online delivery time
I placed my order on the 1st of May, to the day I still haven't received my order. You charge me for a service to have it delivered within a certain amount of time, I pay for this service and then I have to wait double the amount of days for my order?! This isn't the first time this has happened, maybe you should look at changing your couriers or refund me back my delivery cost for not delivering my items on time. Flip I've been such a loyal customer to you guys the LEAST you could do is to actually deliver the service you advertise! What is the use of ordering online if it's going to be such a hassle?
online order placed correctly but incorrect altered product sent
Mr Price / MRP Really disappointed... ordered a pair of size 4 black pumps online and requested to collect from a store. When I received the order I found that I did order the correct size however the product that was sent was incorrect. Furthermore the product sizing was altered - the number 5 underneath the shoe was scratched but the size number is still visible and the size number on the inside of the shoe was rubbed out but the number 5 is still visible. The price sticker with size 4 appears under the shoe.
It would of been nice if I was informed that they didn't have my size instead of given something that I cannot use.

I am an e-commerce client who has appreciated the development of your online shopping since I came across it. Shopping has never been easy especially since working long hours this is like a walk in a park. But suddenly I have came into an unpleasant confrontation with one of the manager at Market Street in JHB CBD name: ANNA, that's all i know her as, she gives so much attitude like she hates the fact that I buy online am not sure if I am the only customer she does this but. But every time I have to fetch an order that I paid for I feel like I am causing her an inconvenience and this is shown to all the staff that has to assist me with the order.
I am starting to look for alternative companies to do my online shopping because I cannot afford to feel terrible everytime I go and fetch my order.
Please assist with this matter because I believe she can be less confrontational when dealing with clients

I have tried unsuccessfully 3 times to sort this out at bayside mall and am appalled at the service I received. 2 weeks ago I went to open an account. Was told my old account which I closed 6 years ago was on fact not closed but the credit limit was reduced to R1. They requested I fax all my docs ) as attached minus the lease agreement) which Nicole did for me. Heard nothing. Went I today, they phoned and was told nothing was received. I dealt with a lady called Livin. She told me they have lost my documents and there's nothing they can do. These documents have ally confidential information on them and I find this totally unacceptable. And illegal. She had no solution except to tell me she can send me a number and I can start the whole process again. When asked about my confidential informations whereabouts she just shrugged and said there's nothing she can do. I have no account and no help at all. I'm even reconsidering wanting an account if this is how is how customers are treated.
I expect an answer and solution ASAP.

I bought a pair of jeans in Lakeside mall Jhb Easter weekend. When I got home I saw the zipper of the jeans was broken. I want to exchange it at my Mr Price in Kathu Northern Cape but the service of a employee Justin was unacceptable. He told me to take the pair of jeans back to where I bought it he can't help me. If that is the service people receiving at that store I would not recommend it to anyone.
bad service from store manager!
On the 12th of April 2017, I tried on a dress at the Hemingways branch that I fell inlove with the 1st time I saw and I liked it, it looked good on me. Because I didn't have money on me to buy the dress at that time (as there was only 2 of my size left), I went to work, asked someone to buy it for me then will later refund them. I went back to the store and asked for the dress to be kept aside for later. Fine...to cut a long story short. On Wednesday the 19th, I wore the dress for the 1st time as we had the big bosses coming for a visit so I wanted to look pretty. As a collegue was taking pictures of me in the dress, I noticed that it had a huge hole on the dress right by my thigh INFRONT! I couldn't go there and then to the store as it was still very early, they open doors at 9.
Past 9 I then went to the store, ran into one gentleman that is part of the management team, I approached him and told him my problem and asked for urgent assistance in everyway possible and explained to him that I don't have the tag nor the slip, because I didn't think it was important to keep all those especially if I'm wearing the item and I have never had any bad experiences with MRP clothing before so I didn't think this one would as well.
He asked me to look on the sales floor to see if they still had the dress, they had it but I'm a different color. I then asked him to check for me if the other nearby branches have the dress in my size AND in the colour that I want/had on. None of the East London branches had my size in the colour.
Now as I was standing with him asking what the way forward would be as I really need to change the dress to save myself from embarrassment, the store manager 'Floyd Governdor' bardged in and started yelling "you're being unreasonable" I kept my calm because I was trying not to get upset because this guy has done so much already to assist me, but Floyd just stood there and provoked me-I lost it! He told me that it's not his problem that I bought a torn dress and that they are just doing me a favour by exchanging it for me because I had already worn it.
Because he knows where I work (same mall), he went and called my manager and told her that I am being disrespectful in his shop and that I came in there screaming. Mind you, this is NOT THE 1ST TIME this manager has been rude to me.
Now because I was so upset, I was even shaking from being furious, I had to leave the store without exchanging the dress. The guy that helped me was still speaking to me so nice, offering to help me look for another item-Thanks Marvin ☺
Now, I want to know form Mr Price, how is a CUSTOMER being "unreasonable" by asking for their employee to look in other branches if they've got what the CUSTOMER wants and asking them to bring it to the branch I was in.
As someone that always shops at no other Mr Price store in East London but the one in Hemingways, I would've thought they would at least go that extra mile to assist me as this was not in any way my fault.
1. I'm complaining about the horrible service I got from the store manager (not even acknowledging the fact that I'm always in his shop every second day)

