I arrived at your Centurion Mall Miladys outlet for an account payment and purchase, only to be informed that my account has been "maxed out" and I will need to pay in more than the required payment to purchase the items as required.
From your store manager's investigation via the local point of sales account summary, it is clear that the items purchased on 18 November at your MR PRICE outlet at Shouthdale and Mall of Africa are fraudulent transactions as it was not done by me.
I was instructed that it would be advisable to have the account blocked and that I need to do a written statement made under oath (An affidavit) at my nearest police station and attach the “print screen/photo” from your point of sales system done at your Centurion Mall Miladys outlet of the fraudulent transaction and submit it via email to the MR PRICE, Fraud@mrpricegroup.com
Could you please earnestly assist in resolving the matter and have the fraudulent transaction amount refunded to my account?
