This is the worse service ever I don't understand how they can tell me this was taken out of my account when I know the day I️t was taken out and it's not adding up and the customer service was so bad because they tried to make me feel like I was the one wrong I don't know what I'm talking about and I'm confusing and everything is right they are not accurate they take money from people account and claim that it was me saying it's wrong and I would love to cancel my account but this card is under my job and I can't give it up because my job don't do paper checks but this was so horrible I do not recommend this to anybody and they didn't even try to find a solution they just like I don't know what they want them to do for me
bogus claim of "no fee atm's"
Money network provides you with a list of atm's (And I quote) "find atm's that won't charge you a fee" this statement is a flat out lie. There are no such atm that won't charge you a fee. I've used two different atm's on this list and was charged a $3.00 fee on both occasions. When I called to complain about this and get it resolved I was told that "we didn't charge you a fee, it was the bank owner of the atm"

No fee, means no fee. Period!
I told them that it matters not to me who charged me a fee - a fee charged is a fee charged! Whereby you (Money network) told me that these were "fee free" machines!
"nothing we can do about that" said the rep. And I got the same response from the (So called) supervisor. So, i'll call the corporate office to have this issue resolved.
No such animal. First data corporation, which owns money network does not have a money network representative within the corporate office. They simply refer you back to the same criminals that couldn't / wouldn't help you in the first place!
By the way, i'm still waiting for my money transfer from money network to my bank account to post (2 full business days later).

i change my bank account and tried letting the institution about the change in life and they responded quick but after a couple attempts I've have had neither repose or correction to the problem with the lively hood of my family at the balance i would like to see these complaints get done or file a law suit.i would like to warn everybody in the future about this company and let my neighbors and friends know what kind of organization/Instatution this is .
money network checks
I lost my money network card for a few days and called to have my account frozen just in case anyone may have tried to make purchases with it. Later I found the card too late where I ordered a new card purchased the 2-3 business days package. Only to find out on the fourth business day that they didn't even have the cards in stock. I was told the best way to have my funds that minute was through money network checks. I activated the check and put the right amount and check number only for the automated system to put completely different numbers in. I went to the bank to cash and had problems I called the money network all my funds were no longer on my account. I wanted them returned back to my account immediately only to find out it would take 3-5 business days to even get the money from the checks that I attempted to cash. This is a disgraceful waste of my time and needs to be resolved with haste.

I called in for a dispute n they deactivated my card which I didn't not ask for but I understand its policy the guy said to me he'd ship my card and I would receive it in 3 business days that was last week on Monday today is Thursday of the second week I have received nothing I have talked to numerous customers service n have not been able to help me out have bills that we're due since last week I know have 300$ worth of overdraft fees because of the fact that its about to be two weeks n I have not been able to access my funds since, who is going to pay for those fees when I have the funds and am not able to access them because of all of this because I'm accumulating these fees n they are absolutely not my fault I need answers please.

On 10/18/17, I Noticed 4 fraudulent charges that were made in Michigan that are not mine. Called customer service to have my card placed on hold. I told her to send me a new card in the mail. She erroneously told me I had to pick up a new card packet from my employment, and then they could transfer the funds to the new account. Tonight on 10/20/17, I finally got a new card, called customer service again, and was told I could not do that. Now I'm getting the answer of "We'll mail your new card with new numbers, it'll arrive 7-10 business days." I asked if it could be expedited for a fee and was told "No" (Looking at the terms & conditions, there IS that option). Keep in mind it's already been 3 days without access to my money.
I also told the agent that I have another prepaid card temporarily set up so I can at least have access to some of my funds for the time being. I just need to have the account to an ACH transfer. Problem is, it is now very early on Saturday and ACH posts on next business day. So it won't be until Tuesday morning at the earliest.
This is such a headache. When I do get access to my money again. It is going to a local credit union. Don't trust these guys with my money or the security of my account. Absolutely horrible.

The customer service hotline is horendous. No supervisor on duty and none of the 6 employees i talked to knew how to fix my issue. When asked if tech support or account management had a phone number they said no its all through their program, but then i asked what kind of company doesnt have contact with these departments, they responded with we have them just cant give them out. I then asked to fill out a survey and im assuming since they knew i was unhappy, they said they couldnt access from their end. Absolutely horrible customer service.

On the day that the charge was pending, I called and stated the charge was fraudulent I was advised to change cards, file a dispute, contact merchant, and a provisional credit would be issued. This occurred over 20 days ago. I've done all that was required and I still have not heard anything from your company nor have I received my refund.
I adamantly stated that it was fraudulent. I contacted the merchant and filed a BB complaint with the other 300 people.
Your company has diverted me with wrong information and phone extensions for the person that was designated per you.
This ordeal has made me question validity and reliability of your company.

