locked more than a day
My account got locked for a day and a day passed and its still locked. My account is UnicornFrenchFries75. It said on the warning locked for a day only, but a day passed and its still locked. Please help me. Its on moviestarplant and it won't let me access. It lied to me and its only for a day. I don't like how it lies and i didnt even do anything bad anymore. I want my account back and it lied to me please

its has been months that I have not been able to use the chat rooms on MSP, not even my own room in the many years that I have been playing this game I have never experienced such a thing and all I ask is that I get to go back into all of the chat rooms available to me. This is, not something I'd expect from a site like MSP though I guess I should've considering that after looking up what should be done when this happens I found out that this is not the first time this has happened not to me but to others.

My account got locked, for one day (aka 24 hours). It's been more than 24 hours since the time I got locked out. I got locked out yesterday 9.50pm-10 pm. Does your lock time get reset when you look at it? If you can unlock my account now, it would be great. (I also did not know what to do with the stars on top of this "complaint", so, sorry about that). I hope you cant get my account back (lol). (And no I am not one of those kids who are lying about their account being locked for too long, I promise you I would send photos but It wouldnt let my send them to you).

My daughter has been threatened and bribed by user: pinkgirl12beautiful2. She has been bribing her by saying things like my sister works at MovieStarPlanet and can give me your password (spelt paysword). How this arguement started was pinkgirl12beautiful2 asked my daughter for a gift, since my daughter has not many starcoins and is not vip, she said no then the argument carried onto the point that my daughter asked the girl to hack her to see if she was lying. The girl in the end ended up confessing that she was lying. Please lock this user or delete here account, since it has made my daughter very upset.

I bought a month vip for my brother, then it went through everything is good, but now like 2 days ago it charged me again for something called CHECKINGCARD Moviestarplanet G Copenhagen thats exactly what it says, and i've never gotten this before with my other Moviestarplanet purchases, and it took off the same amount as the amount of the vip that I purchased, i'm not happy about this.

Purchased 1 month vip Wednesday it is now Friday. Money gone from account but no vip. Have tried resolving via emailing customer support, Not helpful at all.
They are requesting a full receipt number, and the last 4 digits of my card.
I only have a code that came up on screen along with a message that told me to contact customer support. according to the 3 people I have spoken to at MVP Support this is not enough. they need proof of purchase. I am sure a code containing several numbers and the letters GB should mean something along side my card details But they just keep messaging me the same email back over and over. even after I told them this is all I have.
Really not happy it is theft to be perfectly honest. They have taken money from my account and haven't given me anything for it.

My bank account was charged yesterday (28.08.2018); $49.00 went towards a diamond package without my consent and authorisation. I would like to warn everyone who plays this game or have kids using this website "DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING" because it's not worth it. I tried calling the support centre and messaging MSP customer service on Facebook (which doesn't even have an inbox) and Twitter and I swear "THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU ACCESS TO A PERSON AT ALL."
This gaming website is such a scam and it's sketchy, they'll charge you unexpectedly.
