! I spent over $100 cuz it said don't spend hours in the shop and it's been 2 months. This company seems fraudulent, there's a lot of dishonesty and at this point, I just want my money back. This is RIDICULOUS!

I placed an order in hopes product would arrive before a trip. When it wasn't even shipped before my trip I requested to cancel and was told they were shipping it that day. After going back and forth the company is now blaming the post office for the package not arriving and is refusing to refund until I send back a package I don't have or send a new package. If it shows up I'll be returning it but now I feel like they are stealing my money and lying to me about where the package is.

I placed my order on July 28th. I have asked twice to have my money refunded and cancel my order. I am told that it has been sent to a stylist and the can't refund my money. I am next on the list due to the fact I ordered early. I received a shipping notice only to get an email hrs later stating they had hoped to ship my order but given the unexpected demand they are behind schedule..I am once again next in line. I tried to apply these lashes for hours after following the directions and watching numerous tutorial videos. My eyes were burning - I was in so much pain. The next day I woke up and my eye lids were very swollen and I had red bumps under my eyes. I'm not sure if I'm allergic to this product or if it's just wayyyy too invasive for my sensitive eyes. I have no problems applying strip lashes. I'm good at applying make-up and do a fierce cat eye. I think the product just doesn't work for me. I'm a smart gal- I tried everything. Buyer beware - they will NOT refund you. I do not recommend buying as there is no way of knowing if this unique system will work for you.

When it wasn't I inquired again and was told it would be shipped "sometime that week." I was sent a "shipping notification" on 8/6 and inquired weeks why a shipping label was made but the item hasn't been picked up for them to tell me it won't ship for another 10 days. 10 days came and went. They're refusing to refund me and keep pushing back shipping days and referring me to Facebook community groups that they are clearly running. They sent me my second "shipping notice" on Monday but just as last time my shipping label was made but nothing has actually been shipped. I have escalated my PayPal claim and I just can't even believe a company gets away with acting like this. It's disgusting.

I purchased the starter kit from Moitie after seeing an Instagram advertisement. I'm getting married in a couple of days and wanted to look fantastic on my wedding day without having to worry about my lashes. Simple enough, right? Boy was I WRONG. I read all the reviews I could find (ironically I could only find good reviews), watched numerous tutorials, and felt confident I could apply these lashes without issue. The adhesive secured itself instantly leaving no room for error or adjustment. If they were crooked, too bad. So I used the remover gel to get them off of my eyelids and try again. The gel have me CHEMICAL BURNS on my eyelids and actually dislodged some of my natural eyelashes. Now I have burns on my eyelids, missing lashes, and my wedding is in 2 days. I left a review on an Instagram post explaining what happened and they DELETED it. Now I know why there are so many good reviews, the company just deletes the bad reviews rather than address the problem! And now I'm reading that I can't get my measly $35 back as recompense for injury from THEIR product? HORRIBLE company. HORRIBLE product. BUYER BEWARE.

I bought a lash kit and gave it a fair shot, two weeks to be exact. They made my eyes itchy and red and they didn't stay on more than a couple days. I applied all three of the lashes that I received and didn't put anything else on my eyes due to the fact they were possibly irritating them. The redness and itchiness got worse so I took them off. I reached out to their customer service since I just threw $65 down the drain just to have my eyes inflamed. The person I talked to said their adhesive is hypoallergenic and they would give me a free coaching session (which they say is included with the kit anyway). When I said I didn't need that because it was irritating my eyes they said it couldn't irritate my eyes since it's hypoallergenic and that they'll send me a free pair of lashes and a coaching session because I was clearly putting them on my eyelids and not on my lashes. Putting anything near your eye that isn't safe is scary so if they are having issues with people getting it on their skin and causing irritation thats cause for concern. Either way, they don't stand by their money back claim whatsoever and I would highly recommend you stay away from this product.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is made up of thieves. They will steal your money and lie to you. I placed my order on 07/05 and selected 3-5 day shipping. I contacted the company on 07/28 for an order status and was told it would not ship until 08/04. I told them that the website said 3-5 days and 100% money back guarantee so I wanted to cancel and get a refund. She said no. I asked to escalate and the rep said no because her supervisor would just tell me the same thing. Once I mentioned filing a report with the ComplaintsBoard.com I was told a supervisor would call me shortly. I got the call on 07/31 from someone claiming to be a supervisor who was very rude and ignorant about how to treat a customer. I was given the same response that my order would ship 08/04 and arrive 3-5 days after. She stated that an email was sent AFTER my purchase stating that it takes 4 weeks to ship. That was a lie. I never received that email. I was offered a discount code for a future purchase but I said I would NEVER purchase from this company again. Why would I give them more of my money if I haven't even received my first order. She then offered me a gift card to compensate. It is now 08/16 and I have not received my order or the gift card. I tried calling again and my call gets disconnected. Do NOT buy anything from them. WORST COMPANY EVER!