On Sept. 29, 2017 I called in with a problem with a money network check. As I was unable to redeem or cash the check I wrote I was advised that I would need to void the check and wait 3-5 business days to have the funds refunded to my account On 10/03/2017 I called to check status on my refund and was advised that I needed to wait until Friday 10/06/2017 which would be the max days for my refund. When I called on the sixth I was advised that my check was not voided and that they would void it then and that I would need to wait another 2 business days. I called today 10/10/2017 and was advised that my refund had not been funded because my check was not voided again! Now I'm being told I have to wait another 3-5 business days again! I waited on hold with supervisors more than once. I requested a transcript of all of my calls from the 09/29/2017 and my money sooner than later as being without my total check less $20 has caused and is still causing hardship! Several employees of VXI youngstown, OH are never going to use moneynetwork again. Poor to no customer service and no apparent care of customers. I need my money and the transcripts of my call

9/22/17 I am still waiting for MY paycheck from MY card. It is crucial at this point for my family of 5 and I am the only income. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, the Federal reserve, my Governor and Mayor of the state of Wyoming to file complaints. I will be telling everyone that will listen on social media, the local newspaper, and the local new channels as well as everyone within my family of over 300 people that your bank has caused my family to be without food since 10/1/17 and homeless as of 10/4/17. I live in Wyoming where the weather is already below 30 degrees at night and we do not have money for gas to keep us warm. With the way that the nation is jumping on issues such as this, I promise that this will get out. No one has helped me in getting my money off my account which you have put on hold and your customer service reps have done nothing but tell me garbage answers. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was hung up on and called back and was told that they don't do that. I called back to speak to the manager and was told that they do not have the number to contact the manager. What kind of company does this to their customers? I believe that YOU should have to reimburse me for the late fees that this has caused, along with the deposit I lost because I have to move out, and interest that my account as accrued. I also will be filing a petition against your company, I know for a fact that I am not the only person that has fell victim to the Money Network scams.

I lost my card so I had to put my card on hold, I was told it would be easy to remove the hold. I could not find the card but I did not want to request a new one just yet because I needed to write a check to pay my rent.
Repeated calls on hold being told I would wait 1 to 2 minutes I have waited at least 15 minutes each time, Still haven't spoken to a supervisor because I don't have my card number.
Online it says that I can write a check, I have the checks, when I called they said need my card number, online it says I don't have to have it. Money Network is bad business.
Now I want to cancel my account and never tell anyone to use them because of this.I can't pay rent and I am going to lose my house that I am in the process of trying to get into.

Was the told someone called in, and changed my PIN number. ATM and numerous store purchases were made.. loss of 3, 461.00. I have emailed and faxed appropriate information. I have filled police reports. Still no provisional credit. This company is a scam. I'm forced to take legal action. Costumer service is a joke, and a supervisor is never available. I realized I have just been ripped off. This company is sick!

So they cancelled my card, claimed it was compromised. Did not mail me a letter stating the fact. Never received a new card, had to call to find out it was compromised before they sent me a new debit card. Now I'm waiting all weekend, with bills that are getting pushed back because of these idiots. Sketchy business practices with equally sketchy customer support.

After shutting my card/account down due to "fraudulent charges" and never even contacted me prior (though they said they did) I finally got a new card. I was told that my balance was $263, which was how much was on my card. All of a sudden, that's gone, and they're saying that when I got the card, it was in the negative balance. After sitting on hold for literally 25 minutes, I spoke with a very dismissive agent who told me that it it was my school's fault and to contact them. Even this completely unhelpful call was better than most of the calls made to this company. I'll be contacting my lawyer about the missing $263, and I'll never do business with this company again.

I cannot believe that my account was put on hold 9/22/17 for fraudulent activity with very little resolve on this matter. I asked what fraudulent activity and your customer service rep would not tell me. I tried to get them to tell me how to get this hold off my account and all I was told was basically I had to close the account by sending a letter and wait. Then after it is closed I needed to wait more to get my funds. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was disconnected and I called back and asked again to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told that they do not do that. I am contacting everyone that I possibly can to file a complaint against your bank. I want my funds! I have bills to pay! I have been with this bank for years and cannot believe that all of a sudden I am being done this way. Thank you Money Network! Looking forward to filing complaints of every single site I can find as well as any offices that I can locate to investigate this issue.

My card has been charged for a crazy amount from a place I've never heard of. I don't know how to go about getting my money back. But if anyone can help me I'd appreciate it. You can call customer service (# at the back of your card). As it is an unauthorized transaction, the agent will fill a dispute for the amount. And after investigation you will be able to get a solution. Hope it works!
trash customer service! and never received my new debit card
Money Networks Customer Service is Trash! I called Money Network to get a new debit card and the lady didnt understand nothing I was saying she sound Korean or something and didnt know English! She finally canceled my old card after 30 mins and ordered a new 1! She tells me it will be in 7 to 10 business days! I live in Dallas, Tx so nothing really takes that long to get here by mail so when it didnt come by the 7th day i called Customer Service back and they told me it will be here on the 19th but i ordered my new card on the 1st thats way past 10 days! So i wait until the 19th and my card still not in! Not to mention i called Customer Service all week complaining that my card has not came all that week before the 19th! So i call on the 19th to let them know it still hasn't came and the lady tells me it hasn't even been mailed out! So i ask for a supervisor and she puts me on hold for 30 minutes and never gets back on the call so I hang up call back explain my situation to the next Customer Service Rep and ask for a supervisor and she does the exact same thing put me on hold and never pick back up! So now I have to come online and let the world know how Money Network treats their customers and how Trashy Their Customer Service is! I will no longer be Using Money Network and I hope this Company gets Shut Down! I have never wrote a review on any Company but this was a Must!
