I am a delivery driver in roswell n.m. every Itime go to your establishment I get stopped by the clerk's, harass to know where I'm going to call the customers arouse them as if they ordered pizza if it was Domino's if it's alright to come up and then I have to deal with all the cigarette smoke in the building and everything else and then I come back down and I drive back to my business and they have called and filed a complaint and usually it's a lie so I started recording them as just carrying my phone and recording the conversations and interactions . I delivered there last night and they filled another complaint online on Facebook and now it's got me my manager in trouble and I did record the interaction last night and there was nothing like what she said on Facebook and I'm to the point now where I would like to just file a freaking lawsuit be done with this because they don't stop Papa John's . Pizza Hut don't stop Schlotzsky's don't stop Papa John's because I know people in every one of these restaurants.

I reserve for an special occasion whit my wife get a dinner and go to get a special moment but we have an inconvenient so we can go and enjoy that moment and gest what i can't cancel my reservation cuz political again its my second time getting problems whit motel 6 on the past we don't have any troubles i was a regular customer frequently visiting but happen again so disappointed

After years of renting Motel 6 rooms that should be rented by the hour not the night I am finally done. If you can't post the true prive of the rooms when a reservation is made because the true price is overpriced I'm done. To tell some that their reservation price is not right then deny renting the room because of the dispute over price is low very low.
So good by good riddance . I will take by business and money to a reputable company.

I have never been treated this way by hotel staff ever. They treat me horrible. Its ridiculous. I've been screamed at by these cleaning women. I've had things shoved at me and doors slammed in my face. I could not treat someone I despised that way so for them to treat a perfect stranger that way blows my mind. I'm a very laid back easy going person so i know for a fact I haven't provoked this behavior. In my heart I honestly believes its racial. I'm a blonde haired Green eyed Caucasian female . Since I've been here they all have been very hateful and rude to me with one exception, Theresa. Theresa is a women that works in the front office. She has been nothing but nice to me, so for her I am grateful. I just want to honestly know what I have done to be treated this way. I have been here with my husband for over a month now and very rarely even ask the staff for anything. I'm just really truly confused on why I have been singled out and would really like an answer. failure to refund after seeing room and finding it unacceptable
On May 4th 2017 I booked a 2 night stay at Motel 6 in North Fort Myers Fl. 33903. Upon arrival I paid for 2 nights with a debit card. I looked at the room and immediately returned to the office and told them the room was unacceptable. I interacted with 2 employees, Rocky and Nancy. I gave the key back and Nancy said I could look at another room. I told her that my dog that I had with me was vomiting and I was taking her to an emergency vet and I would Check the room when I returned. 90 minutes later I returned and saw the second room it was as dirty and smelly as the first. I returned to the office and stated that I would not be staying there. The amount of 114.86 had already been deducted from my account. I requested a refund but was told by Rocky that I needed to cancel through booking.com. I did that right then but was still refused a refund. I have spoken to the corporate office but was told that particular motel was a franchise with a private owner. I have been trying for 3 days to get this resolved or the contact info for the owner to no avail.Guess I will have to file in small claims court to stop this scam.Also reporting to every consumer reporting agency including BBB.

She seems to be living there permanently and has for quite some time it looks like the room stinks of feces from the cats litter box in the big dog can hardly walk he's been laid it in the room so long I don't know what you think because Motel 6 was my motel but this is really disgruntled me .

extreme rudeness and discourtesy
I have stayed at this place a few times. I drive over an hour here to come and visit my son with a disability who lives in Davenport. They have a pool, and he likes to swim.
I called down this morning (Sunday) which is our check out day to ask for a late check out--normal checkout is at 10--late check out is a 11. It's because my son is time consuming to get dressed and packed etc etc. I have never been refused a courtesy late check out at any motel or hotel, ever, before.
Not only that, when I said explained that and said I would never stay with Motel 6 again if that was the case, and that I would be contracting mptel 6 corporate offices to make a complaint, she very disrespectyfully said, "You'll still have to pay the 25$--that won't matter." When I reminded her that customers do have a good deal of influence over corporate business policies, she again said it wouldn't matter if I called corporate office. I never yelled or screamed or swore during this call. I spoke strongly and clearly, but again, I did not shout or curse. I asked for her name, so as to report her, and she refused to give me her name. Just to reiterate, I will NEVER stay at ANY Motel 6 again. And I will vigorously tell others of my experience.