I spent about $64 in product from Moitié Cosmetics. They promised when I purchased that my items would be shipped by August 10th. I emailed them on August 21st saying I did not get my package and shop is not letting my track it because a tracking number was never provided by the company. They responded that day saying they would ship it soon. It is now August 27th. I have received no package and no tracking number. I emailed them again today and they gave excuses about shipping issues out of their control. If that is the case the professional thing to do would be to notify your costumers of the delay rather than not saying anything and having them angrily email costumer support. This company is sketchy and unprofessional. I will never buy from them again. I do not recommend buying from them. They did not even offer a discount for the inconvenience.

The following day, August 6, I received another email from the owner/founder notifying me that there were delays and that the order would ship by August 16 (attached). On August 30 after receiving no further updates, I requested a refund which was denied due to lack of a product which has since been stocked and now missing a 24 hour order cancellation window (attached). The withholding of funds is purely administrative and the promises of additional products and discounts are evidence that everything can still be revised. After the 24 hour window (in this case 3+ weeks) if you can still send the warehouse instructions to add items, you can pull the whole order. After reviewing the history of complaints, I don't believe this to be an isolated problem and do not wish to be a patron of this company. I just want the charge reversed.

Received my first "Sorry email" the following day that said the order wouldn't be shipped until the 27th, but they would be sending me a "free mystery gift" for the inconvenience. 27th came and went. I received an email on 8/31 with a tracking number (my order was finally on the way!) Nope, it was just a bogus tracking number - nothing was ever mailed. I emailed the company's support address and was told, there was an issue with the tracking number. I emailed again and they then said the package was missing "Tweezers". Again, if it was missing something, why would there be a tracking number sent to me? I followed up again, and got two different answers again when the final straw was receiving an exact duplicate email as i orginally got, with a totally different "ship by" date of now...September 20th, which is 40 days from the date of purchase. Total scam.

I then received an auto email from the owner on 8/13 stating: "We had expected to ship your order already, but given the unexpected demand, we're a bit behind schedule. Fortunately, because you bought early, your order is next in line & coming right up! It's scheduled to be fully finished, quality checked, packed & shipped out by the 27th of August." I reached out to customer Support asking for a refund since the advertising was wrong & the company was not being transparent with its customers. They said this: "I'm so sorry about this. We strive to ensure all our customers are happy and satisfied at all levels & it breaks our hearts knowing that we did not accomplish that. Please know that we ran out of seal that's why we couldn't ship your package yet. But no worries, most probably it'll arrive next week." I then emailed to cancel my order & they said no & blocked me.

Within two hours of applying the product, my natural lashes had fallen off completely alongside these "extensions". I received these lashes in the mail today; being an eager lash fan I was really excited to use them. I watched videos online, read the instructions and even consulted with my buddy who works on lashes for living before applying these extensions. Since I was young I've used extensions, falsies and so on. I have years of experience with this type of product. I applied them & everything looked great! Two hours later I reached for my lashes half of my right eye's lashes were gone. My entire natural eyelash was ripped out and my eye was almost swollen shut. I immediately messaged the company and they said they wouldn't help me fix the problem or send me a serum to repair my lashes. They blamed me for the application and offered me a new set of extensions to fix the problem.. I'm going to the hospital tomorrow to fix my swollen eye/eyeball and I'll have to pay hundreds of dollars for a lash serum to attempt to fix my lashes. This is an awful product and they won't compensate me in any way.

Inplaced this order on July 22nd and was told I would receive my product within 3-5 business days. I inquired the 28th since it had yet to even be shipped to be told it would be shipped August 2nd. When it wasn't I inquired again and was told it would be shipped "sometime that week." I was sent a "shipping notification" on 8/6 and inquired weeks why a shipping label was made but the item hasn't been picked up for them to tell me it won't ship for another 10 days. 10 days came and went. They're refusing to refund me and keep pushing back shipping days and referring me to Facebook community groups that they are clearly running. They sent me my second "shipping notice" on Monday but just as last time my shipping label was made but nothing has actually been shipped. I have escalated my PayPal claim and I just can't even believe a company gets away with acting like this. It's disgusting.
It's been almost 2 months and I have yet to receive my order. I got a notification on 8/20 that my order had now been shipped containing everything I bought. I get an email yesterday stating that only partial of my order was shipped... ThAts 12 days difference. .HOW.! I spent over $100 cuz it said don't spend hours in the shop and it's been 2 months. This company seems fraudulent, there's a lot of dishonesty and at this point, I just want my money back. This is RIDICULOUS!
