I ordered online and it says my parcel was delivered yesterday at crossings 79 nelspruit. I phoned with reference given by mr price oft1t * 8. Crossings received no parcel and apparently mr price said l. Lauren signed for it.
So its on the dot courier and from there fedex courier. Where is my parcel mr price?
I need my stuff as I ordered it for in time delivery as a christas gift!
Sort it out or refund me or im going to the newspaper! Done with this rubbish!

I am very disappointed in how you guys have made me wait for my order. I ordered my Sofa on the 1st of December 2018, on a Sunday and i understand the exclusion of weekends and holidays. But it has been 7 long working days since.
And when I call I'm told it has been shipped and on its way to me but I haven't had any communication from them and yesterday 10 December (6th day of tracking) nothing had been communicated to me. Today is the last day( 7th day) and i haven't heard anything from you. I called your agent yesterday and she said she will follow up and send an email since normally the delivery people communicate 24 hours before delivery date. She hasn't responded as yet.
I am very furious to be honest because I have been wanting this couch for 10 months now and when I finally qualified for credit I'm given the run around. You guys want to sway people from the stores to online but this is how long we have to wait for our orders? The online order thing was also not disclosed to me by two of your stores after I went there countless times but kept on saying they didn't have the couch in stock. This was made known to me by one store assistant at Cresta, so if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have know there was a way I could get a couch I wanted.

I submitted my application form online on the Mr Price website. I also attached the accompanying documents of which afterwards I received 3 emails confirming receipt. After some silence of which their staff will confirm that application approval must tale 24 hrs to 48hrs so I decided to follow up with a call today and was told that my application is not on the system. If I may be answered as to at which part of the process does the application fall out of the system. I sent a follow up email and message on whatsapp they have all been read and ignored.

I placed an order on the 4th of December online for store collection.
I paid the express delivery fee to ensure the item would be received on the 7th of December as I needed it for the morning of the 8th.
When I phoned on Friday morning I was told that the item was shipped but not at the store and that I would get a call back. By midday I had heard nothing, I phoned again, I was met with the same response from Eugene who was the service agent assisting me. I phoned again at 4pm to inquire and was told that he is waiting for the store to get back to him and he will phone me before 5. 5 came and went, I went past the store as I was making my way back home to the Norther suburbs and didn't want to be home to be told to turn around and drive back to the southern suburbs. At the store I was met by the manager who told me they were looking for the parcel but they haven't been able to find it as over 100 parcels were delivered. I waited while they checked the store room. The manager came back and told me my parcel was not there and that I shouldnt have come in if they didn't tell me to. I was upset because I paid extra for express delivery to get it on the 7th and told him that, his response was that it is not their fault, it's the couriers and that his hands are tied and there is nothing he can do to help me. I phoned Eugene again, he told me the same thing, his hands were tied and there was nothing he could do to help, i must just wait for my parcel even though I was promised delivery on the 7th. He said it will probably be delivered on the 8th, which was a day later. The 8th came and went, so did the 9th and on the 10th I phoned to as where it was. I was informed that ther person will look into the matter and call me back, no-one did. At midday I phoned again, I was told by another consultant that my item was only shipped on the 7th and will probably be with me on the 13th. When I told her the order was supposed to be delivered on the 7th already she told me that Eugene has been assigned to the case and that he will phone me back. He phoned me just before three in the afternoon to tell me the items are at store for pick up. When i complained and said that I want a refund of my express delivery because it was supposed too arrive on the 7th Eugene told me that the shipment is actually only a day late according to them and that the refund will only be for about R10, do I want that? This is ridiculous, not once was I offered any help other than Eugene phoning the store, not once was I offered a solution to the problem or at the very least an apology for the inconvenience caused.
Eugene and the manager at Mr Price Blue Route offered me ZERO customer service. My online purchases will no longer be made through Mr Price! I am utterly disappointed in your disgusting customer service.
call centre harassment
To whom it may concern,
Firstly I admit wholeheartedly that my accounts is in arrears. I have acknowledged this on more than one occassion. However I have brought it to your attention on more than one occasion that only 10% of your calls are successful in terms of actual connection.
The other 90% of the time i stand saying"hello, hello, hello, hello" like a fool, until the call gets disconnected. This has lead to much frustration and embarassment to the point where i have installed "truecaller" to block all of these unconnected calls.
Yesterday 5 December 2018 i received 138 calls from your call centre. This is UPSETTING my business as the phone is constantly beeping while i am on calls to clients and of course there is massive battery drain on my cellphone.
If i owed Mr Price Group thousands of rands i could understand this relentless senseless waste of money. However my last record show that it is a mere R240.07 outstanding.
Please call off your hounds.