I recently stayed at the Motel 6 in Ukiah California . I have visited Ukiah many times and stayed at the South end of town Motel 6. This time we stayed at the NEW Motel 6 at the North end of town. It was the worst place I have ever stayed in. The Clerk was rude and very unhelpful. The Toilet leaked, the shower never got warm, The T.V. did not work. And I was placed in Drug row. There were numerous people walking in and out of rooms with back packs. Obviously doing drug deals. There was scantily dressed women leaning in to cars.. Behind the Motel was discarded mattresses and couches. It was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. It is obvious there is no Corporate attention to this facility, because these conditions are allowed. In addition I was told that I could not have a AAA or military discount.. What has become of Motel 6? I will never stay at another one. I will also share my story with everyone that will listen.. This incident occurred on April 26-28.

On March 23, 2017 I stayed at your property#4995 at 1001 w.airport fwy euless, tx 76040 and the room was the worst that I have ever stayed in and really should have not even been rented! let me list the issues I had with the room: the phone had been stolen and was not replaced(so if I had not had a cell phone and there was a fire or a medical emergency I would have been in trouble. the tv was from the 80's and could not be used, the bathtub drain was damaged, the shower head leaked, they only left 3 towels foe the hole night. the room was advertised as being remodeled but was not! all that was done was a wall painted orange, the floor was replaced and that was about it. I called when I got home spoke with reservations for help that lady was rude and said"you need to call the hotel directly and speak to the manager) rudely. I did this and the person that answered the phone said the manager was not in and would return later in the day, so I said I needed this person to call me back I left my name and number and I did not get a call back as requested. so I called my debit card company and I filed a dispute for the $63.27 charge for the room as I did not get what I paid for. my debit card company Sid that the charge would not be credited to me because it was an authorized charged, yes it was but I was very dissatisfied with what I payed for and I am now doing this to get the room charge refunded back onto my card!

Made reservations day before drove 13 hrs tried to check in gave my paper I'd from the DMV with picture and they said we don't take paper ids I said ok what else can I use they said government id so I gave them my homeland security id with picture name and expiration date told me no they don't take that I said it's a government id and I showed them that it says Dept of homeland security and said no I would have been there for over a yr and two other co workers the same so that manager cost y'all 30000 plus we went to super 8 with no problems I am not happy at all with yall

Went to Motel 6 had sign up for certain price but refused to give me the price shown I asked why said because I said I had aarp and aaa refused to accept. I had retail app coupon refused. Had to pay in cash. Room was nasty dirty and people hanging out around building no working telephone. Worst hotel ever! Will never stay in one of your hotels again

I checked in to Motel 6 at 13185 N. Central Expressway Dallas, Tx on 4/14/17. The outside of the hotel looked okay. However, the minute I got on the elevator I noticed what seemed to be stains left by a male on the wall. The room had stains and cigarette burns on the comforter. The drapes had a big tear in them. The smoke detector had a plastic bag on it. The hotel reminded me of a crack hotel. I stayed only long enough to shower and went to find another hotel. I was sickened by this hotel. Don't bother keeping the light on for me in the future! On top of it the lady at the front desk was rude.

In what Country do I live in that Motel 6 let's their staff degrade the Customers and treat them like dirty dogs. Jeff one worst people much less Manager I have ever run across in my life, works at the Motel 6 3228 N Chestnut st Colorado Springs during the day screamed at my daughter on 2 separate occasions, they cheated us out of money and lied about the room we booked. When we were about to leave the heavyset Hispanic or Hawaiian woman called the cops on us for her mess up and she vocally assaulted my daughter made her cry and have a panic attack, she was worse than the manager. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER!

My wife and I have a room tonight and tomorrow at the Motel 6 on Tropicana. So far our stay has been absolutely terrible! First room: Dirty, cops outside arresting someone, on site security buying stuff out of the back of someone's trunk, homeless people all over the place and no parking close by at all. I went in and asked for a room change.Staff acted as if it was a huge inconvenience and then got on the radio asking for a security check of our last room while staring at me with a snarky face. Up to this point I have had a wonderful experience with Motel 6 and have stayed at many locations many times but I find this to be completely unacceptable and would like to know what you guys are willing to do about it.