I took in a few items that was poor quality and asked the manager to send it to the factory to check it out about 2 months ago and I have 3 more items that is like that, that I am taking in today. BUT after 2 months and 4 visits NO ONE has come back to me with any news. They said that day thy will give it to the area manager the next day but did not. disgusting service/attitude when complaining in store
On Friday, 14/04/2017 I took my Mother-in-law (who is from out of town) to Mr Price in Baywest (Port Elizabeth) and have never in my life experienced such disgusting service/attitude from the staff (I especially would not expect this from Management).
We went to return an item bought the day before, and they had emailed the slip, and the cashier (I think her name is Sitam) sighed; I then went to call my brother-in-law as my mother-in-law unfortunately couldn't remember the email address used and that is when the cashier again sighed at us like we were wasting her time. There was an older lady speaking to another cashier and then walked to the intercom to announce the store was closing.
When she was closer my mother-in-law passed the comment about how rude it was that the cashier signed at us, where I then asked that lady if she was the manager, she responded that she is the Assistant Manager and again my mother-in-law told the manager what had happened, the response we got was shocking we were informed that this cashier is her best employee and that she didn't here her sigh and told us she would never do that; the worst is when the cashier then turned to her manager and said thank you. I then passed the comment that clearly here the customer isn't right and still the assistant manager did nothing.
In all my years in the hospitality industry I would never dare to make a customer feel so insulted when opening up to complain in store.
Absolutely DISGUSTING! I have always enjoyed going to Mr Price Baywest because it is the least busy of the PE stores, but now I know why - you only go there to be insulted.

I visited you store on twice, I.E Jan 2017 and march 2017 and sent two mail on 21/02/[protected] and28/03/2017 to cancel your 360 deg subscription but this seem not work.I am led to believe that a company of your size as got workers to take care of customer complain but if I don not pay on time the company me promptly. I need to know how will get 4 months credit from your company. There is 10 days before next installment due I hope my problem is sorted out