Good day (To Whom This May Concern)
I am not sure whether you the person I should be addressing this situation to, I am just a concerned/upset customer and have been a shopper at Table bay since it opened. Yesterday the 03rd of December, I checked the internet which stated that the retails hours is from 09h00-until 20h00. I then rushed to get to the store MR PRICE, getting there not knowing that the store actually closes at 19h00.
I was not the most liked person, I went into the Store starting with the security at the door giving me attitude!, I calmed down and waited until she assisted. My daughters heard the staff talking in their "slang" that they want to leave! At that moment I still had no idea we were so called holding up the store as it still was just before 19h00. Shortly thereafter the announcement was made and it was my indication and realisation that the store closes an hour earlier. I felt extremely unwelcome and the whole atmosphere was uptight as if we were doing something wrong.
After I done my purchase to turn around and still have staff in their uniforms looking at me as if I been insensitive I really feel disappointed and I feel that if the stores door is open any customer has the right to walk in and make use of the store. (Corrective Action: please ensure that your internet times is adjusted accordingly).

On the 26th of November 2018, I visited MRP daveyton mall to do an exchange on a dress, I was with my niece and my 3year old.
I started at the door with the security who directed us to the cashier and I was told to leave the dress there on my way to get a new item for the exchange my 3year old started feeling like vomiting I was next to the door very far from the clothes she was spitting out something and remember just like and adult you can't control a 3 year old. I looked for a wipe in my bag stressed about the child inside your shop now I asked the security gentleman if I can get a tissue or maybe if there's a lady cleaning to borrow me a mop I was chased out instead with the child.
I had to ask my niece to go get the parcel and to be honest the staff is very unfriendly.
I didn't know if you shopping at this shop and get sick you can be chased out just like that I am very disturbed which becomes very questionable to me if I can ever go to MRP again.
block shoe sandals
On the 13th of November 2018 I bought a pair of block heel shoes sandals at MRP STORE at Allen street in Newcastle. I paid with my bank card and left the shop. The next day I wore the shoe to an event but I felt uncomfortable especially with the left shoe. Back at home when checking the shoe I noticed that the left shoe heel was crocked it wasn't straight as it was supposed to be. It was actually a factory defect which I did not notice in store by then I've already threw away the receipt but I still can provide the bank statement to prove the purchase.
mrp shoes
I recently bought 3 sandles for summer, 2 of them have broken soles after just 2 and 3 wears, the 3rd one has worn out so quickly it looks as if its 4 last summer, and this 1 hasn't even started officially. Is this the level of quality MRP now offers? I am spending the same at MRP as other stores that offer actual quality, I am very disappointed and hope that this is not the new way of MRP.
item on special but sold at normal price
I saw an item(jeans) on special. I went to purchase the item at Mr Price Gilwell mall East London, only to realise that the item was sold to me at the normal price rate. This is rather upsetting as on the advert it was shown to be R120, normal price R159.00. I didn't get a chance to notice this while I was at the store as I was in a hurry, only got to see this when I got home.
Assistance and clarification would be highly appreciated.

poor quality jeans
I am a frequent customer of MRP, but I have now on 2 occasions purchased size 6 RT jeans where the quality of it turned out terrible. Both pairs of jeans ripped not long after being purchased, one by the seams at the waist and the other by the thigh (making the one leg look like a shorts!)
I unfortunately did not keep the slips for an exchange or refund, as I did not think that this would be the case as I have always enjoyed the comfort and appreciated the quality of MRP clothing.
I'm not sure if MRP could inform their suppliers of this poor quality and have something done about it, but that would be great seeing that I could probably no longer be eligible for a refund.

I got a call on Saturday from mr price and my 10 year old adopted daughter answered my phone the phone that is now hers, and the agent had the nerve to ask her how can I Be her mother because i am 22 years old and shes 12 my poor daughter was devastated I took her in after her mother who is my aunt died legally adopted her, honestly I don't understand how or why that is any of her business
refund
It has been a month since mr Price promised to refund my money for a order I have not recieved. Every time I call they promise its going to be paid in in seven days. It has been weeks. The services are pathetic to say the least.
I have called several times. I want my money back. They should do something. I will never buy from them and I would warn all other customers too.
sale items and rude service
I went to the Mr Price retail park East London store this morning to buy shoes and the shop attentend told me that if I buy two pairs it was going to be 250 rand so I took two pairs and when I got to the cash register I had to pay full price. I had the show in my hand so then the very rude manager took me back to the shoes and showed me that was not the sale item I bought surely is you are standing with the shoes in your hand you will also thing the special applies. I bought the shoes but this is the last time I will be going into a Mr price store. The other shops gives much better service. I will also be sure to spread the word.