I have recently been staying frequently at many of the Motel 6 franchises including the Studio 6, up until this point I had no serious complaints or issues. When I want to get away from conflict at home I book nights with the My 6 app and it gives a very good rate. Last week while staying at the Motel 6 in Mont belvieu texas I went and paid for another night before my son and I left at 5 a.m. that morning, when we returned we found our room has been changed and all of our belongings were gone. The front desk receptionist was getting kind of frustrated so I told her I'll go to the room you have me assigned to and when you are done taking care of these other guest just give me a call. Well she had call the manager and she came to the room to inform me the house keeper said there was nothing in the room when she cleaned it, I then informed her clothes and property can be replaced, I didn't want her to pay for any of my belongings I just wanted her to be aware of what was going on, I then told her it upset me because she kept telling me she had been a manager there for a year and she knows her crew and they would never do anything like that, and I informed her as a customer who is not asking you for anything just for her to validat my concerns because I know what I brought with me. I go to the front desk that Sunday on the 8th of April and the reception is tells me they found my belongings they were in the laundry room and know one new, WOW, I just smiled and said thanks. Last night I went in and paid for 2 nights, so when I was returning I decided to go ahead and pay for an additional night, I was then informed the manager had put me in a do not rent to list and stayed due to past issues and there was a hole in the wall, they stayed she attempted to contact me but because it was after check out time and there was supposed to be a hole I was not going to be able to stay or refund my money. I called guest relations and he looked up all of my previous stays and reservations and I have never had a damage complaint or it was not even noted in the system, but he stated the manager over rules them and there was nothing they could do. I am very disappointed in the fact I feel like I was retaliated against because once her staff brought back my belongings he comments of knowing then made her look bad so that was her wY of getting back at me, guest relations said it was just their word against mine. I am so upset right now because they are right they were able to keep my money and there is nothing I can do.

This motel was absoluting unacceptable. The entire room was filthy. I didn't even want to walk on the floors barefoot. The sheets were worn and had holes in them and the bed skirt was stained and dirty. Towels had stains and the bathroom flirt had tooth paste smeared on it. Did they even clean the room before our arrival? I couldn't sleep because I was scared something was crawling on me. Someon who was walking into their room next to us screamed because there was a cockroach. I do not understand how a motel can be so dirty. I don't know if all motels 6's are like this but I know I will NEVER stay at one again.

Me and my boyfriend were traveling from out of town and stayed at the motel six in oakland and it was a very bad experience. The hotel staff were very rude first off. Second off we got to the room and there was no towels. No trash can. No soap or shampoos of any kind in the room. The tv did not work. It was a horrible experience. Very unhappy with our stay there and will never go to that motel six again or recommend it to anyone. Is there any way i can get a refund or just put in a very needed complaint. Thank you.

The first room my husband and I were given had pipes lying under sink and when we turned on faucet water poured onto floor. We then moved room. The blankets were worn and ripped. When I went to shower in morning bath at and tub were horribly moldy. I asked to speak to manager prior to leaving, but Mr Randy Bynum didn't work until 3:15 pm. I called him later that day- april 5 th. He said no one complained about the room when it was used by someone else the night before. I asked for my nights stay to be refunded, but was told he could only refund half. This motel is so dirty that it is a health hazard with the mold in tub. I request full refund. quality of the motel and pricing
I stayed in the Motel 6 in Kerrville, Texas on March 17-18, 2017.
I arrived very late - 1:00 AM - due to weather issues with my airline flight. the desk clerk greeted me and said they had maintained the reservation since I had called and informed them of the late arrival. Unfortunately this is the last good comment for this experience.
The price for the 1 king bed room with tax was $124.29 - a significant increase from the normal rate. When I inquired about this price increase the clerk stated it was their Spring Break price since so many people were traveling.
This seemed to be at odds with the Motel 6 corporate strategy of affordable motel services.
The room I was given - number 122 - was reasonably clean although the sheets and pillow cases did not seem fresh.
I discovered the room was infested with cockroaches when I was brushing my teeth and 2 roaches crawled across the microwave next to the sink.
If it had not been so late I would have left the motel and tried to find other lodging in the city.
I checked out of the motel at daylight and informed the desk clerk of the issue with the cockroaches. She was let than helpful.
My hope is Motel 6 corporate sends their inspection team to review this franchisee's performance of the company's policies.
This will be my last visit to Motel 6.

hi I'm a recent customer of motel6 in Rochester NY my experience was beyond belief i feel that the owner didn't want to do anything about my situation or even ecnolidge that there was a issue going on do to the fact of being in a non smoking area I happen to be asthmatic and can not tolerate any kind of smoking there was fighting going on kids litterly jumping off the walls in the hall banging around just so they could complain about my dog barking even threatening me saying that they were going to kill my dog if I don't get her to quit barking I feel that sense it was a non smoking area that it ment no smoking period but the owner allowed it plus it was not legal to begin with I could care less about what people do but when it affects my health then it's a different story I continued to complain called the office several times went to the front desk the employees I feel totally didn't ecnolidge me but one employee told me rate too my face iff they are smoking it then because of it being a no smoking area then they will be banned she even witnessed the smell I continued to complain had a asthma attack rate in front of them but still I feel didn't ecnolidge the fact that it being a issue said that they could move me to a different room but waited most of the day we don't have any openings rudely I went back to my room called the corporate management a half hour later I was moved then they had enough nerve to steal a 2 letter of soda from me I thought to myself what next they never gave out keys to the doors suppose able the key thing that makes the keys was broke but I feel never attemped to fix it was even asked if we move you and it happens again then what are you going to do