I was at Mr Price Cresta at 17:57 last night (16/04/2017) and the doors were already closed by the time i reached there. I wanted to exchange a pair of leggings and pleaded with the security guard to open for me but she wouldn't as she was receiving pressure from other staff members not to open. Then one of the girls by the name of Vuyiswa ( the name i've been provided for by one of the managers (Jack) who looked at the footage, intervened and said there's no way she will open or exchange for me, i should go to Mall of Africa or Sandton as they close their stores at 8pm. I pleaded and begged until two customers, a couple came to the door, going out. They said someone inside said i should be let in. That's when i forced myself in and the same lady (Vuyiswa) pushed me so that i don't enter. When i got to the till, the till lady ( Lorato Rosalea as shown on the slip ) and other staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted me with the exchange. I wasn't even rushed.
Upon leaving the store, Vuyiswa refused to let me out. She said i must sit down, wait until everyone is done with their duties then they will open for me. Luckily, some shoppers who were leaving the store came to my rescue and i left with them. She shouted and said i must leave the store running the same way i came in. I was bullied, humiliated and embarrassed in front of other shoppers by a staff member of Mr Price.

I was at Mr Price in Riverside Mall on Saturday and bought clothing worth R1600. At the till I asked the Teller Ignitios to put the payment through on my Credit Card on my Budget facility. She put it through on my straight facility as a debit card purchase. I asked her to reverse the transaction and corrected it as it was not what I asked for. The supervisor Cathiwe was called to assist and reversed the transaction on my straight facility where I was informed that I needed to wait up to 24 hours my refund to show. They were not very helpful and utterly rude because they had to reverse the transaction 4 time because they do not listen or are very incompetent. We asked for the manager and the supervisor told us she is the Supervisor and there is no manager. After another teller assisted us very helpful in correcting the whole mess and returning my money without any hassle or rudeness, I asked for there names and told them I am going to report them, suddenly they were very friendly and asked me not to report the incident. I want to see action taken against them and feedback on this. I am not a difficult client and are lenient when it comes to situations like this and let things like this go, but just their attitudes toward me and the way they handled the situation was very unprofessional and they will do the company damage in action like this towards any client.

After a long day at church, l passed thru Mr Price . Pretoria Bloed Mall to spoil my self with clothing. Suprisingly a Lady Security Guard by the name Musibuti decided to spoil my day. As l walked in the shop . I asked if l could get in with my big bag or leave it at the door since they did not have a parcel counter. The lady told me she couldnt help me since l didnt greet her. I quietly proceeded into the shop with my bag but the lady felt provoked and started swearing and saying insultive words at me saying l was a foreigner and a #### who does not have manners. She ordered me to get out of the shop as l was not welcome. I felt so belittled, provoked and embarrased as l walked in the shop. I then asked one of the cashiers to give me the lady's name then l went out. l will never go and shop at Bloed Mall what so ever as l feel the lady is xenophobic and lacks morals and customer care. I will definitely make a follow up on this as l feel l have to be compansated for embarassment and deformation of character.

hi, i took a phone on contract in 2014 and the contract was supposed to end in 2016 so what happened was after the time the contract was supposed to end still the money was taken from my account and still is, so i received a letter and a phone call saying i owe R238, what i don't understand is i called and numerous times trying to cancel this contract but all that has been in vain, and i took it upon myself that ill make sure they don't deduct anymore and suddenly i get calls but no one called me when my money was deducted still even after the contract ended.

Hi I want to raise a complaint against the Mr.Price clothing in Uitenhage(PicknPay mall). It was Friday 31-03-17 about 16h00pm in the afternoon that I went to buy some clothes. The shop was quite busy and there was a lot of customers standing in the queue but only one cashier open. I could feel the frustration of the cashier she was busy with a customer having an issue with her computer so she started using the one nest to her. After she finished with that issue she helped me whilst I only had one item to buy she put my card in the card machine and was in such a hurry she pulled it out to quickly immediately the transaction showed as money taken out of my bank as an sms. She told me that the transaction didn't go through and I must pay for the item again. I told her that if I do would they then refund me if the payment was duplicated and she said only if I go and print statement from my bank they would do that. The manager of the shop told me that it was my banks fault and not their problem. I then really got upset because it was the cashiers fault and now I have to take time to go to my bank and sorting out the issue because of incompetent staff. That was not on to me. The manager and the cashiers names is Sonnet and Jesicca. They did not once tell me sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I am an ex employee of MRP Matatiele, matter was was referred to the CCMA late and was never condoned, so i was told that i had absconded as i never attended the hearing that was scheduled.
Story short, on the 1st April I went to the Matatiele shop and the manager Mrs Phathiswa Mfeketho told me that i am not welcome to shop at Mr Price Matatiele as I absconed from work and I must leave immediately.
On Tuesday the 04th April 2017 one of the employees was called into the office and told that if she was ever seen talking to me there will be trouble. This is disturbing as i am no longer an employee at Mr Price and have nothing to do with them, I am just a customer shopping for clothes.
I have contacted the Department of Labour herein and have been advised that it is against the law to forbid me to shop at Mr Price and that I must take the matter up with MRP head office.
I have tried to call the head office number that I know and the phone just rings.