I Limnandi Mtshemla, acting on behalf of Yonela Mvambo, instructed to inform you that, Ms Mvambo placed an Order of the abovementioned shoe. An Order confirmation was received with order number #[protected]. Payment was made on 01.11.2018 and proof thereof was sent. On the 7th of November she was advised that a payment for the order has not been received. Yesterday she was advised that a payment has to be made within 48hours, failure to, the Order will be cancelled.
We confirm that a payment was indeed made for an amount of R230. a further payment of R20.00 was made for the delivery, however due to buttons of the machine, the Ref number ended up as "107160215G0' instead of '[protected]'.
Having proof of payment for the actual order adduced, it would be wrongful to cancel the order. Please kindly attend to investigate same on your side.
mr price mobile services
I am very dissapointed in the quality of service I recieved as a mr price mobile contract customer.
I applied on the 16th of October for an additional phone which was approved and promised to be delivered in 3 to 5 days.
After 10 days on the 26th I called to query where the phone is and was then told the delivery was cancelled. When I asked why, the consultant could not tell me the reason but was going to find out and call me back. After a couple of hours and no response I called again and was told by a different consultant that she would call me as soon as she gets an answer. Untill this very hour nobody has called me back again.
I feel your service is very poor and that I should have been informed the moment the deal was cancelled. You just let me wait for a phone that wasn't even on it's way. If it was possible I would cancel the contact that I already have with you as well.

I did attempt to have it exchanged but the manager would not as she felt it had been dropped. After returning home I found out it had dropped only after the top of the bottle broke off while my daughter was holding it. This was 5 minutes after it had been filled up. This was clearly broken when I purchased the item then and I would still like it replaced.

I just wanted to exchange items I just bought and the security rudely told me what to do and I did it anyway because it's store procedure I took my items out of the plastic bag as my other things and personal belongings were in the bag she shouted at me asking me what I was doing I was so embarrassed cause there were people around I then said I just want to exchange these two slippers as it was too small for my daughter in a firm voice. The manager on duty then approached me rudely saying it's store procedure she wasn't even around to see how rude the security was when I said I am going to lay a complaint and go to another Mr price from now on the manager said be my guest. I have always shopped at Mr price n1 city as I used to work in the mall in a retail store so I know how it goes but it really wasn't necessary for the store manager and security to attack me and embarrass me like they did.

I have asked your company to please stop phoning me every single day and sometimes 2 to 5 times each and every single day. This is classed as harassment. Below is what the law states on this matter. Please read the material very carefully. Also I have just lodged a formal complaint with the Council for Debt Collectors. I am still waiting for a response from them I have Also downloaded their complaints form. This will be filled out on Monday by myself and then taken to the Police Station to get it signed and stamped, then I will give this to the said Council on Tuesday, so they will then have to take the matter up and to do due process on the matter as the form is a legal document.
Also on your website, your registration certificate with the above said council has expired - Also please see attachments, I have download them for you as well from your website! That means the document is now invalid. I have enclosed the document in the attachments. Even if you have an updated one, the one that you have put onto your website for the public to see is not legal as it has expired. So its like a car registration disk that by law, you have to display it on your windscreen. If you have it and its not displayed on your windscreen, the police will fine you for failure to display the disk as the police regard the car as not lawful until that disk is shown on the car windscreen. The same principal applies to your expired registration certificate. You have been contacting me and demanding money from me using that expired certificate. This is unlawful and is a criminal offence. Also your other certificate for ADRAC has also well and truly expired, this too is unlawful.
I have again had another telephone call from one of your call centre agents today! I have asked him for the following documents and I am also asking the same from you, formally with this letter and by the way, this letter will also be sent to the Council for Debt Collectors.
1) I want to see the formal agreement from Mr. price to your company asking you to debt collect for them with regards to my outstanding amount that I have with them. By law I am entitled to ask for this and by law, you have to give me a copy, if I am asking for it and I am asking for it
2) I want a copy from you of your certificate that you have with the Council for Debt Collectors. I am entitled to ask for this and I am asking for a copy
3) I am also asking for all the registration number of all the people who have phoned me and demanded money from me. I am entitled to ask this from you and I Am asking you for this information. I will then ask the council to please verify that they meet all the requirements to be asking me money and for payments to be made
4) I am also asking for all the phone recording that you have made when phoning me. I have kept all my phone records from my side, however I want the council to see the amount of calls made from your side to me. If not, then I am asking for a call log sheet of all the times and dates that calls were made to me. The council must and will get a copy of this
5) I am asking for a statement of all the chargers and the costs that you are asking of me and charging me
6) Is all the calls that you make to me, who is "liable" for these calls costs me? If so, no wonder you phone me every day! Again I ask, who is liable for these phone calls costs when you phone me?