My daughters normally shop at Kolonade or Wonderpark, Mr Price stores. They needed something urgently and came to my office and during my break, we went to buy them clothing. They did not fit them on as it was lunch break. On trying them at home, they had realized that the jeans is on size small. On 2017-03-29, they went on their own to change it for a bigger size, they were told not to go together into the fitting room as they are known to take out selfies only and not purchase the clothing(If they are experiencing problems with scholars, why label all of them the same) and no signage said that they cannot accompany one another. Because of their experience at the fitting rooms, my daughter decided to try on a jacket on the floor and before putting on the sleeve, a staff member approached her and shouted her in front of everyone as if she was staeling the item. She did not want to buy the items but had no choice as she needed them for the following day. On payind at the cashiers, apparently they misplaced the packet with their exchanged items. The cashier did not give them a receipt when the purchase was done. It is the first time that I had ever heard of this and my children had to experience such rudeness. I would like to see the camera footages as I work at the SAPS and want to investigate if this an ongoing thing at that store. The manager needs to be reprimanded and staff needs to go for training in order deal in a proffessional way with their customers,

I have been dealing with Mr Price Home since December 2016 on a claim due to being retrenched and still it has not been handled! I've phoned numerous times as I was not informed anywhere how the claim process is going. Every time I phoned something was missing or there was excuses about down systems or previous information I gave them is missing or not entered in their system. I have given them ALL the information they need and every time I phone they want to know the same thing. I have even spoken to a Manager on 16th of March 2017 who ensured me she will be in contact with me personally which never happened either!
poor customer service at the tygervalley branch
My zip broke off my handbag. I had this handbag only 3 weeks! I took it first to a place that fix zips and the owner said it's not possible to fix it as he needs to replace the whole zip and suggested I take it back to the store where I bought it.
Upon my arrival at MRP I first checked if there was still stock of this handbag and took it with me to the counter. There I showed the problem to the cashier & and asked if we can swop it around. He called Uren de Vries - who I assumed was the manager.
I had the worse experience with him. He didn't look at me, greeted me and was demanding a slip. I knew its protocol, but I was in the vicinity and wasn't waling around with the slip as it just broke!
He could see it was a MRP product as it was the TRAIL brand and exactly the same that was still in stock. It was almost still brand new. He said that he doesn't know how hard I've handled it and implied that I could've broke it on purpose... I've freaked out because was it now my fault that I broke my own handbag?! I took out all my stuff out of my handbag and handed the old one back to him. It's in any case useless, as I can't use the bag with a broken zip!
He could've handled the situation a much better! By implying its my fault the handbag is broken he made me felt like a criminal! It could've been dealt so much better with a straight swop and making a note on the broken handbag of a broken zip so that HQ can monitor why products are returned...

unreliable sizes
Went to go buy underwear, in my size (a medium) mind you, paying a massive price, only to have the one type of pair fitting perfectly the second being a full size smaller, where you can't even get it over your one buttock. This is the same brand (BM or Body Material). So how is it that these are so completely different, this company seriously has to work on the consistency of their sizing, because this is completely unacceptable! Why do u have sizes when it varies over and over within the same brand? This is not even correct one bit!
